Abstract
本发明涉及一种混合动力变速器(3),该混合动力变速器具有:至少一个驱动装置(EM2);传动装置(4),该传动装置具有第一传动装置输入轴(12)以及安装在第一传动装置输入轴(12)上的第二传动装置输入轴(14),其中在第二传动装置输入轴(14)上布置有至少两个挡位轮(16,18)。本发明的特征在于,最大的挡位级(G3)的挡位轮(16)是以在轴向方向上朝向外侧(46,50)的方式布置在第二传动装置输入轴(14)上的。本发明还涉及一种机动车辆。
Description
本发明涉及一种混合动力变速器,所述混合动力变速器具有:至少一个驱动装置;传动装置,所述传动装置具有第一传动装置输入轴以及安装在所述第一传动装置输入轴上的第二传动装置输入轴。
已知使用混合动力变速器来减少机动车辆的CO2排放。混合动力变速器在此应被理解为可以联接有燃烧发动机和至少一种另外的驱动装置的变速器。已知混合任何自动化的传动装置,例如自动传动装置和双离合器传动装置。从DE 10 2011 005 451 A1已知一种传动装置,该传动装置具有两个电动马达并且实现了5个前进挡位以及一个后退挡位。
由此出发,本发明的目的在于,给出一种混合动力变速器,该混合动力变速器针对前驱横置的应用方式被设计成结构紧凑的。
为了解决该问题提出,驱动装置是轴线平行地布置的并且被连结至布置在第二传动装置输入轴上的挡位齿轮。由此可以实现结构空间有效的布置方式。
混合动力变速器的传动装置有利地被设计为换挡式传动装置。该换挡式传动装置于是具有至少两个离散的挡位级。
换挡式传动装置有利地可以具有至少两个、尤其恰好两个子传动装置。这能够提高功能性并且例如能够在尤其燃烧发动机式的挡位变换和电力的挡位变换中支持牵引力。
子传动装置中的至少一个子传动装置优选可以被设计为换挡式传动装置。尤其,恰好一个子传动装置可以被设计为换挡式传动装置。一个子传动装置于是具有至少两个挡位级,另一个子传动装置或其他的子传动装置则具有恰好一个挡位级。
有利地,子传动装置可以具有恰好两个挡位级。此外,第二子传动装置可以具有恰好一个挡位级。
换挡式传动装置有利地具有齿轮和换挡元件。齿轮优选被设计为正齿轮。
混合动力变速器的传动装置优选被设计为固定传动装置。在固定传动装置中,传动装置中的所有齿轮的轴线是相对于传动装置壳体位置固定的。
换挡式传动装置优选被设计为呈副轴结构形式的传动装置。换挡式传动装置优选被设计为正齿轮传动装置。齿轮于是被设计为正齿轮。
此外,传动装置可以被设计为双离合器传动装置。该双离合器传动装置于是具有两个传动装置输入轴。
传动装置优选可以具有至少两个轴。在将传动装置设计为固定传动装置的情况下,这两个轴需要用来形成挡位级。
此外,传动装置优选具有至少一个、尤其至少两个传动装置输入轴。传动装置优选具有恰好两个传动装置输入轴。尽管借助三个或更多个传动装置输入轴可以产生更多数量的子传动装置,然而已证实的是,借助两个传动装置输入轴就已经可以实现所描述的功能性。
第一传动装置输入轴优选被设计为实心轴。独立于第一传动装置输入轴的设计方案,第二输入轴优选被安装在该第一传动装置输入轴上,即,该第二输入轴是与该第一传动装置输入轴共轴地布置的并且包围该第一传动装置输入轴。该第二输入轴于是是空心轴。
混合动力变速器优选可以具有至少一个、尤其恰好一个副轴。于是在使用唯一的副轴的情况下存在与差速器连结的唯一位置。由此可以节省构造空间,在径向方向上和轴向方向上都是如此。
因此在一个优选的实施方式中,传动装置具有恰好三个轴,即,两个传动装置输入轴和一个副轴,该副轴于是也是从动轴。
在传动装置的全轮驱动变体的情况下,总是添加有轴作为辅助动力输出装置来驱动第二机动车辆车桥。
