In this example, the outer diameter of the steel wire brush roll 31 in the steel pipe production line was 200mm, the steel numbers were 20 and 45, the rotational speed of the steel wire brush roll 31 was 1300rpm, the lifting speed of the steel wire brush roll 31 was 83.3mm/s, the rotational speeds of the steel wire brush roll 31 were 1500rpm, the lifting speed of the steel wire brush roll 31 was 66.7mm/s, the steel numbers were T95 and P110, the rotational speed of the steel wire brush roll 31 was 1800rpm, and the lifting speed of the steel wire brush roll 31 was 46.6mm/s.
It should be noted that, the to-be-treated end surface of the pipe section 5 is subjected to primary deburring during each of the rising and falling of the wire brush roller 31, so that the wire brush roller 31 rotates forward when it descends, and the shearing force direction of the to-be-treated end surface of the pipe section 5 is downward, and rotates backward when it ascends, and the shearing force direction of the to-be-treated end surface of the pipe section 5 is upward.
The existing pipe section end face processing equipment mostly adopts a working mode of grinding by a grinding wheel, the direction of the grinding force is parallel to the end face of the steel pipe, the moving direction of the grinding device is along the axial direction of the pipe section 5, the principle is that the purpose of removing burrs is realized by removing part of the steel pipe body, and the roundness of the periphery of the end face of the pipe section cannot be ensured. In the present embodiment, the brush roller device 3 employs the steel wire brush roller 31, and since the moving direction of the steel wire brush roller 31 is perpendicular to the length direction of the pipe section 5, that is, the direction of the force is perpendicular to the end face of the pipe section, burrs on the end face of the pipe section are cut off by the longitudinal shearing force of the steel wire brush roller 31, so that the roundness of the periphery of the end face of the pipe section is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, the clamping device 4 includes a first clamping seat 41, a second clamping seat 42, a synchronous gear 43, and a clamping driving cylinder 44, wherein a first rack 45 on the first clamping seat 41 and a second rack 46 on the second clamping seat 42 are both meshed with the synchronous gear 43, and the clamping driving cylinder 44 drives the first clamping seat 41 to reciprocate linearly so that the first clamping seat 41 and the second clamping seat 42 move in opposite directions or opposite directions, thereby clamping or releasing pipe sections 5 with different diameters, and when the pipe sections 5 are clamped, pipe section 5 shaking during pipe section end face processing can be prevented, and a burr processing effect is ensured. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the clamping device 4 further includes a mounting box 48, the mounting box 48 is mounted on a side wall of the frame 1, in order to prevent dust and scrap iron from entering the mounting box 48, a cover plate 49 is disposed on the mounting box 48, and nylon lining plates 47 are disposed on the first clamping seat 41 and the second clamping seat 42 in the practical application process, so that damage to the outer wall surface of the pipe section 5 when the clamping seats are clamped is avoided.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in order to prevent the splashing of burrs, the brush roll cover 6 is further included, and the brush roll cover 6 is fastened to an area where the end surface to be treated is cleaned by the linear reciprocating movement of the wire brush roll 31, so that the area forms a closed space, and the pipe section 5 passes through the side wall of the brush roll cover 6 and enters the closed space. Wherein, the brush roll cover 6 includes brush roll cover body 61 and brush roll cover curb plate 62, and brush roll cover curb plate 62 can dismantle the connection in one side of brush roll body 61, is equipped with the round hole that suits with the diameter of pipeline section 5 on brush roll cover curb plate 62, is equipped with annular brush 621 around the round hole, stretches into in the brush roll cover curb plate 62 when pipeline section 5, and annular brush 621 contacts with the outer wall surface of pipeline section 5 to prevent dust, iron fillings departure brush roll cover 6. Of course, in order to accommodate the pipe section 5 of different diameter ranges, the brush roll cover side plates 62 with different circular hole diameters can be replaced according to the diameters of the pipe section 5. The back of the brush roller body 61 is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the connecting shaft of the steel wire brush roller 31 passes through the strip-shaped hole and enters the brush roller body 61, and rubber strips matched with the strip-shaped hole are arranged on two sides of the strip-shaped hole so as to prevent dust and steel scraps from flying out.