s1: starting a hot air circulation mechanism to preheat the inside of the treatment box, adding particles to be dried into the treatment box from the top end, and closing the cover plate;
s2: starting a driving mechanism to rotate the fixing rod, so that the dispersing piece rotates along with the fixing rod to disperse the accumulated particles, part of the particles enter the connecting cavity or pass through the through hole to dispersedly flow with the whole particles, and part of the bonded particles are dispersed through the connecting cavity and the through hole;
s3: particles at the bottom of the treatment box move to the periphery from the corresponding position of the blast pipe, the particles moving to the periphery collide with the rotating dispersion piece and the auxiliary piece to rotate, and the bonded particles are contacted with the limit guide blocks of the guide block and the separating groove along with collision to generate relative rotation for separation;
s4: when the dispersing piece rotates upwards from the bottom end, the auxiliary piece behind the moving direction of the dispersing piece vertically falls to be close to the subsequent dispersing piece, particles are blocked into a connection cavity which descends subsequently, and the particles between which the bonding particles are located at different positions are shunted to realize separation;
s5: when the dispersion piece rotates downwards from the top end, the auxiliary piece in the front of the dispersion piece in the moving direction is separated from the dispersion piece and approaches the dispersion piece in the front, the dispersion piece, the connecting piece and the auxiliary pieces at other positions in the same group are vibrated by the sudden descending action and collision of the auxiliary pieces, the particles on the inner and outer walls of the dispersion piece and the connecting piece are rubbed relatively to separate the bonded particles, the auxiliary piece at the bottom end swings to separate the bonded particles at the bottom by matching with the blast pipe, the material guide block and the separation groove, the auxiliary piece at the other side of the top and the dispersion piece at the rear of the dispersion piece in the moving direction are in reciprocating approach to each other and move relative to the dispersion piece to extrude the dispersed particles;
s6: and stopping the operation after drying for a certain time, and opening the discharging door to take out the particles to finish the drying operation.

s2: the driving mechanism is started to rotate the fixed rod 3, so that the dispersing piece 5 rotates along with the fixed rod 3 to disperse the accumulated particles, part of the particles enter the connecting cavity 501 or pass through the through hole 402 to dispersedly flow with the whole particles, and part of the bonded particles are dispersed through the connecting cavity 501 and the through hole 402;
s3: when the dispersing piece 5 rotates upwards from the bottom end, the auxiliary piece 7 at the rear of the moving direction of the dispersing piece vertically falls to be close to the subsequent dispersing piece 5, particles are blocked into the connection cavity 501 which descends subsequently, and the particles with the bonded particles at different positions are shunted to realize separation, and when the dispersing piece 5 rotates upwards from the bottom end, the auxiliary piece 7 at the front of the moving direction of the dispersing piece 5 is close to the port position of the dispersing piece 5;
s4: when the dispersing piece 5 rotates downwards from the top end, the auxiliary piece 7 in the front of the moving direction of the dispersing piece 5 is separated from the dispersing piece 5 and approaches to the dispersing piece 5 in the front, the dispersing piece 5, the connecting piece 4 and the auxiliary pieces 7 at other positions in the same group are vibrated by the sudden descending action and collision of the auxiliary piece 7, the particles on the inner and outer walls of the dispersing piece 5 and the connecting piece 4 are rubbed relatively to separate the bonded particles, and the auxiliary piece 7 on the other side of the top and the dispersing piece 5 behind the moving direction of the auxiliary piece are in reciprocating approach to each other and are in relative displacement with the dispersing piece 5 to increase the extrusion dispersing effect among the particles;
s5: and stopping the operation after drying for a certain time, and opening the discharging door to take out the particles to finish the drying operation.

Embodiment 2 includes all the structures and method parts of embodiment 1, referring to fig. 1-8, a plastic regeneration device with master batch drying function, further includes that the top of the processing box 1 is detachably connected with a cover plate 2, and the hot air circulation mechanism is provided with a plurality of blast pipes 8 and a plurality of air outlet pipes 9, the plurality of air outlet pipes 9 are equidistantly distributed at the top positions of both sides of the processing box 1, the blast pipes 8 are equidistantly distributed at the inner wall of the bottom of the processing box 1, the top ends of the blast pipes 8 are flush with the inner wall of the bottom of the processing box 1, the blast pipes 8 are provided with a plurality of groups, each group of blast pipes 8 are equidistantly distributed along the radial direction of the fixed rod 3, and the dispersion mechanism is arranged at the position between two adjacent groups of blast pipes 8;

in the actual dispersing and drying process, the structural design of the truncated cone-shaped structure at the top end of the blast pipe 8 is utilized, so that particles at the position above the blast pipe 8 are floated, peripheral particles are gushed to flow continuously and alternately, the bonded particles are thrown to the periphery of the blast pipe 8 due to wind power, the bonded particles between two adjacent blast pipes 8 rotate and collide due to wind power diffusion to improve the separation effect between the bonded particles, the rotation of the dispersing piece 5 and the auxiliary piece 7 between two adjacent groups of blast pipes 8 and the blast operation of the blast pipe 8 are matched, the flowing interactivity of the whole particles is improved to enhance the drying effect, the dispersing effect between the particles is improved through the matched operation, the particles at the position right above the blast pipe 8 can be conveniently fluctuated by the first auxiliary plate 701 and the second auxiliary plate 702 which extend towards two ends respectively, the interaction between single particles is increased, and the rotating collision of the bonded particles is increased, so that the actual dispersing and drying effects on the particles are further improved.

A drying method of plastic regeneration equipment with a master batch drying function further comprises the following steps: particles at the bottom of the treatment box 1 move to the periphery from the corresponding position of the blast pipe 8, the particles moving to the periphery collide with the rotating dispersion member 5 and the auxiliary member 7 to rotate, and the bonded particles are contacted with the limit guide of the guide block 10 and the separating groove 11 along with collision to generate relative rotation for separation;