如开篇已经描述的,挡位级是介于两个轴之间机械实现的传动比。燃烧发动机或驱动装置与车轮之间的总传动比具有另外的传动比,其中在挡位级之前的传动比(所谓的预传动比)可以取决于所使用的驱动器。后传动比通常是相同的。在下文进一步示出的一个实施方式中,驱动装置的转速和转矩进行多次变速,即,通过驱动装置的输出轴与传动装置输入轴之间的至少一个齿轮副进行。这种情况是预传动。紧随其后是挡位级的具有取决于该挡位级的传动比的齿轮副。最后紧接着是作为后传动机构的、位于副轴与差速器之间的齿轮副。挡位于是具有取决于驱动器和挡位级的总传动比。在没有进一步说明的情况下,挡位于是是指所使用的挡位级。
仅出于完整性而言应指出的是,挡位级的升序数字通常参考减小的传动比。第一挡位级G1具有大于第二挡位级G2等等的传动比。然而,这些挡位级没有显示出具体的传动比。在具有六个挡位级的传动装置中,第一挡位级G1的传动比例如可以对应于第四挡位级的传动比。
如果藉由第一挡位级G1来传递燃烧发动机的转矩,则这被称为燃烧发动机挡位V1。如果第二驱动装置和燃烧发动机同时藉由第一挡位级G1来传递转矩,则这被称为混合动力挡位H11。如果仅第二驱动装置藉由第一挡位级G1来传递转矩,则被称为电力挡位E1。
混合动力变速器的传动装置优选具有至少三个挡位级或传动级。如果挡位级具有两个挡位轮,则该挡位级的齿轮可以被布置在一个齿轮平面中。有利地,传动装置具有恰好三个挡位级。
混合动力变速器的传动装置优选具有比前进挡位级多一个的齿轮平面。在三个挡位级的情况下存在四个齿轮平面。在此,用于连结从动器(例如差速器)的齿轮平面也计算在内。
在第一替代方案中,所有挡位级都可以以燃烧发动机和电力或流体的方式使用。由此在挡位级的数量较少的情况下获得最大数量的挡位。在第二替代方案中,至少一个、尤其恰好一个挡位级仅供混合动力传动系的燃烧发动机使用,即燃烧发动机挡位级。在这个设计方案中,至少一个另外的挡位级能够用来传递燃烧发动机和驱动装置的转矩。优选所有另外的挡位级是能够用来传递燃烧发动机和驱动装置的转矩的。
有利地,混合动力变速器或传动装置可以被设计为没有用于转换方向的换向齿轮。与此相对应地,并不藉由燃烧发动机来产生后退挡位,而是藉由该电动马达或这些电动马达中的至少一个电动马达来产生后退挡位。在此例如可以使用第一挡位级或第二挡位级。
优选在第一传动装置输入轴上能够布置有用于所有偶数的挡位级的挡位齿轮。此外,优选在第二传动装置输入轴上能够布置有所有奇数的挡位级的挡位轮。挡位轮(也被称为挡位齿轮)能够被设计为固定齿轮或活动齿轮。固定齿轮或活动齿轮也被称为挡位轮,原因在于它们被指配给挡位级。
优选最大的奇数挡位级或其所指配的挡位轮之一位于承载最大的奇数挡位级的挡位齿轮之一的传动装置输入轴的轴向端部处。优选最大的奇数挡位级是第三挡位级,并且/或者传动装置输入轴是第二传动装置输入轴。
总而言之,在第一设计方案中,最大的挡位级的挡位齿轮可以位于轴(尤其传动装置输入轴)的轴向外侧处。如果传动装置具有三个挡位级,则第三挡位级(即其齿轮)被布置在轴向外部。
优选在第二传动装置输入轴上从混合动力变速器的外侧朝向内侧能够布置有第三挡位级和第一挡位级的挡位轮。
优选在第一传动装置输入轴上从混合动力变速器的外侧朝向内侧能够布置有驱动装置的连结齿轮以及第二挡位级的挡位轮。替代性地,在第一传动装置输入轴上也可以仅布置有第二挡位级的挡位轮。
在第一设计方案中,混合动力变速器可以具有恰好一个驱动装置。
混合动力变速器优选可以具有至少两个、尤其恰好两个驱动装置。在此,一个或多个驱动装置的组件算作一个驱动装置,这些驱动装置接合至混合动力变速器的确定的位置。即,例如在驱动装置被设计为电动马达的情况下,如果多个较小的电动马达的转矩在传动装置上的唯一的输出点相加,则该多个较小的电动马达也被视为一个电动马达。
