The working principle of the invention is as follows: before working, firstly, adjusting the clamping pressure, selecting a medical staff to wear the earmuff 2, simultaneously opening the electronic air pressure regulating valve 19, enabling high-pressure air in the air storage tank 4 to reach the inside of the sleeve 10 through the main conveying pipe 17, the ventilation pipe 14 and the air conveying pipe 15, then increasing the air pressure in the sleeve 10, under the action of the high-pressure air, starting the sliding block 13 and the push rod 11 to move towards the outer side of the sleeve 10, driving the clamping plates 12 to move together, then forming clamping on the ears of the medical staff by the clamping plates 12 on the two sides, tightly attaching the teeth 23 on the clamping plates 12 to the ears of the medical staff, then enabling the medical staff to feel pain or not by himself, if the pain is too small, enabling the medical staff to wake up the patient in the using process, at the moment, regulating the electronic air pressure regulating valve 19 to gradually increase the air pressure until the medical staff feel larger pain, simultaneously observing whether the clamping plates 12 hurt the ears of the medical staff, if the pressure is hurt, and simultaneously inputting the most proper set values of the electronic air pressure regulating valve 19 to the processing module 5, preventing hurt the ears of the patient in the actual use process, if the ears caused by the medical staff due to the excessive pressure, and the harm to the ears caused by the medical staff in the process, and the clamping device is convenient to regulate the ears in the use; in the actual use process, the earmuff 2 is worn by a patient, the sensing paste 8 can be stuck to the ears of the patient, the blood oxygen saturation and the heart rate of the patient are sensed and monitored, meanwhile, the monitoring result is sent to the blood oxygen saturation and heart rate monitor 1, and the blood oxygen saturation and heart rate monitor is displayed on the display screen 6, when the blood oxygen saturation and the heart rate of the patient are abnormal due to the weakening of breath of the patient, the processing module 5 controls the electronic air pressure regulating valve 19 to regulate according to a preset value, high-pressure air reaches the inside of the sleeve 10 through the total conveying pipe 17, the ventilation pipe 14 and the air conveying pipe 15, the clamping plates 12 on two sides clamp the ears of the patient, then the pain felt by the patient is immediately awakened to perform autonomous respiration, the processing module 5 controls the second electromagnetic valve 212 to be opened before the medical staff is required to watch on the sickbed of the patient until the blood oxygen saturation and the heart rate of the patient are recovered to be normal, the electronic air pressure regulating valve 19 is closed, high-pressure air is discharged, and the clamping plates 12 are reset.
