Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of embodiments in many different forms than those described herein and that modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the application and it is therefore not intended to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The application provides a skin-friendly smooth silk fabric which is woven by blended yarns, wherein the blended yarns comprise silk, modal, acrylic fibers, cotton and lycra.
Firstly, the material of the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric is simply explained.
The silk fabric is smooth and skin-friendly, is not easy to wrinkle, but is expensive. The modal fabric has the advantages of softness of cotton, luster of silk, smoothness of hemp and good air permeability, but has poor wear resistance, and is easy to damage and deform. The acrylic fiber fabric is soft and fluffy and has good temperature-locking property; meanwhile, the acrylic fabric has certain elasticity, and still has 65% of rebound rate when being stretched to the deformation of 20%; however, the acrylic fiber has poor moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance, cannot resist high temperature and is easy to deform during ironing, and the acrylic fiber is used as synthetic fiber, has general wear resistance and is easy to cause static electricity. The cotton material has strong hygroscopicity, warmth retention and heat resistance, but the cotton fiber is easy to wrinkle, shrink and mildew as natural fiber, has poor perspiration property, is easy to adhere to the skin during perspiration, and has poor wearing comfort.
LYCRA (LYCRA, a new fiber fabric) is an artificial stretch fiber, can be freely elongated by 4 to 7 times, and can quickly recover the original length after external force is released. Meanwhile, the lycra has a special chemical structure different from most spandex filaments, and cannot mildew even if the lycra is in a damp, hot and sealed space after being wetted with water. However, lycra is not used alone, but only interwoven with other man-made or natural fibres.
The fabric woven by the five fibers has the skin-friendly property of silk, the bulkiness of acrylic fibers and the softness of modal, and is more comfortable to touch; meanwhile, the fabric has the moisture absorption of cotton, so that the fabric is more breathable to wear; in addition, the fabric has elasticity of lycra, is strong in extensibility, loose and natural to wear next to the skin, and a human body can move flexibly without being restricted by the type of the clothes.
The skin-friendly smooth silk fabric is obtained by weaving the five fiber blended yarns. When the skin-friendly and smooth silk fabric is used for preparing clothes, the clothes are more crease-resistant, are not easy to deform after being washed, and are resistant to looking, wear, pulling and wearing.
Preferably, mulberry silk is used as the silk. The mulberry silk is used as natural animal fiber, is smooth and soft, is rich in luster, and has good extensibility and heat resistance. The fabric made of the blended mulberry silk yarn is close-fitting and breathable, meanwhile, the fabric also has the characteristic of green and health, and the fabric can keep moisture balance of skin through excellent moisture absorption of the mulberry silk.
Preferably, the modal may be a landine modal. The landine modal was developed by austria lanoline, and mainly uses beech as raw material, and first processes wood into wood pulp, and then makes the wood pulp into fiber. Because the fiber adopts natural raw materials and can be naturally decomposed, the lanjing modal fiber is regenerated fiber and is harmless to human bodies and the environment. The semi-refined modal fiber has good air permeability and soft hand feeling, and is comfortable to wear after being made into a fabric, and has mercerization. After the blue refined modal fiber is blended with the silk, the acrylic fiber, the cotton and the lycra fiber, the blended yarn can solve the problem of poor stiffness and smoothness of the modal fiber, and the drapability of the fabric is increased, so that the fabric and the clothes are more attractive.
Preferably, 20D lycra is used. Wherein 20D is one specification of lycra fiber. At present, 20D lycra elastic fibers are blended in yarn fibers, and the obtained blended yarn is used for weaving skin-friendly smooth silk fabric, so that the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric can have comfortable and excellent elasticity, and clothes made of the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric are more fit.
Preferably, the acrylic fibers can be soft wind acrylic fibers. The Japanese-Bellmer (Japanese superfine Gentle fiber) is blended in the yarn, so that the fabric is lighter, thinner and softer, and has better temperature-locking property.
Further, the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric comprises, by mass, 5% -15% of silk, 15% -25% of modal, 40% -50% of acrylic fibers, 15% -25% of cotton, and 5% -15% of lycra elastic fibers.
In a specific embodiment, the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric comprises 9.3% of silk, 18.6% of modal, 46.4% of acrylic, 18.6% of cotton and 7.1% of lycra. Experiments show that the fabric can better combine the advantages of five material fibers in the proportion, and the problem caused by the defects of the material when the fabric only has one or a few fiber materials is solved through the combination of multiple fibers.
Specifically, the fabric is skin-friendly, smooth, breathable, soft, durable, not prone to deformation, elastic and close-fitting in proportion.
Further, the yarn count of the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric is 50 s. The yarn count is the thickness of the yarn. Specifically, under the imperial count, the yarn length of the fabric is 50 x 840 yards in one pound.
It is known that the yarn count is the most basic unit constituting the finished fabric. The number of yarn counts is inversely proportional to the thickness of the yarn, with the larger the yarn count, the thinner the yarn. Correspondingly, the finer the yarn, the higher the quality requirements on the raw material. Through being 50 s's high count yarn with the surface fabric preparation that this application provided for the density of surface fabric is thinner, on the one hand, can improve the comfort level of surface fabric, and on the other hand can improve multiple fibrous intensity in the surface fabric, so that the surface fabric fuses each fiber material's advantage better.