有利地,第一传动装置输入轴和第二传动装置输入轴分别可以被指配有至少一个驱动装置。藉由第一传动装置输入轴实现的挡位和藉由第二传动装置输入轴实现的挡位分别形成子传动装置。即,也可以说,每个子传动装置均被指配有至少一个驱动装置。混合动力变速器优选具有至少两个、尤其恰好两个子传动装置。
驱动装置中的至少一个驱动装置优选被设计为发电机。第一驱动装置和/或第二驱动装置优选被设计为马达和发电机。
驱动装置优选被连结至传动装置的最大的挡位级。在有两个驱动装置的情况下有利地提出的是,这两个驱动装置在第一设计方案中被连结至两个最大的挡位级。在另一个设计方案中提出的是,一个驱动装置被连结至最大的挡位级,而另一个驱动装置被连结至连结齿轮。连结齿轮是仅用于将驱动装置连结至轴(尤其传动装置输入轴)并且相对应地并不属于任何挡位级的齿轮。
驱动装置优选被连结至传动装置的位于轴向外部的挡位级、更准确地说连结至该挡位级的齿轮之一。在有两个驱动装置的情况下有利地提出的是,这两个驱动装置被连结至传动装置的位于轴向外部的挡位级。替代性地可以提出的是,这两个驱动装置被连结至传动装置的位于轴向外部的齿轮。由此可以使连结位置的间距最大化。轴向外部位置在此涉及驱动装置所连结的一个轴或多个轴(即传动装置输入轴)的轴线。
在这一点应明确的是,在本发明中连接或操作性连接是指甚至跨传动装置的其他构件的任何力流方面的连接。而连结是指用于在驱动装置与传动装置之间传递驱动力矩的第一连接点。
在此,连结至挡位级(即,连结至其挡位齿轮之一)可以藉由齿轮来进行。可能需要附加的中间齿轮来跨接驱动装置的输出轴与传动装置输入轴之间的轴间距。通过将驱动装置连结至挡位齿轮可以避免仅用于连结驱动装置而可能存在的另外的齿轮平面。
有利地,被布置在传动装置输入轴的轴线上的、轴向外部的挡位轮中的至少一个挡位轮可以被设计为固定齿轮。优选两个轴向外部的挡位轮可以被设计为固定齿轮。于是将驱动装置连结至位于第一传动装置输入轴上的固定齿轮和/或位于第二传动装置输入轴上的固定齿轮。如已经描述地,连结齿轮也可以代替挡位齿轮之一被设置在轴向外部。该连结齿轮也可以被设计为固定齿轮。因此驱动装置优选可以以所谓的P3布置方式来布置,即被布置在传动装置齿轮组上。
驱动装置优选可以被连结至第三挡位级。
替代性地或附加地,驱动装置可以被连结至连结齿轮。
优选地,第一驱动装置可以在所有燃烧发动机前进挡位中和/或在燃烧发动机挡位变换期间与燃烧发动机防旋转地相连接。于是在燃烧发动机式运行期间在燃烧发动机与第一驱动装置之间存在恒定的连接。优选地,第一驱动装置可以在所有前进挡位中至少暂时被用作发电机。
第二驱动装置优选可以用于以电力或流体的方式向前启动。在此,第二驱动装置可以有利地与第一挡位的挡位轮联接。于是该启动总是由第二驱动装置来承担。第二驱动装置优选可以作为用于启动的唯一的驱动源来使用。第二驱动装置同样可以用于以电力或流体的方式向后行驶。在此还可以优选提出的是,第二驱动装置是在向后行驶时唯一的驱动源。于是既不存在燃烧发动机后退挡位,也不存在混合动力后退挡位。
一个驱动装置或多个驱动装置优选可以与第一传动装置输入轴轴线平行地布置。于是这些驱动装置也优选是与第二传动装置输入轴和副轴轴线平行的。在本发明中,轴线平行的布置不仅应被理解为完全平行的布置,在传动装置输入轴的纵向轴线与电动马达的纵向轴线之间还可以存在一定的倾斜度或角度。电动马达的纵向轴线与传动装置输入轴的纵向轴线之间的角度优选被设置为小于等于10°、进一步优选小于5°并且尤其0°。出于构造空间原因,驱动装置与传动装置相比可能会出现略微倾斜。
