Abstract
The invention discloses an air-water cooling circulating system with a water tank and a pore plate tray, which comprises a heat dissipation device, a water tank, a water pump, a water tower and an external water source, wherein the heat dissipation device is connected with an air channel, the air-water cooling device, the water tank, the water pump, the water tower and the external water source; the outlet of the heat dissipation equipment is communicated with the air side of the air-water cooling equipment through a connecting air channel, the outlet of the water tank is communicated with the water side inlet of the air-water cooling equipment through a water pump, the water side outlet of the air-water cooling equipment is communicated with the inlet of the water tower, the bottom outlet of the water tower is provided with a perforated plate tray, the water tank is located under the perforated plate tray, the bottom of the water tower is provided with a cooling fan, an external water source is communicated with the water tank, and the system can effectively improve the temperature difference of supply return water.

In some power plants, equipment cooling adopts closed circulating water as a fixed water source, is influenced by the temperature of the water source, has small temperature difference of supply return water, often causes overlarge model selection of air-water cooling equipment, water pumps and the like, is not energy-saving, and simultaneously leads to poor cooling effect on heat dissipation air.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an air-water cooling circulation system with a water tank and a pore plate tray, which can effectively improve the temperature difference between supplied water and returned water.

The outlet of the external water source is communicated with the automatic water replenishing port and the manual water replenishing port on the water pool through a connecting pipeline.
The bottom of the water tank is provided with a drain outlet, wherein the drain outlet is communicated with the water chute through a drain pipe.
The bottom of the water tank is provided with an overflow port, wherein the overflow port is communicated with the water chute through an overflow pipe.
The water tank is provided with a liquid level measuring instrument and a temperature measuring instrument.

when the air-water cooling circulation system with the water pool and the pore plate tray is in specific operation, water output by the water pool enters the air-water cooling device for heat exchange and temperature rise, and then enters the water tower, wherein the top of the water tower is provided with the cooling fan, the water in the water tower is cooled by the cooling fan, meanwhile, the pore plate tray is arranged at an opening at the bottom of the water tower, the water in the water tower automatically flows into the water pool through the pore plate tray to realize secondary cooling, so that the water temperature difference between a water inlet and a water outlet of the air-water cooling device is improved, the cooling capacity of cooling air is improved, through tests, compared with a system adopting closed circulation water as a water source, the water temperature difference before and after heat exchange is 5 ℃, after the air-water cooling circulation system is adopted, the water temperature difference before and after heat exchange of cooling water in partial areas can reach 10 ℃ or even higher, under the same heat dissipation capacity, the power consumption of the corresponding water pump is saved by 50 percent.

referring to fig. 1, the air-water cooling circulation system with a water tank and a pore plate tray of the present invention includes a heat dissipation device 7, a connection air duct 6, an air-water cooling device 5, a water tank 2, a water pump 3, a water tower 1 and an external water source 9; the outlet of the heat dissipation device 7 is communicated with the air side of the air-water cooling device 5 through the connecting air duct 6, the outlet of the water tank 2 is communicated with the water side inlet of the air-water cooling device 5 through the water pump 3, the water side outlet of the air-water cooling device 5 is communicated with the inlet of the water tower 1, the bottom outlet of the water tower 1 is provided with a pore plate tray 20, wherein the water tank 2 is positioned under the pore plate tray 20, the bottom of the water tower 1 is provided with a cooling fan 10, and the external water source 9 is communicated with the water tank 2.
The outlet of the water tank 2 and the inlet of the water tower 1 are provided with a pressure gauge 8 and a thermometer 17; and a water side inlet and a water side outlet of the air-water cooling device 5 are both provided with a control valve group 4.
The outlet of the external water source 9 is communicated with an automatic water replenishing port 12 and a manual water replenishing port 11 on the water pool 2 through a connecting pipeline 16.
A sewage discharge outlet 14 is arranged at the bottom of the water pool 2, wherein the sewage discharge outlet 14 is communicated with a water chute 15 through a sewage discharge pipe; the bottom of the water pool 2 is provided with an overflow port 13, wherein the overflow port 13 is communicated with a water chute 15 through an overflow pipe; the water tank 2 is provided with a liquid level measuring instrument 18 and a temperature measuring instrument 19.
The control valve group 4 is composed of a plurality of manual, pneumatic or electric valves.
The invention replaces closed circulating water with the water tower 1 as a water source, and is matched with the water tank 2 to carry out secondary cooling and collection on cooling water, specifically, the water tank 2 is additionally arranged at the bottom of the water tower 1, the water tower 1 is erected on the water tank 2, the water tank 2 is used as a water inlet, the circulating water enters the water tower 1, passes through the pore plate tray 20, and is left in the water tank 2 after the water temperature is further reduced.
The invention is especially suitable for areas with lower wet bulb temperature in summer, the lower wet bulb temperature means that the temperature of cooling water can reach a lower value, which is equivalent to increasing the temperature difference of the cooling water for supplying and returning water, thus reducing the flow rate of the cooling water, reducing the specifications of the air-water cooling equipment 5 and the water pump 3 and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Compared with a closed circulating water system, the invention has the key points that a proper cooling tower (civil) can be flexibly selected according to local meteorological conditions, the design temperature difference of cooling water supply and return water is improved, and the specifications of the air-water cooling equipment 5 and the water pump 3 are reduced, so that the aim of reducing the operating cost is fulfilled.