Furthermore, the skin-friendly smooth silk fabric is a knitted single jersey weave. Among them, the undershirt cloth is a thin knitted fabric, which has strong hygroscopicity and can be used to prepare close-fitting wearing clothes. The lycra elastic fibers are mixed in the silk, Modal, acrylic and cotton yarn fibers, so that the elasticity of the knitted fabric can be increased, and the fabric is more comfortable and durable.
The application also provides a garment made of the skin-friendly and smooth silk fabric.
Optionally, the skin-friendly and smooth silk fabric is comfortable and has good elasticity, so that the garment can be a home garment worn next to the skin or a sports garment. Meanwhile, as the skin-friendly and smooth silk fabric has better air permeability and is smooth and non-sticky to sweat, the garment can be used for short sleeves, shorts and the like in summer, such as summer.
Further, the garment includes a jacket 10 and pants 20.
Further, the upper outer garment 10 and/or the pants 20 are attached to the cut pieces using a four-line hemming process; and/or, the garment opening may be hemmed by the jacket 10 and/or pants 20 using a two-needle hemming process.
Specifically, the upper garment 10 includes a body, sleeves, and a collar 11.
Wherein, the coat body comprises a front piece 12 and a rear piece 13, and the sleeves comprise a left sleeve 14 and a right sleeve 15; the collar 11 is connected with the neckline of the front piece 12 and the back piece 13, the left sleeve 14 is connected with one cuff of the front piece 12 and the back piece 13, and the right sleeve 15 is connected with the other cuff of the front piece 12 and the back piece 13; from the collar to the cuff, the front piece 12 and the back piece 13 are connected to form a shoulder seam; the front panel 12 and the back panel 13 are joined from the cuff to the hem of the garment body to form side seams 17.
Referring specifically to fig. 1, the front and rear panels 12 and 13 are sewn together to form the body of the jacket 10. The coat body is generally provided with four openings for the human body to enter and exit, namely a collar, two cuffs and a hem opening. When the hand protector is worn, the head can enter from the hem opening and then penetrate out from the collar opening, and the two hands can enter from the hem opening along with the head and respectively penetrate out from one cuff.
As can be easily understood, the hem opening and the collar opening are oppositely arranged along a first direction, the two cuffs are oppositely arranged along a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
For convenience of description, the orientation shown in fig. 1 is taken as an example, and in this case, the first direction is an up-down direction, and the second direction is a left-right direction. It can be seen that the upper and lower ends of the front and rear panels 12 and 13 do not need to be sewn together to form the neckline and hem when the body is prepared. While avoiding the cuff position in the process of sewing the left and right sides of the front and rear sheets 12 and 13. Therefore, at least two sewing lines are needed to be arranged on the left sides of the front panel 12 and the back panel 13, wherein one sewing line is connected with the front panel 12 and the back panel 13 between the collar and the sleeve opening to form shoulder seams; and another seam connects the cuff to the front panel 12 and the back panel 13 between the hem openings to form a side seam. Similarly, at least two sewing threads are also required to be arranged on the right side of the front panel 12 and the back panel 13, which is not described in detail.
In one embodiment, the shoulder seams may be formed by directly stitching front panel 12 and back panel 13.
In this embodiment, the front sheet 12 and the back sheet 13 between the neck opening and the cuff may be joined by four-line overlock. The four-line overlock is a conventional cut piece (for the jacket 10, the cut piece comprises a collar 11, a front piece 12, a rear piece 13, a left sleeve 14 and a right sleeve 15) connecting process, and can be realized by using an overlock machine, which is not described in detail.
Four-line serging can not only make two cut-parts (namely front piece 12 and back piece 13) firmly connect, can improve the inside nexine backstitch problem of clothing again for the seam is more level and more pleasing to the eye. Meanwhile, the four-line fixed overlock is smoother and more comfortable when contacting the human body.
Optionally, the overlock formed by sewing the two panels by the overlock machine is arranged inside the garment, at which point, viewed from outside the garment, only the seam is visible at the location where the two panels are joined. Including setting up through binding, on the one hand, can avoid cut-parts to link together the cloth expose outside, influence pleasing to the eye, on the other hand can also protect cut-parts's hookup location, avoids linking together the cloth to expose outside, directly receives external environment's interference.
Of course, the cut pieces can be connected with the cut pieces by single-line binding or other multi-line binding processes in consideration of other requirements, such as binding edge width, size of clothes and the like.
In another embodiment, shoulder straps 16 are provided at the shoulder seams, and shoulder straps 16 connect front panel 12 and back panel 13. The shoulder connecting pressing strips 16 are arranged, so that on one hand, shoulder seams can be widened, so that the shoulder positions can be conveniently calibrated, and the jacket 10 can be conveniently worn; on the other hand, the connection between the front and rear panels 12 and 13 at the shoulder seams can be reinforced, so that the jacket 10 is more structurally stable.
