Background
The roller sleeve is the most important wear-resistant part in the high-efficiency energy-saving rolling flour mill, the rolling flour mill crushes and crushes materials by performing high stress extrusion on the materials between rollers through the opposite rotation of the pair of roller sleeves, and the roller surface of the roller sleeve bears high alternating pressure stress, abrasive wear of high-hardness materials and cutting wear of sharp corners of high-strength materials with larger sizes, so the wear resistance of the roller surface of the roller sleeve is very important. The reason that the wear resistance of the roller sleeve of the dispersed cast-in stud is not enough is that the density of the stud is not high, and the main reason that the density of the existing roller sleeve cast-in stud is not high is the fluidity of molten steel, so the process method of the dispersed cast-in stud cannot manufacture the roller sleeve of the high-density stud.
The high-density stud roller sleeve can realize less or no surfacing maintenance in the service period, and when the stud density is higher than 50%, the roller sleeve does not need surfacing; the invention discloses a high-density stud roller sleeve of a brazed stud row of an insert casting sleeve, which comprises the following steps: the roller sleeve is characterized in that a certain number of straight-line strip-shaped sheathing brazing column nail rows with the length consistent with the length of the roller sleeve are arranged along a roller sleeve bus, are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the surface layer of the roller sleeve, leave gaps with the thickness not more than that of the sheathing brazing column nail rows and are cast in the surface layer of the roller sleeve; or a certain number of circular sheath brazing column nail rows with the outer diameter consistent with that of the roller sheath are axially and uniformly distributed on the surface layer of the roller sheath, gaps with the thickness not more than that of the sheath brazing column nail rows are reserved between the column nail rows, and the gaps are cast on the surface layer of the roller sheath.

Claims (4)

1) the high-density stud roller sleeve for embedding and casting the sheath brazing stud rows consists of sheath brazing stud rows and a roller sleeve substrate for embedding and fixing the sheath brazing stud rows, the roller sleeve surface layers are uniformly distributed, and are embedded and cast with circular sheath brazing stud rows which are linearly arranged, have the same length as the roller sleeve or circumferentially arranged and the same outer diameter as the roller sleeve, gap intervals which are not more than the thickness of the sheath brazing stud rows are arranged among the sheath brazing stud rows, and the ratio of the sum of the occupied areas of all studs on the circumferential surface of the roller sleeve cylinder to the roller surface area of the roller sleeve is more than fifty percent, namely the stud density is more than 50 percent;