驱动装置优选可以反向地布置。即,驱动装置的输出轴指向不同的相反侧。如果第一驱动装置所具有的输出侧在左侧,则第二驱动装置所具有的输出侧就在右侧,或者在变换视线方向的情况下,一个输出侧在前部,而另一个输出侧在后部。由此将驱动装置在混合动力变速器上的作用点轴向间隔开并且实现在轴向方向上的经改善的重合。
驱动装置的轴线在安装位置方面优选可以位于传动装置输入轴的轴线上方。在下文中始终以安装位置为参考,而混合动力变速器在装配期间也可以倒置。然而此类位置与以下说明并不相关。轴线平行的布置能够实现驱动装置中的一个驱动装置位于传动装置输入轴的轴线下方,但也有利地提出的是,驱动装置以及因此其轴线被定位在传动装置输入轴的上方。在这种布置中可以使组装密度最大化。
此外,驱动装置的轴线在安装位置方面可以被布置在传动装置输入轴的轴线两侧。与此相对应地,驱动装置中的一个驱动装置或其轴线位于传动装置输入轴的轴线左侧,而另一个驱动装置或其轴线位于该轴线右侧。在此在截面中以对轴线的观察为参考。
优选可以提出的是,驱动装置的轴线在安装位置方面被布置成与传动装置输入轴的轴线对称。尤其,驱动装置的轴线应被布置成关于间距和角位置对称,其中角度与铅垂线相关。在此,驱动装置可以反向地布置,而不会破坏对称的布置,这是因为在此仅取决于轴线的位置。
驱动装置的轴线在安装位置方面优选可以位于一个或多个副轴和/或一个或多个从动轴的轴线上方。因此驱动装置位于正齿轮传动组件的所提到的部件上方。替代性地,可以相对应地说,驱动装置的轴线在安装位置方面是混合动力变速器的最上方的轴线。
驱动装置优选可以沿周向方向偏移地布置。周向方向在此是相对于传动装置输入轴的纵向轴线来确定的,该纵向轴线在本发明中的定义被视为混合动力变速器的纵向轴线。
于是优选的是,驱动装置在轴向方向上至少部分重叠地布置。在轴向方向上的重叠优选可以大于75%。如果驱动装置的长度不等,则在此以较短的驱动装置来计算重叠。在此基于驱动装置的壳体来得出该重叠,驱动装置的输出轴并不在考虑范围之内。
驱动装置在轴向方向上优选可以被布置在与换挡式传动装置相同的高度上。在轴向方向上的重叠优选可以大于75%,该重叠有利地为100%。在此基于驱动装置的壳体(以及尤其较长的驱动装置的壳体)来得出重叠。驱动装置的输出轴并不在考虑范围之内。
第一驱动装置和/或第二驱动装置优选可以被设计为电动马达。电动马达在混合动力变速器中是很普遍的。
替代性地或附加地,第一驱动装置和/或第二驱动装置可以被设计为流体动力机器。除了电动马达之外还存在其他的动力机器,可以设想将这些动力机器用于混合动力变速器。这些动力机器同样可以以电动机的方式(即以消耗能量的方式)或以发电机的方式(即以转换能量的方式)来运行。在流体动力机器的情况下为蓄能器或蓄压器。于是能量转换包括将来自燃烧发动机的能量转换为压力形成。
有利地,第一驱动装置和第二驱动装置可以在负载下进行切换。负载切换在此通常被理解为:在例如第一驱动装置变换挡位期间在混合动力变速器的从动器处没有出现牵引力中断。存在于从动器上的转矩可能减小,然而没有完全中断。
由此,机动车辆可以连续以较大的速度范围例如仅电力地行驶,其中传动比(即挡位)相应地在驱动装置的转速和转矩方面最优地来选择。
第二驱动装置优选可以在切换到第一驱动装置时将转矩输出给从动器。换言之,变换到第一驱动装置借以将转矩传递给从动器的挡位级。
第一驱动装置优选可以在切换到第二驱动装置时将转矩输出给从动器。即,变换到第二驱动装置借以将转矩传递给从动器的挡位级。因此也可以说,驱动装置彼此间是可以进行负载切换的。因此,在电力行驶期间不必启动燃烧发动机来进行挡位变换。
至少一个驱动装置优选可以藉由P3连结方式被连结至传动装置。有利地,两个驱动装置藉由这种连结方式被连结至传动装置。在P3连结方式中,驱动装置在输入轴与输出轴之间接合至传动装置。
有利地,两个驱动装置能够藉由最多四个齿啮合与差速器操作性连接。由此实现良好的效率。
