技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品制备技术领域,具体为一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法。
背景技术
护肤品具有美颜美容的功能,能够增强皮肤的弹性和活力,经常使用可以使人年轻美丽,护肤品能够增强人的自信心,提升人的美好形象,促进社会的文明,护肤品种类繁多,使用的时候可以根据实际使用选择适合自己的护肤品,现在护肤品走进了平常百姓家,使很多人都能够得到护肤品的养护。
现在市场上护肤品功能单一,护肤的时候不能够很好防止皮肤衰老且不能够很好减少紫外线对皮肤伤害,再者现有精华液容易使皮肤过敏,使皮肤过早衰老。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法,解决了现在精华液功能单一、不能够很好防止皮肤衰老和易过敏的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液,包括以下质量份数的原料:水70-90份、1,2-戊二醇2-5份、丁二醇2-5份、泛醇0.5-3份、对羟基苯乙酮1-6份、肌肽1-3份、水解小核菌胶2-6份、虾青素0.3-0.8份、生育酚0.03-0.2份、雨生红球藻提取物0.2-0.5份、油菜籽油0.1-0.6份、甘油三酯0.1-0.3份、聚甘油-10油酸酯0.09-0.2份、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.09-0.2份、溶血卵磷脂0.1-0.3份、黄原胶0.05-0.5份、柠檬酸0.1-0.5份、甘油0.1-5。
优选的,所述甘油三酯为辛酸甘油三酯或者癸酸甘油三酯中的一种。
优选的,一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:油相原料制备
将油相原料混合物内的物质依次放入油相锅内部,恒温搅拌得到油相原料;
步骤二:水相原料制备
将水相原料混合物的内的物质投入水相锅内,恒温搅拌得到水相原料;
步骤三:混合灌装
将步骤一中的油相原料和步骤二中水相原料混合混合均匀之后同时均匀乳化,乳化之后得到精华液原料,之后将精华液经过过滤、灌装,得到精华液成品。
优选的,所述水相原料混合物包括有:水、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、泛醇、对羟基苯乙酮、肌肽、水解小核菌胶、甘油、生育酚、黄原胶、柠檬酸。
优选的,所述油相原料混合物包括:虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、甘油三酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、溶血卵磷脂。
优选的,所述步骤一中油相锅内的恒温温度为58-105摄氏度,所述油相锅内搅拌转速为500-1000转每分钟,所述恒温搅拌时间为30-60分钟。
优选的,所述步骤二中水相锅内的恒温温度为85-90摄氏度,所述油相锅内搅拌转速为100-250转每分钟,所述恒温搅拌时间为15-25分钟。
优选的,所述步骤三中均匀乳化的条件为:将原料投入乳化锅,在40-60摄氏度情况下,0.3兆帕真空下均匀混合搅拌1-2小时。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、泛醇、对羟基苯乙酮、肌肽、水解小核菌胶、甘油、生育酚、油菜籽油、甘油三酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、溶血卵磷脂、黄原胶、柠檬酸之间的搭配和混合使精华液具有丰富的营养,使精华液能够补充皮肤养分,同时也能够使皮肤充分湿润,同时使皮肤能够充分自我修复,使皮肤抗氧化作用好,促进皮肤的抵抗力,使皮肤面对不同环境的时候能够稳定,不会过敏。
2、本发明通过在精华液中添加虾青素和雨生红球藻提取物能够使精华液能够很好防止皮肤衰老,使精华液能够很好减少紫外线对皮肤伤害,使皮肤抗氧化性非常好,抑制脂质过氧化,还可以保护细胞及DNA免受氧化反应的伤害,保护细胞内的蛋白质,使细胞有效进行新陈代谢,使细胞内的蛋白质更好地发挥功能,使皮肤紧致富有弹性。
3、本发明通过精华液中的肌肽的添加,使精华液改善过敏皮肤,使皮肤延缓衰老,保证皮肤保持弹性,没有皱纹,值得大力推广。

实施例1:
本发明实施例提供一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法,包括以下质量份数的原料:水70份、1,2-戊二醇2份、丁二醇2份、泛醇0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮1份、水解小核菌胶2份、生育酚0.03份、甘油三酯0.1份、溶血卵磷脂0.1份、黄原胶0.05份、柠檬酸0.1份、甘油2,其余成分见表1-1。
肌肽具有很好的抗糖化效果,使细胞延缓衰老,肌肽还是一种重要的细胞内抗氧化剂,研究证明,肌肽可清除活性氧,还可在氧化应激过程中防止细胞膜脂肪酸发生过氧化反应,同时,它还具有很强的抗衰老功效,水解小核菌胶它是一种纯天然生物高分子保湿剂,兼具保湿、修护、消炎、抗氧化等作用,性质稳定,水溶性好,长效保湿,虾青素和雨生红球藻提取物能够使精华液能够很好防止皮肤衰老,使精华液能够很好减少紫外线对皮肤伤害,使皮肤抗氧化性非常好,抑制脂质过氧化,还可以保护细胞及DNA免受氧化反应的伤害,保护细胞内的蛋白质,使细胞有效进行新陈代谢,使细胞内的蛋白质更好地发挥功能,使皮肤紧致富有弹性,通过精华液中的肌肽的添加,使精华液改善过敏皮肤,使皮肤延缓衰老,保证皮肤保持弹性,没有皱纹。

