step S3: adding sodium bicarbonate solution, rotating for 120-180min, adding water to control the temperature in the rotary drum at 38-40 ℃, continuing rotating for 120-180min, and standing for 12 h;
step S4: draining water in the drum, adding normal temperature water, rotating for 5-10min, taking out, standing, adding water, shaving, and weighing to obtain a blank;
step S5: putting the skin embryo into a rotary drum, adding water, NaCl, a rewetting agent and formic acid into the rotary drum, rotating for 120-180min, draining, adding normal-temperature water into drained water, rotating for 10min, and draining again;
step S6: adding water and a zirconium tanning agent into the rotary drum, rotating for 180min, then adding baking soda in batches, continuing to rotate for 120min, draining water, continuing to add water, neutralized tannin, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and baking soda, rotating for 120-180min, draining water, adding normal temperature water, rotating for 10-15min, and draining water for treatment;
step S7: adding water and acrylic resin retanning agent, rotating for 120min, adding tannin extract and sulfonated synthetic fatliquor, continuing rotating for 60-90min, adding tannin extract, sulfonated synthetic fatliquor and low-formaldehyde amino resin retanning agent, rotating for 180min, automatically emptying for 12 hours by rotating for 5 minutes per hour, and rotating for 60min to check the cross section of the skin until the tannin extract is completely penetrated;
step S8: adding water, rotating for 10min, adding fatting agent, rotating for 120-180min, adding formic acid in batches, rotating for 60-90min, washing with water, cooling, taking out, and standing for 12 h;
step S9: stretching, wet toggling drying, moisture regaining, rolling and dry toggling are carried out, and then the environment-friendly cow leather mat leather is prepared through finishing.