有利地,第一传动装置输入轴可以是与燃烧发动机直接连接或能够直接连接的。直接连接是指无离合器的连接,例如在曲轴与第一传动装置输入轴之间可以存在有减振装置。
优选可以设置有用于将第一传动装置输入轴与第二传动装置输入轴连接的连接离合器。该连接离合器用于联接子传动装置。然而,该连接离合器也是用于将第二传动装置输入轴与燃烧发动机连接的离合器,其中该连接藉由第一传动装置输入轴来进行。
连接离合器优选可以被布置在第二传动装置输入轴的、指向传动装置的端部处。这允许传动装置的特别紧凑的结构。
有利地,连接离合器可以被设计为双侧换挡装置的一部分。连接离合器由于其定位而可以整合到双侧换挡装置中。
在本发明中,换挡装置可以被理解为具有一个或两个换挡元件的组件。换挡装置于是被设计成单侧或双侧。换挡元件可以是离合器或换挡离合器。离合器用于防旋转地连接两个轴,并且换挡离合器用于防旋转地将轴与可旋转地支承在该轴上的毂件(例如活动齿轮)连接。连接离合器相对应地与换挡离合器相同地设计并且优选地还被设计为换挡离合器的一部分,并且该连接离合器仅仅因为其将两个轴相互连接而被称为离合器。用于将传动装置输入轴与燃烧发动机连接的离合器将相应的传动装置输入轴与燃烧发动机的曲轴连接。
离合器和/或换挡离合器中的至少一部分优选可以被设计为爪式离合器。尤其,所有的离合器和换挡离合器都可以被设计为爪式离合器。
有利地,在第一传动装置输入轴上可以布置有至少一个换挡装置。优选在第一传动装置输入轴上可以布置有恰好一个换挡装置。该恰好一个换挡装置可以有利地被设计为双侧换挡装置。
位于第一传动装置输入轴上的换挡装置优选包括换挡离合器和离合器。
有利地,第二传动装置输入轴可以不设计有换挡装置和/或活动齿轮。在第二传动装置输入轴上优选可以布置有至少一个固定齿轮。尤其,在第二传动装置输入轴上可以布置有至少两个、尤其恰好两个固定齿轮。
在第一传动装置输入轴上优选可以布置有至少一个、尤其恰好一个活动齿轮。
在第一传动装置输入轴上优选可以布置有至少两个、尤其恰好两个固定齿轮。这些固定齿轮中的一个固定齿轮可以作为挡位轮来布置,并且第二固定齿轮可以作为连结齿轮来布置。
有利地,每个挡位级都可以被指配有固定齿轮和活动齿轮、尤其分别被指配有唯一的固定齿轮和唯一的活动齿轮。此外,每个固定齿轮和活动齿轮始终明确地被指配给唯一的挡位级,即,不存在一个齿轮用于多个挡位的情况下的扭力挡位。燃烧发动机挡位一和三如下文所描述地还可以被视为扭力挡位或联接挡位,这是因为第一传动装置输入轴在形成挡位时是连接在中间的。
在一个优选的设计方案中,混合动力变速器或传动装置可以具有恰好两个双侧换挡装置,以产生三个燃烧发动机挡位级。在此,连接离合器有利地形成双侧换挡装置的一部分。
优选地,差速器在轴向方向上可以被布置在第一传动装置输入轴的发动机侧的端部处。有利地,用于连结差速器的齿轮可以在轴向外部被布置在副轴上。由此产生混合动力变速器的特别紧凑的结构形式。
混合动力变速器优选可以具有至少一个、尤其恰好一个副轴。于是在使用唯一的副轴的情况下存在与差速器连结的唯一位置。由此可以节省构造空间,在径向方向上和轴向方向上都是如此。
在副轴上优选可以布置有恰好一个换挡装置。此外,有利地恰好两个活动齿轮可以被布置在副轴上。位于副轴上的换挡装置可以有利地设计成双侧。
布置在副轴上的换挡装置可以在轴向方向上相对于位于传动装置输入轴之一(尤其第一传动装置输入轴)上的该换挡装置或多个换挡装置偏移地布置。与第一传动装置输入轴上的换挡装置相比,副轴上的换挡装置优选可以在轴向方向上更靠近燃烧发动机地布置。由此可以实现混合动力变速器的特别紧凑的布置方式。
优选位于副轴上的换挡装置的所有换挡元件都可以被设计为换挡离合器。