步骤三:混合灌装
将步骤一中的油相原料和步骤二中水相原料混合混合均匀之后同时均匀乳化,乳化之后得到精华液原料,之后将精华液经过过滤、灌装,得到精华液成品;
通过上述的三个步骤的精华液的制备使得精华液能够充分融合,使精华液能够具有丰富的营养,使精华液能够非常好的提升紧致肌肤的效果,保证精华液的很好使用。
水相原料混合物包括有:水、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、泛醇、对羟基苯乙酮、肌肽、水解小核菌胶、甘油、生育酚、黄原胶、柠檬酸。
油相原料混合物包括:虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、甘油三酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、溶血卵磷脂。
步骤一中油相锅内的恒温温度为58摄氏度,油相锅内搅拌转速为500转每分钟,恒温搅拌时间为30分钟,良好的油相锅的反应温度使精华液很好制备。
步骤二中水相锅内的恒温温度为85摄氏度,油相锅内搅拌转速为100转每分钟,恒温搅拌时间为15分钟,使精华液充分混合。
步骤三中均匀乳化的条件为:将原料投入乳化锅,在40摄氏度情况下,0.3兆帕真空下均匀混合搅拌1小时,使精华液非常好的乳化制备,得到灌装的精华液。
实施例2:
本发明实施例提供一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法,包括以下质量份数的原料:水90份、1,2-戊二醇5份、丁二醇5份、泛醇3份、对羟基苯乙酮6份、水解小核菌胶6份、生育酚0.2份、甘油三酯0.3份、溶血卵磷脂0.3份、黄原胶0.5份、柠檬酸0.5份、甘油5,其余成分见表1-1。
实施例3-7:
公共成分:水70-90份、1,2-戊二醇2-5份、丁二醇2-5份、泛醇0.5-3份、对羟基苯乙酮1-6份、水解小核菌胶2-6份、生育酚0.03-0.2份、甘油三酯0.1-0.3份、溶血卵磷脂0.1-0.3份、黄原胶0.05-0.5份、柠檬酸0.1-0.5份、甘油0.1-5,其余成分见表1-1。
制备步骤同实施例1。

实施例功效评价对比
1、测试方法
志愿者统一用温水、标准洁面乳(实验室配方)清洗测试部位,在符合规定的房间内等待30min后进行面颊部位和眼角部位基础数据采集,测试的指标分别为皮肤弹力(R2)、皮肤紧实度(F4)、皱纹体积、皱纹深度、皱纹分值。
各指标测试完成后,将实施例样品随机分发给志愿者,每种实施例样品15名志愿者,志愿者按产品说明书自行使用,每日早晚各使用一次,使用周期为4周。在使用产品二周后、四周后的相同时间点进行回访测试,每次测试流程与基础数据采集保持一致。
2、测试仪器
皮肤测试仪MPA580,皮肤弹性测试探头Cutomerter,德国Courage+khazakaelectronicGmbH(CK)公司;光谱成像血流分析仪TiVi700,瑞典WheelsBridge公司;面部图像分析仪VISIA,美国Canfield公司。
3、志愿者
招募通过良好皮肤非创伤性检查、无任何皮肤和系统性疾患史、受试部位皮肤无异常、对测试产品无过敏现象、年龄在30至55周岁之间的女性健康受试者105名,测试7种实施例样品。
4、测试结果

结合实施例1-7,并结合表1,可以看出,加入肌肽、虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯对产品增加皮肤弹性和提升皮肤紧实度的效果均有影响,且成分越多增加皮肤弹性和提升皮肤紧实度的效果越好。
结合实施例1-2,并结合表1,可以看出,加入肌肽对产品增加皮肤弹性和提升皮肤紧实度的效果较明显。
结合实施例4-5,并结合表1,可以看出,加入油菜籽油对产品增加皮肤弹性和提升皮肤紧实度的效果较明显。

结合实施例1-7,并结合表2,可以看出,加入肌肽、虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯对产品的抗皱效果均有影响,且成分越多抗皱效果越好。
结合实施例2-3,并结合表2,可以看出,加入虾青素对提升产品的抗皱效果较明显。
结合实施例5-7,并结合表2,可以看出,加入聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯对提升产品的抗皱效果较明显。

注:测试仪器为面部图像分析仪VISIA;皱纹分值为依据皱纹条数、皱纹形态、皱纹面积等参数综合计算的分值;变化率=(使用后-使用前)/使用前。
结合实施例1-7,并结合表3,可以看出,加入肌肽、虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯对产品的淡化皱纹效果均有影响,且成分越多淡化皱纹效果越好。
结合实施例3-4,并结合表3,可以看出,加入雨生红球藻提取物对提升产品的淡化皱纹效果较明显。
结合实施例5-6,并结合表3,可以看出,加入聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯对提升产品的淡化皱纹效果较明显。
5、试验结论
结合实施例1-7,并结合表1-3,可以看出,加入肌肽、虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯对产品的增加皮肤弹性、提升皮肤紧实度、抗皱、淡化细纹的效果具有改善作用,组合物可以实现紧致抗皱的功效。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的原料:水70-90份、1,2-戊二醇2-5份、丁二醇2-5份、泛醇0.5-3份、对羟基苯乙酮1-6份、肌肽1-3份、水解小核菌胶2-6份、虾青素0.3-0.8份、生育酚0.03-0.2份、雨生红球藻提取物0.2-0.5份、油菜籽油0.1-0.6份、甘油三酯0.1-0.3份、聚甘油-10油酸酯0.09-0.2份、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.09-0.2份、溶血卵磷脂0.1-0.3份、黄原胶0.05-0.5份、柠檬酸0.1-0.5份、甘油0.1-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液,其特征在于:所述甘油三酯为辛酸甘油三酯或者癸酸甘油三酯中的一种。

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种紧致抗皱组合物及其精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述油相原料混合物包括:虾青素、雨生红球藻提取物、油菜籽油、甘油三酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、溶血卵磷脂。
