The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the base plate 11 is firstly placed under the back, so that the second base point on the transverse ruler 20 is aligned with the abdomen umbilicus of the abdomen; then the free end of the flexible rule 41 is pulled to be hung on the hook 13 by bypassing the two pulleys 70 in sequence, the sliding rod 12 is pushed to be inserted into the first sliding groove 14 to slide, the free end of the flexible rule 41 is moved to the second vertical rod 32, the free end of the flexible rule 41 is taken down to be wound back into the measuring hole 46 of the accommodating box 43, and the fixed column 62 is clamped on the fixed clamp 61; then the first vertical rod 31 slides on the base plate 11 to be attached to the side face of the abdomen, the limiting cylinder 51 is slid, the limiting block 53 is inserted into the limiting groove 54, the third rotating shaft 22 is rotated to drive the first rotating shaft 33 to synchronously rotate, the first rotating shaft 33 drives the second rotating shaft 34 to rotate, the first gear 35 rolls on the first straight rack 37, and the second vertical rod 32 is driven to move towards the first vertical rod 31 until the attachment to the other side face of the abdomen is stopped; simultaneously, the third rotating shaft 22 rotates to drive the second gear 23 to roll on the second straight rack 24, so as to drive the cross bar 21 to move downwards until the cross bar is attached to the surface of the abdomen; finally, the tape 41 is removed from the two pulleys 70, the tape 41 is brought into contact with the skin, and the state at this time is read, and the abdominal height, the abdominal width and the abdominal circumference data size of the patient are read.
If the second vertical rod 32 contacts the abdomen side, the cross rod 21 does not contact the abdomen surface, or if the cross rod 21 contacts the abdomen surface, the second vertical rod 32 does not contact the abdomen side, the limiting cylinder 51 is slid, the limiting block 53 is separated from the limiting cylinder 51, and the third rotating shaft 22 or the first rotating shaft 33 is independently rotated, so that the measurement operation is completed.
When medical staff needs to measure the relief of the surface of the abdomen of a patient during inspiration, measuring the height of the abdomen before inspiration; the rail 21 is then raised and the patient, after inhalation, measures the abdominal height at that time.
