本发明涉及卫生制品相关技术领域，特别涉及一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品。
背景技术
在女性卫生护理用品中，诸如卫生巾等妇女卫生制品供妇女在她们的月经期间使用，以接收和容纳从阴道排出的血液，这些吸水性卫生制品通常被放置在使用者的裆部和其内衣之间，除了收集月经以外，这些制品还可用于保护穿着者的内衣不被其他体液污染。
现有的产品大多采用传统的合成材料进行制作，血液渗透慢，触感差。
在中国发明专利申请号：CN201580044034.3中公开有一种卫生材料用无纺布和卫生材料制品，该卫生材料用无纺布和卫生材料制品，虽然，可以得到具备水、药液等液体的高吸水力和扩散力、并且还具有优异的蓬松性、柔软性和防透性的卫生材料用无纺布，但是，该卫生材料用无纺布和卫生材料制品，采用的是传统的粗旦同芯纤维材料制成，卫生巾整体的蓬松程度低，使用舒适程度差，面层的回弹效果低，血液下渗速度慢，干爽程度低。

(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，解决了卫生材料用无纺布和卫生材料制品，采用的是传统的粗旦同芯纤维材料制成，卫生巾整体的蓬松程度低，使用舒适程度差，面层的回弹效果低，血液下渗速度慢，干爽程度低的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，包括护围，所述护围的上表面固定连接有面层，所述护围的下表面固定连接有导流层，所述导流层的下表面固定连接有吸水层，所述吸水层的下表面固定连接有底膜，所述底膜的下表面固定连接有背胶层，所述面层为2.67Dtex偏芯纤维，且所述2.67Dtex偏芯纤维单层克重为25g/㎡以及层数为5层。
可选的，所述护围的结构为三片式立体护围。
可选的，所述吸水层通过高分子锁水因子材料制成。
可选的，所述面层具有如下结构：每层2.67Dtex偏芯纤维均通过弯曲编织进行连接。
可选的，所述2.67Dtex偏芯纤维的材料为高密度聚乙烯。

1、本发明通过面层的设置，并搭配纤度为2.67Dtex的偏心纤维，采用弯曲编织状的形式相结合，偏心纤维的材质为高密度聚乙烯，通过与使用者皮肤的接触，能够有效提升卫生巾的蓬松柔软程度，增强与使用者皮肤的接触舒适性，更好的提高卫生巾的回弹效果。
2、本发明通过导流层的设置，并搭配纤度为3.3Dtex的偏心纤维，3.3Dtex的偏心纤维通过制成低密度无纺布，并采用3D立体螺旋偏芯纤维制成，作为纸尿裤或卫生巾的ADL，并通过搭配任一款表层进行使用，能够有效提升血液的下渗速度，更好的增强卫生巾的干爽性。

