the primary massage sleeve (1) is placed in a first caulking groove (51) below the first placing groove (61), two groups of silica gel sleeves (11) which are used for being sleeved with meibomian gland massage forceps are arranged at the upper end of the primary massage sleeve (1), a massage plate (12) is arranged at the lower end of each silica gel sleeve (11), a hot water groove (54) is arranged below the first caulking groove (51), the hot water groove (54) is communicated with the upper part of the first caulking groove (51) through a water inlet (55), a water outlet (56) is arranged at the lower part of the first caulking groove (51),