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pipe section end surface on-line processing apparatus further includes a feeding device 7, the feeding device 7 includes a feeding frame 71 and a feeding driving cylinder 72 for driving the feeding frame 71 to move linearly, the brush roller device 3 is disposed on the feeding frame 71, the brush roller cover is connected with a side wall of the feeding frame 71 through the connecting frame 63, when the feeding driving cylinder 72 drives the feeding frame 71 to move linearly, the brush roller device 3 and the brush roller cover simultaneously follow the feeding frame 71 to move, a first position of the feeding frame 71 is shown in fig. 6, namely, a working position of the brush roller device 3 is shown in fig. 5, and a second position of the feeding frame 71 is shown in fig. 5. In this embodiment, the feeding frame 71 can drive the brush roller device 3 to let out of the working position, and the pipe section after deburring can be directly discharged longitudinally through the auxiliary plate turnover mechanism, so that the pipe section end face online processing device does not need to be transversely withdrawn and then discharged, the production time of online production of the pipe section 5 is saved, and the production efficiency is further improved.
In order to stabilize the movement of the wire brush roller 31, a first slide rail 74 and a first slider 73 slidably connected to the first slide rail 74 are provided on the side wall of the feed frame 71, and the other end of the first slider 73 is connected to the screw nut 322. In order to stabilize the movement of the feeding frame 71, a second sliding rail 76 and a second sliding block 75 slidably connected to the second sliding rail 76 are provided at the top end of the frame 1, wherein the top end of the second sliding block 75 is connected to the bottom end of the feeding frame 71.
In order to prevent the feeding frame 71 from shaking in the working position, the pipe section end surface on-line processing apparatus further comprises a locking structure 8, the locking structure 8 being provided at an end of the feeding frame 71 remote from the feeding driving cylinder 72, the locking structure 8 being locked when the feeding frame 71 is in the working position. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the locking structure 8 includes a first inclined block 81 and a second inclined block 82, wherein the first inclined block 81 is disposed at an end of the feeding frame 71 away from the feeding driving cylinder 72, the second inclined block 82 is disposed at one side of the frame 1, and inclined surfaces of the first inclined block 81 and the second inclined block 82 are disposed opposite to each other, and when the feeding frame 71 moves to the first position as shown in fig. 6, the first inclined block 81 and the second inclined block 82 are locked, so that the feeding frame 71 is more stable in the working position.
In order to make the process of the end face treatment of the pipe section more environment-friendly, a dust removal and cleaning device 9 is further arranged on the on-line pipe section end face treatment device. As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the dust-removing cleaning device 9 includes a mounting shell 91, an exhaust fan 92 and a collecting box 93, the mounting shell 91 encloses with the top surface of the frame 1 to form a circulation channel, a closed space is communicated with the circulation channel, an exhaust inlet of the exhaust fan 92 extends into one end of the circulation channel, a filter cylinder 94 is arranged at the front end of the exhaust inlet, an external thread is processed at the end of the filter cylinder 94, the filter cylinder can be directly screwed on the frame 11 to facilitate replacement, and a silencer 95 is arranged at the air outlet of the exhaust fan 92. The collection box 93 is disposed below the filter cartridge 94, and the collection box 93 is movably connected to the mounting case 91. After the steel wire brush roller 31 in the enclosed space burrs the end surface to be treated of the pipe section 5, dust and steel scraps fall into the circulation channel, the dust and steel scraps are adsorbed onto the outer wall of the filter cylinder 94 by the air suction port of the exhaust fan 92, and after the exhaust fan 92 is closed, the dust and steel scraps fall into the collecting box 93 right below.
