Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oily sewage treatment systems, in particular to an oily sewage treatment system and method based on an electric flocculation technology.
Background
At present, most oil fields in China enter the middle stage or the later stage of exploitation, along with the change of the exploitation mode of the oil fields, the water content in the produced oil is continuously increased, and some water is even more than 90 percent.
The conventional oily sewage treatment methods have the problems of high energy consumption, high investment cost, complex equipment, difficult maintenance and the like. Therefore, research and development of new high-efficiency, energy-saving and economic technologies are urgently needed in the field of oily sewage treatment. The electric flocculation technology has strong decontamination capability, simple and convenient operation, high automation degree, no need of adding chemical agents, good economy and high environmental compatibility, and is a high-efficiency, economic and environment-friendly sewage treatment method. With the implementation of the environmental protection strategy in China, the technology is more and more emphasized. The process of removing pollutants by the electrocoagulation technology is complex, and the reaction mechanism of the electrocoagulation technology comprises the following functions of (1) air flotation. During the electrolysis, gas in the form of micro bubbles is generated and is adhered to and lifted to the water surface together with pollutants such as emulsion, colloid and the like in the raw water to be removed. The bubbles generated by the electric flocculation are much smaller than those generated by the pressurized air floatation, so that the air floatation capability is strong and the pollutant removal effect is good. (2) Flocculation. The metal cations generated by the sacrificial anode are hydrolyzed and polymerized in water to generate a series of multi-core hydrolysis products, the nascent state hydroxides have high activity and strong adsorption capacity, are good flocculating agents, are combined with colloids, suspended matters, soluble pollutants, bacteria, viruses and the like in raw water to generate large floccules, and are removed by precipitation and air flotation. The process is similar to the mechanism of chemical flocculation, and comprises the processes of charge neutralization, electric double layer compression, adsorption bridging and the like. (3) Oxidation-reduction. Under the action of the current, some organic matters in the raw water are oxidized into lower molecular organic matters, and even some organic matters are oxidized into CO2 and H2O. Meanwhile, the nascent hydrogen generated by the cathode has strong reducing capability and is subjected to reduction reaction with pollutants in the wastewater, so that the pollutants are degraded. In the actual water treatment process, the above mechanisms are often combined or interacted, or the mechanism is more obvious and dominant in different reaction stages, specific water quality conditions and operation environments.
The reaction tank and the sedimentation tank of the existing oily sewage treatment system adopt an integrated design, so that the occupied area of equipment is large, the sedimentation separation time is long, the treatment efficiency is not high, the structure is complex, and the operation is inconvenient; and the polar plates are all a single body, so that the problems of high polar plate replacement cost and the like exist.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
