Abstract

Description
Technical Field
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a remote consultation system.
Background
At present, medical resources are unevenly distributed to cause difficulties in hospitalization of many patients, remote consultation techniques are developed, and doctors can complete case analysis, disease diagnosis and further determine treatment modes for patients by using modern tools such as e-mails, websites, letters, telephones, faxes and the like. However, a set of standardized procedures is not established in the remote consultation mode, and as the number of patients increases, the consultation efficiency is low, and the consultation data cannot be effectively managed.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating a remote consultation back-office service system according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, which includes a streaming media module, a face recognition verification module, a database module, and a messaging communication module, as shown in fig. 7. The overall process of remote consultation is described below to illustrate the role that the components of the remote consultation system play in the various processes of remote consultation.
Before the patient and the remote doctor conduct remote consultation, the patient can complete the acquisition of face information of the patient through a patient information registration module of a remote consultation App control system installed in a personal mobile terminal of the patient, and the acquired face information is uploaded to a database of a remote consultation background service system through a service communication module of the remote consultation App control system to be stored. In the remote consultation background service system, a consultation task of a patient and a remote doctor is created and stored in a database.
And the patient and the remote doctor use the remote consultation App control system to obtain the consultation tasks of the patient and the remote specialist through the service communication module, and initiate video consultation in the remote consultation App.
The service communication modules of the remote consultation terminal systems of the patient end and the remote doctor end receive a task command for starting video consultation, the task command is pushed by the remote consultation background service system, the audio and video push-pull stream modules of the remote consultation terminal systems of the patient end and the remote doctor end collect video pictures of people corresponding to the video pictures, the video pictures are uploaded to the remote consultation background service system, and then the stream media modules of the remote consultation background service system forward the videos, so that two parties in consultation can see the video pictures of the other party.
The remote consultation terminal system of the remote doctor end receives and displays the video picture of the patient, simultaneously converts the video stream of the patient into pictures by using the audio and video analysis display module, extracts the face information of the patient, and sends the face information of the patient to the remote consultation background service system through the service communication module.
And a face verification module of the remote consultation background service system extracts face information of the patient stored in the database according to the ID of the patient in the current consultation task, and performs face recognition verification through a face recognition technology. Thereby confirming whether the identity of the currently consulted patient is correct.
And the face verification module of the remote consultation background service system feeds back the result information of the patient identity verification, and pushes the result information to a remote consultation letter sending terminal system in the remote consultation terminal through the letter sending communication module. After the remote consultation and letter sending terminal system receives the information, the information is displayed on a screen by using the information display module, and a doctor is reminded of the identity of the current patient.

Of course, the functionality of the modules may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations in implementing one or more embodiments of the present description.

In addition, well-known power/ground connections to Integrated Circuit (IC) chips and other components may or may not be shown in the provided figures, for simplicity of illustration and discussion, and so as not to obscure one or more embodiments of the disclosure. Furthermore, devices may be shown in block diagram form in order to avoid obscuring the understanding of one or more embodiments of the present description, and this also takes into account the fact that specifics with respect to implementation of such block diagram devices are highly dependent upon the platform within which the one or more embodiments of the present description are to be implemented (i.e., specifics should be well within purview of one skilled in the art). Where specific details (e.g., circuits) are set forth in order to describe example embodiments of the disclosure, it should be apparent to one skilled in the art that one or more embodiments of the disclosure can be practiced without, or with variation of, these specific details. Accordingly, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive.
While the present disclosure has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, many alternatives, modifications, and variations of these embodiments will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description. For example, other memory architectures (e.g., dynamic ram (dram)) may use the discussed embodiments.
It is intended that the one or more embodiments of the present specification embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations as fall within the broad scope of the appended claims. Therefore, any omissions, modifications, substitutions, improvements, and the like that may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A remote consultation system, comprising:
the system comprises a first remote consultation terminal, a second remote consultation terminal and a remote consultation background service system;
the first remote consultation terminal is used for acquiring a consultation task of a patient to be consulted from the remote consultation background service system and carrying out a remote conference with the second remote consultation terminal according to the consultation task;
the second remote consultation terminal is used for acquiring the consultation task from the remote consultation background service system, carrying out a remote conference with the first remote consultation terminal according to the consultation task, acquiring a first face image of the patient from a video image of the remote conference, and sending the first face image to the remote consultation background service system;
and the remote consultation background service system is used for acquiring the identifier of the patient in the consultation task after receiving the first face image sent by the second remote consultation terminal, acquiring a pre-stored second face image according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored identifier of the patient and the face image of the patient, and authenticating the identity of the patient by comparing the first face image with the second face image.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the first user terminal is used for acquiring a first face image of the patient and sending the first face image to the remote consultation background service system;
the remote consultation background service system is further used for receiving the first face image sent by the first user terminal before receiving the second face image sent by the second remote consultation terminal, and establishing a corresponding relation between the first face image and the identifier allocated to the patient.
3. The system of claim 2,
the first user terminal is further used for sending the disease detection report of the patient to the remote consultation background service system;
the remote consultation background service system is also used for establishing a consultation task for the patient according to the identification and the disease detection report.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the consultation tasks include at least the following information:
the disease detection report, the identification, and a consultation time.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the first remote consultation terminal or the second remote consultation terminal has at least two heterogeneous operating systems and two display screens corresponding to the at least two heterogeneous operating systems, wherein a first operating system of the at least two different types of operating systems corresponds to a first display screen, a second operating system of the at least two different kinds of operating systems corresponds to a second display screen, wherein the first operating system is used for receiving the contents of the remote conference sent by the remote consultation background service system, the first display screen is used for presenting the contents of the remote conference, the second operating system is used for receiving the information of the patient sent by the remote consultation background service system, and the second display screen is used for displaying the information of the patient.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the first display screen is a rectangular display screen, the second display screen is an elongated display screen transversely disposed on one side of either side of the first display screen, and the display surfaces of the first display screen and the second display screen are in the same direction.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the second operating system is further configured to receive the patient's authentication result sent by the remote back-office service system, and the second display screen is further configured to present the patient's authentication result.
8. The system according to claim 1, wherein the first remote consultation terminal and the second remote consultation terminal respectively establish a publish-and-subscribe communication mechanism with the remote consultation backend service system in advance,
the first remote consultation terminal is used for acquiring a first video picture and uploading the first video picture to the remote consultation background service system after receiving a video call command pushed by the remote consultation background service system;
the second remote consultation terminal is further used for acquiring a second video picture and uploading the second video picture to the remote consultation background service system after receiving a video call command pushed by the remote consultation background service system;
the remote consultation background service system is used for forwarding the first video picture to the second remote consultation terminal and forwarding the second video picture to the first remote consultation terminal.
9. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the second user terminal is used for presenting a control page of the remote conference and responding to a user operation to send a first control command to the first remote consultation terminal and/or the remote consultation background service system;
and the remote consultation background service system is also used for controlling the output of the audio and video of the conference according to the first consultation control command, or controlling the authority of the participants of the remote conference.
10. The system of any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising:
the third user terminal is used for presenting a control page of the remote conference and responding to the operation of a second user and sending a second control command to the remote consultation background service system;
and the remote consultation background service system is also used for controlling the output of the audio and video of the remote conference according to the second control command, or controlling the authority of the participants of the remote conference.
