Abstract

一种数据存储方法及存储芯片，其中，该方法可应用于存储芯片，该方法包括：获取快速存储区域的有效数据量，该快速存储区域的数据的存储形态为第一存储形态(401)；在该快速存储区域的有效数据量大于第一阈值的情况下，将该快速存储区域转换为普通存储区域，且该普通存储区域的数据的存储形态为第二存储形态(402)。采用本方法可有效提高应用的响应速度。
