At present, two methods are used in the industry, one method is to increase the length and time of a circulation path of hot water after quenching through the design of a pipeline and the special design of a water tank, and achieve the effect of cooling circulation through natural cooling. The method adopts fluid natural flow circulation cooling, so the circulation effect is better, the failure rate is basically avoided, but the cooling effect is poor and uncontrollable, the mass production quality problem is caused once the water temperature exceeds the standard, the civil engineering cost is high, a larger water pool and more cooling water are needed to increase the circulation time, and the natural cooling effect is ensured. Another method is to add a cooling circulation device to cool the water in the hot water pool through the cooling circulation device, which is also the method commonly adopted at present. The method has good cooling effect, but has high failure rate, needs a cooling circulation system to work all the time, has large resource waste and large control difficulty, and increases the production cost; the water absorption amount of the cooling circulation is matched with the quenching working water amount, and once the cooling circulation device stops or breaks down, the cold water tank does not return water, the quenching working pump is damaged to cause the whole quenching system to work, even the circulating water of the whole quenching system can not be discharged in serious conditions, the problem of waterlogging of the whole production workshop is caused, the reliability of equipment is reduced, and the operation risk is increased.

A temperature sensor 9 is arranged on the cold water pool 11, and a quenching water temperature control and circulation method can be selected according to the temperature of the cold water pool 11.
Because the whole quenching water system is circulated, according to the characteristic of the aluminum profile quenching process, when the water temperature of the cold water tank 11 is lower than 45 ℃, the circulating water pump 6 does not need to be started, hot water in the hot water tank 4 can flow into the cold water tank 11 through the channel 12 after being naturally cooled, the central height of the channel 12 is 0.7-0.8 times of the total height of the water tank, the circulation time is conveniently increased, and a better natural cooling effect is obtained; this cycle saves resources, is simple and fault-free.