Alternatively, the shoulder connecting batten 16 and the front sheet 12 can be connected through four-line overlocking, and the shoulder connecting batten 16 and the back sheet 13 can also be connected through four-line overlocking. The overlock is arranged inside the upper garment 10, so that the cloth connected with the cut pieces can be prevented from being exposed outside and affecting the appearance, and the connecting positions of the cut pieces can be protected.
Optionally, shoulder strap 16 is provided with a two-pin chain line near the side of front panel 12, and/or shoulder strap 16 is provided with a two-pin chain line near the side of back panel 13.
Specifically, the side edge of the shoulder connecting batten 16 close to the front sheet 12, or the side edge of the shoulder connecting batten 16 close to the rear sheet 13 is covered by a double-needle edge pressing process, and double-needle lines are formed on the shoulder connecting batten 16 by double-needle routing. Through the double-needle edge pressing, on one hand, the shoulder-connected pressing strip 16 can be shaped, so that the shoulder-connected pressing strip 16 is simpler and more attractive in appearance and more stable in shape; on the other hand, the edges of the cut pieces can be more fitted.
In addition, the edges of the panels that are not connected to other panels are generally exposed outside the jacket 10 and are susceptible to the external environment, and by providing the hems at the edges of the panels, the edge structure can be reinforced, thereby protecting the panels and avoiding the deformation of the edge creases.
Wherein, the double-needle edge pressing process is a conventional cut piece edge covering process, and is not described in detail.
Further, a double needle chain line is formed at the edge covering position by the double needle edge pressing, so that the line of the jacket 10 can be lifted, and the fabric is prevented from drooping. Specifically, when the two-needle chain line is disposed at the shoulder seam position, the shoulder portion of the jacket 10 is prevented from being deformed and expanded by a force when being worn or hung, thereby ensuring the stability of the shoulder portion structure.
Optionally, the shoulder-connecting batten 16 is color-matched with the garment body. It should be construed that the color contrast means that the two are different in color. For example, when the body is blue, the shoulder-connecting batten 16 is yellow, and at this time, the two are collided. The shoulder-connecting batten 16 is more striking through color collision.
Similarly, in one embodiment, side seams 17 may be formed by directly stitching front panel 12 and back panel 13.
Alternatively, the front and back panels 12, 13 between the cuff and the hem opening may be joined by piping (e.g., four-line piping).
Optionally, the overlock is arranged inside the upper garment 10, so that not only can the cloth of the cut pieces connected together be prevented from being exposed to the outside and affecting the appearance, but also the connecting positions of the cut pieces can be protected.
Optionally, a double needle chain line is arranged on the side seam 17. Specifically, at the position of the side seam 17, the two cut pieces (front sheet 12 and rear sheet 13) are joined by overlooking, which is provided inside; meanwhile, the extending edges of the two cut pieces are covered by a double-needle edge pressing process outside the jacket 10, double needles are wired, and double-needle chain lines are formed on the extending edges of the side seams 17. The wrapping edge is arranged outside the garment, so that the connection of the two cut pieces is reinforced, and the connection position is beautified.
In addition, since the side seams 17 are located close to the waist, the waist line is restricted by the covering edge having the two-needle chain line, and the line of the jacket 10 can be made smoother.
Further, when the two-needle chain line is provided at the side seam 17, the hem of the upper garment 10 can be effectively prevented from drooping, so that the entire upper garment 10 is more stable in appearance and less likely to be deformed.
Optionally, the two-needle chain line collides with the body of the garment. By color collision, the waist lines are more striking and bright.
Optionally, the double needle chain line is also color-stamped with the shoulder bar 16. For example, the body is blue, the shoulder-connecting batten 16 is yellow, and the double-needle chain line of the side seam 17 is red, and at this time, the three are collided. The jacket 10 can be made more beautiful by multiple color-hitting.
In another embodiment, side seams 17 may be provided with side webs (not shown) that connect front panel 12 and back panel 13.
The side continuous pressing strip is similar to the shoulder continuous pressing strip 16, and detailed description is omitted.
In summary, alternatively, the front and rear panels 12 and 13 can be attached to each other by four-line binding as two panels of the outer garment 10, the binding being disposed on the inside of the outer garment 10 near the human body. Meanwhile, the edges of the cut pieces exposed outside and not connected with other cut pieces, such as the lower hem of the front piece 12 and the rear piece 13, can be bound through double-needle edge pressing, and the bound edges are arranged outside the jacket 10 away from the human body.
The serging can firmly connect two cut-parts, can also make the seam more level and more pleasing to the eye. The wrapping can define the edges of the panels and also make the garment 10 more conformable.
Optionally, when the edges of the cut pieces are hemmed by a two-needle hem, a two-needle chain line is formed on the hemmed edge. The width of the edge cover is 2cm, and the distance between the two chain lines is 0.4 cm.
Similarly, the left and right sleeves 14, 15 may be joined to the cuff of the body by the hem as two additional panels of the jacket 10.
Alternatively, the cuffs of the left and right sleeves 14, 15 may be hemmed by a two-pin hem, which is provided on the exterior of the jacket 10 facing away from the human body, to protect and stabilize the edges of the sleeves.
