Specifically, the diet data management module 403 calculates the recommended daily diet intake by setting a series of formulas such as physical activity coefficients and data analysis logic, and prepares a light diet recipe of a specific low-oil and low-GI value (glycemic index) for the pre-glycemic user as a diet recipe according to the recommended daily diet intake. The user needs to carry out healthy diet according to the recommended diet prescription, and all diet data of the user are displayed through the mobile terminal client 2. In a specific implementation, the diet data analysis module 208 has powerful food library data, diet package recommendations, calculation methods, and analysis models. The user can add the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner through the diet plate, the mobile terminal client 2 reminds the standard intake, calculates the actual intake, can look over the intake change situation every day through the curve graph, and provides exercise suggestion for the overproof calorie, and consumes the surplus calorie of the day. Meanwhile, doctors can follow the condition that the users take the carbohydrates every day to guide.
Furthermore, the mobile terminal client further comprises a diet data analysis module 208, which is used for performing overall evaluation on three meals of the user and/or performing energy supply analysis on food nutrients and/or performing three-meal proportion and calorie analysis by using a diet data analysis model, and providing an improvement suggestion of the diet;