优选在副轴上可以存在用于形成前进挡位级的至少一个、尤其恰好一个固定齿轮。此外,在副轴上可以存在用于与差速器建立连接的固定齿轮,然而这个固定齿轮不是用于形成前进挡位级的固定齿轮。
有利地,用于形成前进挡位级的唯一的固定齿轮可以被布置在副轴上,该固定齿轮是被布置在该副轴的一个轴向端部上的。优选在副轴的两个轴向端部上分别都存在固定齿轮并且在其之间存在两个活动齿轮。
此外,混合动力变速器可以具有控制装置。该控制装置被设计为用于如所描述地来控制传动装置。
此外,本发明涉及一种混合动力传动系,该混合动力传动系具有混合动力变速器以及至少一个电力车桥(尤其后车桥)。该混合动力传动系的突出之处在于,该混合动力变速器是如所描述地来设计的。这种结构优选是以混合动力变速器中的唯一的驱动装置来布置的。电力车桥在此是具有指配给该电力车桥的电动马达的车桥。因此,电力车桥的电动马达仅在混合动力变速器之后的力流中输出驱动力矩。电力车桥优选是装配单元。该装配单元也可以具有用于对电力车桥的电动马达的驱动力矩进行传动的自身的传动装置。这个传动装置优选被设计为换挡式传动装置。
在使用电力车桥时,这个电力车桥可以支撑驱动力矩。
此外,本发明涉及一种具有燃烧发动机和混合动力变速器或混合动力传动系的机动车辆。该机动车辆的突出之处在于,该混合动力变速器或该混合动力传动系是如所描述地来设计的。
有利地,混合动力变速器作为前驱横置的变速器被布置在机动车辆中。
机动车辆优选具有用于控制混合动力变速器的控制装置。控制装置因此可以是混合动力变速器的一部分,然而不必一定如此。
在机动车辆中优选布置有能够使机动车辆电力运行至少15分钟的电池。替代性地,针对纯电力运行,燃烧发动机可以以电动马达中的一个电动马达作为发电机产生直接输送到另一个电动马达的电流。
此外,机动车辆可以具有蓄压器。该蓄压器可以用来操作流体动力机器。
从以下对实施例和附图的说明中得出本发明的其他优点、特征和细节。在附图中:

图1示出了具有燃烧发动机2和混合动力变速器3的机动车辆1。如在下文中进一步详细描述地,混合动力变速器3还包括至少一个电动马达和换挡元件,因此混合动力变速器可以作为装配单元来安装。然而这不是强制性的,原则上即使在电动马达还未连接的情况下,齿轮组也可以构成装配单元。为了控制混合动力变速器3而存在有控制装置4。该控制装置可以是混合动力变速器3或机动车辆1的一部分。
除了燃烧发动机2和混合动力变速器3之外,混合动力传动系5还可以具有至少一个电力车桥6。如果混合动力变速器3作为前驱横置的传动装置来布置并且驱动前车桥7,则电力车桥6优选是后车桥,并且反之亦然。
图2以齿轮组简图的形式示出了混合动力变速器3和尤其其换挡式传动装置8。下面将从燃烧发动机2开始来对混合动力变速器3进行说明。曲轴9是藉由减振装置10与第一传动装置输入轴12相连接的。减振装置10可以包括扭转减振器和/或减振器(尤其是转速自适应的减振器)和/或滑动离合器。第二传动装置输入轴14是安装在第一传动装置输入轴12上的。在第二传动装置输入轴14上布置有两个固定齿轮16和18。在此,固定齿轮16是第三挡位级G3的固定齿轮,并且固定齿轮18是第一挡位级G1的固定齿轮。
第二传动装置输入轴14具有两个端部,即,指向混合动力变速器3外侧的端部20和指向混合动力变速器3内侧的端部22。第一传动装置输入轴12具有发动机侧的端部21和背离发动机的端部23,其中在此以相较于燃烧发动机2的位置为参考。
紧接其后在第一传动装置输入轴12上支承有具有离合器K3和换挡离合器B的换挡装置S1。借助于换挡离合器B,活动齿轮24可以防旋转地与第一传动装置输入轴14相连接。活动齿轮24在此是第二挡位级G2的活动齿轮。
