Before the device of the embodiment is installed on the cable 200, the sleeve 100 is firstly opened, the two fixed sleeve operating arms 16 are simultaneously clamped into the limiting groove 521, the sleeve 100 is kept in an opened state, the whole sleeve 100 is installed on the operating head 42, the sleeve 100 is supported to a high position by the support rod 41, the holding block 52 is pulled by the rocker arm 431 to move, the fixed sleeve operating arms 16 are separated from the limit of the holding block 52, the sleeve 100 is automatically closed and fixed on the cable 200 under the action of the fixed sleeve elastic resetting piece 17 and the movable sleeve elastic resetting piece 24, and therefore the device of the embodiment is installed on the cable 200 on the ground remotely.
For the supporting structure between the supporting rod 41 and the sleeve 100, preferably, referring to fig. 8-9, a supporting sleeve 162 is provided on one of the fixed sleeve operating arms 16, a supporting rod 433 is provided on the top end of the supporting rod 41, the supporting rod 433 can be inserted into the supporting sleeve 162, and the supporting sleeve 162 is aligned with the supporting rod 433 during supporting so that the supporting rod is inserted into the supporting sleeve 162; preferably, be equipped with the external screw thread on the vaulting pole 41, be equipped with the internal thread in the support sleeve 162, can avoid rocking the installation of being not convenient for with bracing piece 433 and support sleeve 162 threaded connection in the installation sleeve 100 production, after accomplishing the installation, rotate vaulting pole 41 and can make bracing piece 433 break away from with support sleeve 162 to realize the recovery of remote operation subassembly 4.
