Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, an elastic member 3223 is disposed in the sliding groove 3221, the elastic member 3223 may be a spring or a rubber pad, one end of the elastic member 3223 is fixedly connected to a groove bottom of the sliding groove 3221, and the other end of the elastic member 3223 is fixedly connected to the slider 3222, and is configured to drive the slider 3222 to move toward the direction close to the slot 3211.
At this time, when the first pressing plate 35 needs to be replaced, the sliding block 3222 is pressed, the sliding block 3222 moves along the sliding groove 3221 and compresses the elastic member 3223 until the sliding block 3222 is completely retracted into the sliding groove 3221, and the side plate 322 is taken out along the installation groove 321, so that the purpose of detaching the first pressing plate 35 is achieved; the first pressing plate 35 which meets the surface size of the rocking cover 22 is selected, the sliding block 3222 is pressed, the sliding block 3222 moves along the sliding groove 3221 and compresses the elastic piece 3223 until the sliding block 3222 completely retracts into the sliding groove 3221, the movable side plate 322 moves into the mounting groove 321, when the sliding groove 3221 is aligned with the clamping groove 3211, the elastic piece 3223 restores to drive the sliding block 3222 to be inserted into the clamping groove 3211, at the moment, one end of the sliding block 3222 is located in the sliding groove 3221, and the other end of the sliding block 3222 is located in the clamping groove 3211, so that the purpose of replacing the first pressing plate 35 is achieved, and the operation is convenient and rapid.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a second pressing plate 5 is relatively moved above the machine table 1, the second pressing plate 5 may be made of metal or plastic, the second pressing plate 5 may move along the vertical direction of the machine table 1, a third driving member 51 is fixedly connected to the machine table 1 through screwing or gluing, the first driving member may be an air cylinder or an electric cylinder, a power shaft of the third driving member 51 is fixedly connected to the second pressing plate 5 through screwing or gluing, and the second pressing plate 5 abuts against a surface of the first pressing plate 35 away from the rocking cover 22 and is used for pressing the rocking cover 22.

s2, replacing the first presser plate 35: selecting a proper first pressing plate 35 according to the size of the rocking cover 22, moving the first pressing plate 35 to drive the side plate 322 to move until the side plate 322 is aligned with the mounting groove 321, moving the side plate 322 towards the direction close to the push plate 32 at the moment, simultaneously pressing the sliding block 3222 along the sliding groove 3221 until the sliding block 3222 is completely retracted into the sliding groove 3221, and enabling the elastic piece 3223 to deform, after the side plate 322 is inserted into the mounting groove 321, the sliding groove 3221 is aligned with the slot, and at the moment, the elastic piece 3223 is restored to push the sliding block 3222 to be inserted into the slot;
s3, inflating and pre-pressing: the air pump starts to inflate the air bag 41 through the air pipe 43 and the air flow monitor 44, the air bag 41 protrudes out of the installation groove 321 after being inflated, the air flow monitor 44 shows a first reading D1, the first driving piece 311 pushes the push plate 32 on one side to move until the push plate 32 abuts against the side face of the box body 21, at this time, the second driving piece 341 drives the rotating shaft 34 to drive the first pressing plate 35 to start rotating, and the first pressing plate 35 drives the air bag 41 to push the rocking cover 22 of the carton 2 to move until the first pressing plate 35 rotates to a horizontal state;
s4, leveling judgment: after the inflation prepressing is finished, the gas passes through the gas flow monitor 44 until the airbag 41 returns to the original state, at this time, the gas flow monitor 44 has a second reading D2, and if D1 is D2, it indicates that the product in the box 21 does not protrude from the rocking cover 22, and the repressing operation can be performed; if D1< D2, the products in the box body 21 protrude out of the rocking cover 22, the products in the box body 21 need to be sorted manually, and S3 and S4 are repeated after sorting is completed;
s4, repressing: after confirming that the product is completely located in the box 21, the third driving element 51 pushes the second pressing plate 5 to move towards the direction close to the first pressing plate 35 until the second pressing plate 5 pushes the first pressing plate 35 to be completely pressed on the surface of the rocking cover 22, and the rocking cover 22 is pressed.
Through the process, the rocking cover 22 can be tightly pressed on the premise of ensuring the completeness of the rocking cover 22, and meanwhile, whether the product in the box body 21 protrudes out of the rocking cover 22 or not can be judged, so that the product is prevented from being abraded and collided in the transportation process, and the production quality of the product can be effectively improved.
Based on the embodiment, the rocking cover 22 can be pressed on the premise of ensuring the completeness of the rocking cover 22 through the process, and meanwhile, whether the product in the box body 21 protrudes out of the rocking cover 22 or not can be judged, so that the product is prevented from being worn and collided in the transportation process, and the production quality of the product can be effectively improved.
