under the condition that the mounting plate 22 is pressed by the gravity of the descending crane hook head 1, the dismounting part 2 can rotate and incline, and meanwhile, the crane hook head 1 moves forwards, so that a lifting ring adsorbed on the magnetic device is hooked into the crane hook head 1 with the anti-unhooking device jacked open;
and under the condition that the mounting plate 22 is pressed down by the gravity of the travelling crane gib head 1 which descends, the dismounting part 2 can rotate and incline, and meanwhile, the travelling crane gib head 1 moves backwards, so that the hanging ring can be separated from the travelling crane gib head 1 which is jacked out of the unhooking-proof device.
The mechanism of the invention realizes the automatic installation and disassembly of the lifting hook through the mutual matching of the base 3, the support frame 4, the disassembling and assembling piece 2 and the horizontal retaining mechanism; compared with the prior art, the automatic control system is more automatic and lower in cost, and greatly ensures the safety of operators.
It will be understood that the mechanism of the present invention is adapted for use with a service hook, and is intended to be suitable for use with, but not limited to, a service hook, and in any application where it is desired to install and remove a hook and lifting eye. Correspondingly, in other areas, a drive mechanism for controlling the movement of the hook (corresponding to a trolley in the trolley area) should be present or equipped.
It should be understood that the "unhooking prevention device is opened by rotating in the backward direction" means that at least part of the unhooking prevention device rotates in the backward direction, so that the unhooking prevention device is in an open state, and the gap between the driving hook head 1 and the unhooking prevention device is large.

After the travelling crane hook head 1 is hung into the hanging ring, the travelling crane hook head 1 carrying the hanging ring is controlled to move backwards, so that the end part of the jacking part 21 is gradually separated from the flexible baffle 101 of the travelling crane hook head 1, and the inlet is gradually reduced; after the flexible baffle 101 is recovered to the normal state, the crane hook head 1 carrying the hanging ring is controlled to lift upwards, so that the hanging ring is automatically installed in the crane hook head 1.
After the crane hook head 1 is lifted upwards to be separated from the dismounting part 2, the counterweight block 202 arranged on the dismounting part 2 is matched with the T-shaped buffer part 5, so that the dismounting part 2 is in a horizontal state.
2) Clamping and hoisting:
then the crane hook head 1 is controlled to hoist the hanging ring and the goods carried by the hanging ring to carry out clamping and hoisting work, the goods are hoisted to a target area, and then the goods are unloaded.
3) Automatic unhooking of rings:
after the crane hook head 1 finishes clamping and hoisting, the hoisting ring is in an empty state (namely, the hoisting ring does not carry goods).
The crane hook head 1 carrying the hanging ring is controlled to move to the mounting plate 22 of the dismounting part 2 in the horizontal state, and the hanging ring is positioned above the electromagnetic force plate 201 in the mounting plate 22.
Then control driving gib head 1 to 23 directions of arc portion remove for 21 tip of jack-up portion support the flexible baffle 101 on the driving gib head 1 that moves ahead to rotate towards the rear direction and open, the entry increase between driving gib head 1 and the flexible baffle 101, control driving gib head 1 decline this moment and make the dismouting piece 2 rotate and be in the tilt state, and operation driving gib head 1 moves backward simultaneously, so that rings follow the roll-off in driving gib head 1.
And then controlling the traveling crane hook head 1 to move backwards and separate from the detachable part 2, wherein the jacking part 21 of the detachable part 2 is separated from the flexible baffle 101, and controlling the traveling crane hook head 1 to lift upwards after the flexible baffle 101 returns to the normal state.
Meanwhile, under the action of the balancing weight 202 and the T-shaped buffer part 5, the dismounting part 2 is restored to the horizontal state, so that the automatic unhooking of the hanging ring is realized.
It will be appreciated that the movement of the hook head 1 is controlled by the vehicle.
