Saves paint mist coagulant, saves cost, saves energy and protects environment.
In the present invention, the electrode plates 3 are horizontally arranged at intervals in the electrolytic separation tank 2, and the aluminum plate 32 is arranged above the iron plate 31. A large amount of fine hydrogen generated on the cathode of the iron plate 31 promotes flocculate to float up to the paint slag concentration area 4 above, so that slag removal operation is facilitated.
In the invention, one side of the electrolytic separation tank 2 is arranged in the slag discharging tank, and the slag removing device is arranged corresponding to the slag discharging tank to discharge paint slag from the slag discharging tank. The floating paint slag is automatically scraped into a slag discharge groove by a slag removing device at regular time and is discharged.
In order to further save the cost and realize the recycling of water, the device is provided with a water circulation system, a filter hopper 9 is arranged below the deslagging trough, and a filter screen 10 is arranged in the filter hopper 9. The filter hopper 9 is communicated to the circulating water tank 11 through a pipeline, and water filtered after paint slag is removed is discharged back to the circulating water tank 11 through the pipeline.