离合器K3可以连接子传动装置26和28。子传动装置26具有唯一的偶数的挡位级(挡位级G2)。子传动装置28具有奇数的挡位级G1和G3。
紧接其后在第一传动装置输入轴7上还有连结齿轮30。该连结齿轮的任务是将电动马达EM1连结至第一传动装置输入轴12以及因此连接至传动装置8。连结齿轮30因此不是挡位齿轮。
因此,第二传动装置输入轴14不被设计有换挡元件和活动齿轮。在第一传动装置输入轴12上布置有唯一的换挡装置S1。换挡装置S1包括离合器K3和换挡离合器B,并且该换挡装置相对应地被设计成双侧。
第一传动装置输入轴7和第二传动装置输入轴9的旋转轴线在此以A1来表示。
为了与差速器32连接并且为了形成传动级或挡位级,混合动力变速器3具有唯一的副轴34。在副轴34上布置有唯一的换挡装置S2,该换挡装置具有用于将活动齿轮36和38与副轴34连接的换挡离合器A和C。固定齿轮40作为唯一的形成挡位的固定齿轮被定位在副轴34上。基于位于布置在副轴34上的齿轮下方的挡位级数G1至G3来得到对挡位级的指配。固定齿轮42不是形成挡位的固定齿轮,其将副轴34与差速器32相连接来作为所谓的输出常量(Abtriebskonstante)。基于这个简图可以确定有关挡位级的以下内容:
每个挡位级都可以被指配有固定齿轮和活动齿轮、尤其分别被指配有唯一的固定齿轮和唯一的活动齿轮。每个固定齿轮和活动齿轮始终明确地被指配给唯一的挡位级,即,不存在一个齿轮用于多个挡位级的情况下的扭力挡位。挡位级G1和G3还可以被视为联接挡位,这是因为第一传动装置输入轴12在形成挡位级G1和G3时是连接在中间的。
电动马达EM1和EM2如所示地被连结、尤其是连结至轴向外部的齿轮16和30。尤其,可以通过将电动马达EM1和EM2连结至轴向最外部的齿轮16和30来提供在轴向上构造得极短的混合动力变速器3。
电动马达EM1和EM2被布置成与传动装置输入轴12平行,并且电动马达EM1和EM2所具有的输出端位于相反侧。即,如图2所示,电动马达EM1的输出端或输出轴44指向换挡式传动装置8的背离发动机的端部46,并且电动马达EM2的输出轴48指向换挡式传动装置8的朝向发动机的端部50。因此在图2中,一个端部指向左侧并且一个端部指向右侧。电动马达EM1和EM2是在轴向方向上部分重叠地布置的。通过在上文中已经描述的换挡元件S1和S2的布置方式以及后退挡位没有换向齿轮的设计方式,能够以略大于30cm实现混合动力变速器3的长度。
图3示出了根据图2的结构的改型方案。在此,唯一的不同之处在于,省去了传动装置中的电动马达EM1。于是可以在混合动力变速器3中的电动马达EM2与电力车桥6之间实现电力的负载切换性。
图4示出了根据图2的传动装置的侧视图。在此,电动马达EM1和EM2的轴线A4和A5被布置在第一传动装置输入轴12以及还有第二传动装置输入轴14的轴线A1的上方和侧向。副轴34的轴线A2和差速器32的轴线A3有利地位于第一传动装置输入轴12的轴线A1下方。轴线A4和A5在此与轴线A1对称地如下布置,使得轴线A4和A5与轴线A1的间距是相等的并且相较于铅垂线52的角度也是相等的。

Claims (15)
1.一种混合动力变速器(3),所述混合动力变速器具有:至少一个驱动装置(EM2);传动装置(4),所述传动装置具有第一传动装置输入轴(12)以及安装在所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)上的第二传动装置输入轴(14),其特征在于,所述驱动装置(EM2)是轴线平行地布置的,并且所述驱动装置被连结至布置在所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)上的挡位齿轮(