Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of essence, and particularly relates to essence for cigarettes as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The essence for the cigarettes comprises the following raw material components: chlorogenic acid, banana peel extract, menthol extract and solvent. The preparation method of the tobacco essence comprises the following steps: preparing a banana peel extract by taking banana peel as a raw material; mixing chlorogenic acid, banana peel extract, menthol extract and solvent to obtain the tobacco essence. The tobacco essence provided by the invention has the advantages of obvious effect of preventing and controlling oxidative deterioration, no negative influence on sensory evaluation, cooling and moistening throat, simple process, easy realization and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of essence, and particularly relates to essence for cigarettes as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the production of cigarettes, the flavor substances and the sweetener in the product are enriched by adding flavor and material so as to improve the flavor of smoke and improve the physical properties and the smoking taste of tobacco shreds, thereby ensuring that the smoking quality of cigarette products is more perfect and perfect. However, the essence and flavor are inevitably contacted with air in the production and processing processes, and some of the aroma components of the essence and flavor contain chemical bonds which are easy to oxidize and can be deteriorated due to oxidation. Such as: esters, aldehydes, thiols, furanones, aromatic oils with high amounts of unsaturated double bonds are very susceptible to deterioration during storage. Therefore, the existing tobacco essence generally has the defect of weak oxidation resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art described above. Therefore, the invention provides the tobacco essence and the preparation method and the application thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the existing tobacco essence is weak in oxidation resistance.
The invention provides a tobacco essence which comprises the following raw material components: chlorogenic acid, banana peel extract, menthol extract and solvent.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the essence for tobacco comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of chlorogenic acid, 20-40 parts of banana peel extract, 1-5 parts of menthol extract and 10-40 parts of solvent.
Chlorogenic acid, also known as coffee tannin, is a diester of caffeic acid and quinic acid, has weak faint scent, can form polyquinone under the action of polyphenol oxidase, and can perform non-enzymatic browning reaction with amino acid to generate substances such as pymetrozine, pyridine, pyrrole and the like. The flavonoids can endow smoke with sweet and roasted fragrance. Chlorogenic acid is a main effective component of a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines such as honeysuckle, eucommia bark and the like, and researches show that the chlorogenic acid has multiple effects of resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, resisting viruses, reducing blood sugar, reducing blood fat, protecting liver and benefiting gallbladder and the like.
