the bolt (7) consists of a screw rod (9) and a head (10), the screw rod (9) penetrates through the license plate (5) and the license plate frame (6) to be connected with the fixing component (4), and the head (10) is abutted to the license plate (5);
the nut arrangement (8) comprises:
a housing (17) having a hexagonal prism shape, on which a second through hole (18) through which the screw (9) passes is formed;
the hexagonal nut (19) is arranged in the shell (17) in a sliding mode, a hexagonal groove (20) for the hexagonal nut (19) to slide is formed in the shell (17), the hexagonal nut (19) is connected with the screw rod (9) in a rotating mode, and the hexagonal nut (19) is far away from the license plate (5);
the gasket (21) is arranged in the shell (17) and is positioned on one side, close to the license plate (5), of the hexagonal nut (19);
the annular metal elastic sheet (22) is arranged inside the shell (17) and is positioned on one side, away from the hexagonal nut (19), of the gasket (21);
the circular sliding seat (23) is arranged in the shell (17), the circular sliding seat (23) is abutted against the annular metal elastic sheet (22), is positioned on one side of the annular metal elastic sheet (22) far away from the gasket (21), and is formed with a third through hole (24) for the screw rod (9) to pass through;
annular metal shrapnel (22) comprises an annular pressure-bearing portion (25) and a plurality of arc shell fragment (26), annular pressure-bearing portion (25) contacts with gasket (21), a plurality of arc shell fragment (26) along annular pressure-bearing portion (25) circumferencial direction evenly distributed, a plurality of arc shell fragment (26) are close to circular slide seat (23) and set up, the tip of every arc shell fragment (26) all is close to screw rod (9) direction slope, and every arc shell fragment (26) all with bolt (7) joint, the shaping has annular groove (27) that supply a plurality of arc shell fragment (26) joint on screw rod (9).
2. A sealing arrangement for automotive license plates according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing assembly (4) further comprises:
the dustproof sleeve (11) is sleeved on the bolt (7) in a sliding mode, the dustproof sleeve (11) is located outside the head (10), a first through hole (12) for the screw rod (9) to penetrate through is formed in the dustproof sleeve (11), and the diameter of the first through hole (12) is smaller than that of the head (10);

4. A sealing arrangement for automotive license plates according to claim 1, characterized in that said housing (17) comprises:
a hexagonal end cover (29) that contacts the license plate frame (6);
and a hexagonal prism case (30) having an opening fixed to the hexagonal end cap (29), and a step (31) formed on the hexagonal prism for connecting the hexagonal end cap (29).

The fixing and sealing device for automobile license plates of claim 4 is characterized in that a plurality of metal clamping sheets (32) are formed at the opening of the hexagonal prism shell (30), the plurality of metal clamping sheets (32) are uniformly distributed along the circumference direction of the hexagonal prism shell (30), and the hexagonal end cover (29) is formed with a clamping groove (33) for clamping the plurality of metal clamping sheets (32).
