the control system of the curing equipment checks the food material identification number and the serial number of the curing equipment;
when the quality guarantee period of the food material is in a set range, the control system sends a cooking instruction and cooking parameters to the cooking equipment;
and starting the curing equipment and cooking the food materials according to the cooking parameters.
2. The intelligent ripening method of claim 1, wherein the food material shelf life information is obtained by:
when food materials are put in a warehouse, inputting food material quality guarantee period information to a background database, wherein the food material quality guarantee period information is used for generating the food material identification number;
and scanning to obtain the shelf life information of the food materials when the curing equipment is started.
3. The intelligent ripening method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when the detection system of the curing equipment identifies that the shelf life of the food material exceeds a set range, sending abnormal state information to a cloud;
and the curing equipment displays the error codes and clears the code scanning information of the curing equipment.
4. The intelligent ripening method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when the detection system of the curing equipment identifies that the shelf life of the food material exceeds a set range, sending abnormal state information to a cloud;
the curing equipment sends alarm information.
5. The intelligent cooking method according to claim 1, wherein the cooking parameters are added to the cooking device by:
the curing equipment receives data of a cloud database;
the control system of the curing equipment matches the model of the curing equipment with the data of the cloud database;
and when the model of the cooking equipment is consistent with the received data of the cloud database, the control system of the cooking equipment receives cooking parameters of the corresponding dish.
6. The intelligent ripening method of claim 5, wherein the food material identification number is generated by:
and generating an identification number of the food material according to the model information of the curing equipment, the dish cooking parameter information and the food material shelf life information.
7. The intelligent ripening method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and after the control system sends the cooking instruction and the cooking parameters to the cooking equipment, identifying the cooking authority of the cooking equipment, and issuing the cooking instruction to start cooking when the cooking equipment has the cooking authority.
8. The intelligent cooking method according to claim 7, wherein the cooking authority of the cooking device is obtained by:
after the curing equipment is started, sending the serial number of the curing equipment to a cloud database;
the curing equipment is used for receiving authorization information issued after the serial number of the curing equipment is verified by a cloud end, and after the curing equipment receives the authorization information, the curing equipment acquires token login information.
