The powdery raw materials comprise 2-5 parts of green tea powder, 2-5 parts of ganoderma lucidum powder and 2-5 parts of orange peel powder in parts by mass, the green tea and the ganoderma lucidum can effectively remove free radicals in the body, and further the anti-aging and anti-aging effects are achieved, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the emulsion on the facial skin is better, meanwhile, the orange peel powder is fresh and cool, the greasy feeling of the emulsion can be effectively eliminated or relieved, and further, when the emulsion is coated on the face, the comfortable feeling is better.

and S4, heating to slightly expand the suspended globules and accelerate the suspended globules to rise until the suspended globules float on the surface of the mixed solution, thus obtaining the moisturizing emulsion.
