A prestressed automatic blanking device for a beam yard comprises a device main body (1), a cutting mechanism and three clamping mechanisms, it is characterized in that one side of the equipment main body (1) is provided with a mounting rack (8), a first guide rod (2) is fixed between the mounting rack (8) and the equipment main body (1), a first translation motor (5) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the mounting rack (8), the output end of the first translation motor (5) is rotatably connected with a first translation screw (4), the clamping mechanism comprises a first adjusting frame (3), a first clamping part (23) and a second clamping part (22), the first adjusting bracket (3) is connected with the outer wall of the first guide rod (2) in a sliding way, and the first adjusting bracket (3) is connected with the outer wall of the first translation screw rod (4) through threads, a fixed frame (25) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the first adjusting frame (3), a first electric telescopic cylinder (24) is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the fixed frame (25), the outer wall of the top end of the first clamping part (23) is connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the first adjusting frame (3) in a sliding manner, the output end of the first electric telescopic cylinder (24) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the first clamping part (23), a hydraulic cylinder (19) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the first clamping part (23), and the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (19) penetrates through the first clamping part (23) and is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the second clamping part (22); one side of the equipment main body (1) is provided with an accommodating hole for inserting a steel strand, and the three clamping mechanisms are uniformly and circumferentially distributed by taking the circle center of the accommodating hole as the center; the cutting mechanism is arranged on one side of the clamping mechanism.

The automatic prestressed blanking equipment for the beam yard as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a second electric telescopic cylinder (11), a cutting frame (13) and a cutting knife wheel (6), the output end of the second electric telescopic cylinder (11) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the cutting frame (13), the cutting knife wheel (6) is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of one end of the cutting frame (13) through a shaft, a cutting motor (27) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the cutting frame (13), and the output end of the cutting motor (27) and the cutting knife wheel (6) form a transmission relationship through a gear transmission assembly (26).

The prestressed automatic blanking equipment for the beam yard as claimed in claim 2, wherein two sides of the second electric telescopic cylinder (11) are provided with first support frames (9), two inner walls of two sides of each first support frame (9) are fixed with second guide rods (12), a second translation motor (7) is fixed on an outer wall of a primary side of each first support frame (9), an output end of each second translation motor (7) is rotatably connected with a second translation screw (10), an outer wall of each second guide rod (12) is slidably connected with a second adjusting frame (28), each second adjusting frame (28) is connected to an outer wall of each second translation screw (10) through threads, and the second electric telescopic cylinder (11) is fixed on an inner wall of each second adjusting frame (28).

The automatic prestressed blanking equipment for the beam yard as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer wall of one side of the first clamping portion (23) adjacent to the second clamping portion (22) is provided with a matched clamping groove (21), and the clamping groove (21) is internally provided with anti-skid protrusions (20) which are uniformly distributed.

The automatic prestressed blanking equipment for the beam yard is characterized in that a second supporting frame (18) is arranged between the mounting frame (8) and the equipment main body (1), two symmetrical electric control doors (17) are mounted on the second supporting frame (18) through hinges, the electric control doors (17) are located below the material guide inclined plate (15), and the two electric control doors (17) are of a V-shaped structure.