In the practical application process, referring to fig. 1, in order to make the layout of the whole device more reasonable and save the occupied space, the horizontal section of the installation shell 91 is in a concave structure, and is arranged above the frame 1, the baffle device 2 is arranged above the installation shell 91, and the second inclined block 82 in the locking structure 8 is arranged on one side wall of the installation shell 91 opposite to the first inclined block 81.

the baffle device (2) is provided with a working position for stopping the end face to be treated of the pipe section (5) and an initial position for allowing the end face to be treated to be subjected to burr treatment by the brush roller device (3);
the clamping device (4) is used for providing clamping force for the pipe sections (5) with different diameters;
the brush roller device (3) moves up and down along the vertical direction so as to perform burr treatment on the end surface of the pipeline to be treated in the working position;
the baffle device (2) comprises a baffle (21) and a baffle driving assembly (22) connected with the baffle (21), the baffle driving assembly (22) drives the baffle (21) to move between the working position and the initial position, and the end face to be treated of the pipe section (5) is abutted with the baffle (21) when in the working position;
the brush roller device (3) comprises a steel wire brush roller (31) and a lifting mechanism (32) for driving the steel wire brush roller (31) to vertically lift, wherein the steel wire brush roller (31) rotates along the axis of the steel wire brush roller;
when the baffle driving assembly (22) drives the baffle (21) to retract to the initial position, the lifting mechanism (32) drives the rotating steel wire brush roller (31) to linearly reciprocate so as to treat burrs on the end face to be treated.
2. The on-line processing apparatus for pipe section end face according to claim 1, wherein,
the baffle driving assembly (22) comprises a baffle driving cylinder (221) and a baffle connecting shaft (222) which are arranged up and down;
one end of the baffle connecting shaft (222) is connected with the baffle (21), and the other end of the baffle connecting shaft (222) is connected with an output shaft of the baffle driving cylinder (221) through a clamping plate (223);
the baffle drive assembly (22) further includes a hand wheel (224);
the hand wheel (224) is sleeved on the output shaft of the baffle driving cylinder (221), and the hand wheel (224) is respectively abutted to two sides of the clamping plate (223).
3. The on-line processing apparatus for pipe section end face according to claim 1, wherein,
the brush roller device (3) further comprises a brush roller driving assembly (33), wherein the brush roller driving assembly (33) is connected with the steel wire brush roller (31) and is used for driving the steel wire brush roller (31) to rotate along the axis of the steel wire brush roller;
the lifting mechanism (32) comprises a screw (321) and a screw nut (322) sleeved on the screw, and the brush roller driving assembly (33) is connected with the screw nut (322) through a brush roller seat (34).
4. The on-line processing apparatus for pipe section end face according to claim 1, wherein,
the clamping device (4) comprises a first clamping seat (41), a second clamping seat (42), a synchronous gear (43) and a clamping driving cylinder (44);
a first rack (45) on the first clamping seat (41) and a second rack (46) on the second clamping seat (42) are both meshed with the synchronous gear (43);
the clamping driving cylinder (44) drives the first clamping seat (41) to reciprocate in a linear motion so as to enable the first clamping seat (41) and the second clamping seat (42) to move in opposite directions or opposite directions, and further clamp or release the pipe section (5).
5. The on-line processing apparatus for pipe section end face according to claim 1, wherein,
the brush roll cover (6) is also included;
the brush roll cover (6) is buckled on an area where the steel wire brush roll (31) moves linearly and reciprocally to clean the end face to be treated, so that a closed space is formed in the area;
the pipe section (5) passes through the side wall of the brush roll cover (6) and enters the closed space.

the feeding device (7) comprises a feeding frame (71) and a feeding driving cylinder (72) for driving the feeding frame (71) to linearly move;
the brush roller device (3) and the brush roller cover (6) are arranged on the feeding frame (71).

also comprises a locking structure (8);
the locking structure (8) is arranged at one end of the feeding frame (71) far away from the feeding driving cylinder (72).

the dust removing and cleaning device (9) is also included;
the dust removing and cleaning device (9) comprises a mounting shell (91), an exhaust fan (92) and a collecting box (93);