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,在所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)上布置有至少两个挡位轮(16,18),并且最大的挡位级(G3)的挡位轮(16)以在轴向方向上朝向外侧(46,50)的方式被布置在所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有用于将所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)与所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)连接的连接离合器(K3)。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)是优选藉由减振装置(10)以无离合器的方式与曲轴(9)连接或可连接的。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)是在驱动侧仅与所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)可连接的。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)和/或所述第二传动装置输入轴(14)被指配有至少一个驱动装置(EM1,EM2)。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有恰好两个双侧换挡装置(S1,S2),以产生三个燃烧发动机挡位级和/或电力挡位级(V1,V2,V3,E1,E2,E3)。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有差速器组件(32),所述差速器组件在轴向方向上被布置在所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)的发动机侧的端部(21)处。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有第一驱动装置(EM1)和所述第二驱动装置(EM2),并且所述两个驱动装置是轴线平行地布置的。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有至少一个、尤其恰好一个副轴(34)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,在所述副轴(34)和/或所述第一传动装置输入轴(12)上布置有至少一个、尤其恰好一个换挡装置(S1,S2)。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,在所述副轴(34)上布置有恰好一个用以形成前进挡位级(G2)的固定齿轮。
13.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述至少一个驱动装置(EM2)被连结至挡位齿轮(16)、尤其挡位固定齿轮。
14.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器(3)具有两个子传动装置(26,28),其中所述子传动装置中的一个子传动装置(26)包括唯一的挡位级(G2)、尤其所述第二挡位级(G2)。
15.一种具有混合动力变速器的机动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力变速装置(3)是根据前述权利要求之一来设计的。