偏芯纤维是采用3D立体螺旋偏芯纤维制成的导流无纺布，蓬松高弹，全方位螺旋渗透，有效控制和减少反渗，对比传统粗旦同芯纤维导流层，手感较硬，渗透速度慢，且往往由于储水而造成血液反渗较高。
目前成熟的偏芯纤维纤度为2.67Dtex&3.3Dtex，3.3Dtex的偏芯纤维可制成为低密度无纺布，作为纸尿裤或卫生巾的ADL，搭配任一款面层使用，有效改善下渗速度和干爽性，低密度无纺布有利于血液的速渗低残留，3D螺旋抗压后保持较高回弹力，有效隔绝液体，使血液反渗更低。
偏芯纤维适中的重量和层数，有助于降低渗血和提升卫生巾的整体穿戴舒适程度。
实施例二
一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，
护围1的结构为三片式立体护围，避免血液渗漏，防止卫生巾发生位移。
吸水层3通过高分子锁水因子材料制成，使卫生巾具备对液体的高吸水能力和扩散力。
面层2具有如下结构：每层2.67Dtex偏芯纤维均通过弯曲编织进行连接，有助于提升偏芯纤维的强度和卷曲度，使卫生巾的蓬松性提高。
2.67Dtex偏芯纤维的材料为高密度聚乙烯，通过高密度聚乙烯材料的应用，能够有效使偏芯纤维的表面更加光滑，提升卫生巾的穿戴舒适性。
实施例三
一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，
导流层4为3.3Dtex偏芯纤维，且3.3Dtex偏芯纤维单层克重为25g/㎡以及层数为5层。
3.3Dtex偏芯纤维制成为低密度无纺布，改善血液下渗速度和提高卫生巾干爽性。
导流层4具有如下结构：每层3.3Dtex偏芯纤维均通过弯曲编织进行连接，提高结构强度。
底膜5的材质结构为透气型防漏膜片，背胶层6采用食品级离型胶纸，防止背胶层6对人体皮肤造成伤害，避免背胶层6自身携带的毒性对人体造成感染。
护围1、面层2、导流层3和吸水层4通过喷洒热熔胶的方式粘合为一体结构，粘合稳定性较高。
工作原理：在工作时，首先通过护围1的配合，将装置穿戴在使用位置，将背胶层6盖膜移除，使底膜5与内衣贴合，实现贴附在内衣表面进行使用，血液经过面层2并通过导流层3进行扩散，通过吸水层4进行吸收容纳。
(一)无纺布吸水性能实验1：血液样本对比，通过强亲水和弱亲水无纺布进行对比实验，得出以下结论。

(二)渗血实验：将卫生巾样品平铺在实验台上，底层下面均铺有卫生纸，然后一次性加入20毫升动物鲜血，待30分钟后，将3.5公斤砝码置于卫生巾表层按压2小时，2小时后观察卫生巾样品底层有无渗血现象。
实验结果如表1所示。

通过以上三组实施例均可以制得蓬松柔软程度高、亲肤舒适性好、回弹性强、扩散性广和干爽程度高的卫生制品，其中第二组实施例的整体效果最好，血液吸水快。
综上所述：通过面层2和导流层3的设置，面层2搭配纤度为2.67Dtex的偏心纤维，采用弯曲编织状的形式相结合，偏心纤维的材质为高密度聚乙烯，通过与使用者皮肤的接触，能够有效提升卫生巾的蓬松柔软程度，增强与使用者皮肤的接触舒适性，更好的提高卫生巾的回弹效果，偏芯纤维是采用3D立体螺旋偏芯纤维制成的导流无纺布，蓬松高弹，全方位螺旋渗透，有效控制和减少反渗，对比传统粗旦同芯纤维导流层，手感较硬，渗透速度慢，且往往由于储水而造成血液反渗较高，导流层3搭配纤度为3.3Dtex的偏心纤维，3.3Dtex的偏心纤维通过制成低密度无纺布，并采用3D立体螺旋偏芯纤维制成，作为纸尿裤或卫生巾的ADL，并通过搭配任一款表层进行使用，能够有效提升血液的下渗速度，更好的增强卫生巾的干爽性，3.3Dtex的偏芯纤维可制成为低密度无纺布，作为纸尿裤或卫生巾的ADL，搭配任一款面层使用，有效改善下渗速度和干爽性，低密度无纺布有利于血液的速渗低残留，3D螺旋抗压后保持较高回弹力，有效隔绝液体，使血液反渗更低。

1.一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，包括护围(1)，所述护围(1)的上表面固定连接有面层(2)，所述护围(1)的下表面固定连接有导流层(3)，所述导流层(3)的下表面固定连接有吸水层(4)，所述吸水层(4)的下表面固定连接有底膜(5)，所述底膜(5)的下表面固定连接有背胶层(6)，其特征在于：所述面层(2)为2.67Dtex偏芯纤维，且所述2.67Dtex偏芯纤维单层克重为25g/㎡以及层数为5层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于偏心纤维的高渗透卫生制品，其特征在于：
所述护围(1)的结构为三片式立体护围。
