1. A pole group transfer conveying mechanism for a storage battery assembly line is characterized by comprising a pole group feeding conveyor, a pole group correcting assembly, a pole group middle transfer assembly and a pole group grabbing assembly;
the polar group feeding conveyor comprises a conveyor body, the conveyor body comprises conveying chain wheel sets positioned at two ends of the conveyor body, a conveying chain wound on the conveying chain wheel sets and a driving assembly for driving the conveying chain wheel sets to rotate, two conveying chain wheel sets are arranged at the front end of the conveyor, a vertical section perpendicular to a horizontal plane is formed at the front end of the conveyor body by the conveying chain, a plurality of clamping plate sets arranged along the length direction of the conveying chain are arranged on the conveying chain, each clamping plate set comprises two clamping plates, and the two clamping plates are respectively fixed on the chain;
the pole group reforming assembly comprises a U-shaped support, the U-shaped support comprises two side plates and a reforming top plate, the two side plates are fixed on two sides of the conveyor body, a reforming top plate reforming piece is arranged on the reforming top plate, and the reforming top plate reforming piece comprises a reforming top plate air cylinder which is pushed vertically downwards and a reforming top plate correcting plate which is positioned in the U-shaped support and connected with the end part of a piston rod of the reforming top plate air cylinder; the side plate is provided with a side plate correcting piece, and the side plate correcting piece comprises a side plate cylinder which is horizontally pushed and a side plate correcting plate which is positioned in the U-shaped support and connected with the end part of a side plate cylinder piston rod;
the polar group middle transfer assembly comprises a support positioned above the conveyor body, two long edges of the square support are parallel to the conveyor body, middle pneumatic clamping jaws which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the two long edges of the square support, a plurality of lifting cylinders for pushing the square support to ascend are arranged at the bottom of the square support, and the lifting cylinders are fixed on the conveyor body;
the pole group grabbing assembly comprises a grabbing top plate, a slide way is arranged on the grabbing top plate, a plurality of sliding blocks sliding in the slide way are arranged in the slide way, the sliding blocks are connected through flexible ropes, the distance between every two adjacent sliding blocks on the flexible ropes is equal, a pole group grabbing mechanical arm is connected to each sliding block, each pole group grabbing mechanical arm comprises an inverted U-shaped base, each inverted U-shaped base comprises a top seat and two side plates, two grabbing clamp plates inserted into the two side plates of each inverted U-shaped base are arranged at the bottom of each inverted U-shaped base, each grabbing clamp plate and each two side plates are hinged through a pin shaft arranged horizontally, the two pin shafts are perpendicular to the side plates, clamping jaws are arranged at the bottoms of the grabbing clamp plates, springs are connected between the two grabbing clamp plates, through holes used for inserting clamping jaw cylinders are formed in the top seats, guide cylinders are arranged at the end portions of piston rods of the clamping jaw cylinders, and the axial directions of the guide cylinders are parallel to the pin shafts, the inner sides of the tops of the two grabbing clamp plates are slightly inclined outwards, an inverted splayed structure is formed at the tops of the two grabbing clamp plates, and the guide cylinder is positioned at the inverted splayed structure; when the piston rod of the clamping jaw air cylinder extends out, the two clamping jaws are closed, and when the piston rod of the clamping jaw air cylinder retracts, the two clamping jaws are bounced open and reset under the action of the spring; a sliding block cylinder is arranged at one end of the grabbing top plate, and the end part of a piston rod of the sliding block cylinder is connected with a sliding block at the position of the most end part of the other end of the grabbing top plate;
a pushing assembly for driving the electrode group grabbing assembly to move up and down is arranged on one side of the electrode group feeding conveyor, the electrode group grabbing assembly is located above the electrode group middle transfer assembly, and the electrode group grabbing mechanical arm and the middle pneumatic clamping jaw are correspondingly arranged; the pole group rectifying assembly is positioned in front of the middle transfer assembly of the pole group.
2. The pole group transfer conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as recited in claim 1, wherein a notch is formed at a top of the clamping plate.

The pole group transfer conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two clamping plates are a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate respectively, each group of conveying chain wheel sets is provided with two conveying chain wheels, the two conveying chain wheels are a first conveying chain and a second conveying chain respectively, the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain are arranged in parallel, the first clamping plate is arranged on the first conveying chain at equal intervals, and the second clamping plate is arranged on the second conveying chain at equal intervals.

The pole group transfer conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as recited in claim 3, wherein the first clamping plate comprises a first bottom plate parallel to the conveying chain and a first vertical plate perpendicular to the conveying chain, the first bottom plate is of a U-shaped structure, and the second clamping plate is located in the U-shaped structure.
5. The electrode group transfer and conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as claimed in claim 4, wherein a guide shaft is provided on the first bottom plate, and guide rails for sliding the guide shaft are provided on both sides of the front end of the conveyor body.
6. The pole group transfer conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as recited in claim 5, wherein wear resistant strips are arranged on the conveyor body on two sides of the conveying chain; the guide rail and the wear-resistant strips are made of nylon materials.
7. The pole group transfer conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping jaw is provided with anti-slip lines on the inner side of the bottom.
8. The pole group transfer and conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as recited in claim 1, wherein the grabbing clamp plate is provided with a counter bore for accommodating an end of the spring.

The electrode group transferring and conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveyor body is provided with a tab aligning assembly, and the tab aligning assembly comprises a vertically downward-pushing tab clamping plate cylinder fixed on a top plate of the U-shaped bracket and a tab pneumatic clamping jaw located at the end of a piston rod of the tab clamping plate cylinder.

The electrode group transferring and conveying mechanism for the storage battery assembly line as claimed in claim 9, wherein the righting top plate is provided with two U-shaped adjusting brackets, the top plate of each U-shaped adjusting bracket is provided with an adjusting hole, an adjusting screw rod passes through the adjusting hole and then is limited by a screw, and the tab clamping plate cylinder and the top plate cylinder are respectively connected to the two adjusting screw rods.
