the checking module is used for finishing checking the abnormal condition of the system;
the data verification module is used for verifying the personnel conditions in the transformer substation on the number of people;
the information processing module is used for receiving the verification information of the data verification module and generating different early warning information based on the verification information;
the situation processing module is used for generating different processing instructions according to different early warning information generated in the information processing module;
the monitoring system comprises a substation monitoring method:
s100: the method comprises the steps of monitoring personnel in a transformer substation in real time, and carrying out identity distinguishing and identifying on the personnel in the transformer substation, wherein identification data adopted in the identity distinguishing and identifying are video monitoring images of the personnel in the transformer substation, and carrying out image processing on the video monitoring images; performing dressing characteristic information extraction on the video monitoring image sequence subjected to image processing by adopting a trained identity recognition detection framework, and obtaining an identity distinguishing recognition result according to the extracted dressing characteristic information; the dressing characteristic information includes: the wearing condition of the safety helmet on the head of the personnel in the transformer substation, the wearing condition of the working clothes of the personnel in the transformer substation, the carrying condition of the working bag of the personnel in the transformer substation and the wearing condition of the chest working certificate of the personnel in the transformer substation; the identity distinguishing and identifying result comprises staff and external staff;
s200: retrieving the on-day attendance information recorded in the system and the on-day external personnel information registered at the substation entrance;
s300: carrying out data verification on the number of people on the identity distinguishing and identifying result obtained in the step S100 and the information recorded in the step S200;
s400: respectively sending pre-normal information, first abnormal information, second abnormal information and third abnormal information to the monitoring system according to different data verification results obtained in the step S300;
s500: the monitoring system performs distinguishing processing based on the different information received in the step S400;
the step S500 includes:
when the monitoring system receives the pre-normal information, the monitoring system sends attendance checking information to a mobile terminal of a current day attendance staff, the current day attendance staff confirms own basic identity information at the mobile terminal, after receiving the information confirmation result, the monitoring system repeatedly carries out the steps S100-S300, and the current day attendance information recorded in the system, the current day external staff information registered at a transformer substation inlet and the identification data adopted by the identity distinguishing identification are updated in real time by the data obtained by repeatedly carrying out the steps S100-S300;
when the monitoring system receives the first abnormal information, the monitoring system sends attendance review information to a mobile terminal of a current day attendance staff to review attendance conditions, and meanwhile, attendance supplementary information is initiated to a user terminal; the attendance staff on the same day sends review feedback information to the monitoring system, wherein the review feedback information comprises the following components: positioning information of work stations of the attendance staff on the same day and estimated attendance time of the attendance staff on the same day; the user can perform attendance supplementary registration when receiving the attendance supplementary information; the abnormal number of the attendance staff on the same day is checked for the second time according to the positioning information of the working stations of the attendance staff on the same day, the estimated attendance time of the attendance staff on the same day and the attendance supplementary registration condition;
when the monitoring system receives second abnormal information, the monitoring system monitors and locks abnormal external personnel based on the information registered by the entrance of the transformer substation, matches the basic identity information of the external personnel registered by the entrance of the transformer substation, sends warning information to the monitoring personnel of the transformer substation or initiates attendance supplementary information to a user side according to a result obtained by matching, and sends safety warning information to relevant staff according to attendance supplementary information submitted by the relevant staff;
when the monitoring system receives third abnormal information, the monitoring system takes the abnormal number of the personnel appearing in the identification result of the identity distinction as a priority processing condition, and takes the abnormal number of the personnel working on the same day in the identification result of the identity distinction as an auxiliary processing condition of the priority processing condition for carrying out abnormal investigation;
the abnormality investigation process comprises the following steps:
when the abnormal number of the current external personnel and the abnormal number of the current attendance staff in the identity distinguishing and identifying result are in a situation of numerical complementation, the monitoring system performs identity checking on the abnormal number of the current external personnel, and obtains a face characteristic image of the abnormal number of the current external personnel to be intelligently matched with a face characteristic image of the abnormal number of the current attendance staff of the transformer substation; when the result obtained by intelligently matching the face feature images shows that the matching is successful, the monitoring system sends attendance checking information to the mobile terminal of the on-day attendance staff, the on-day attendance staff confirms own basic identity information at the mobile terminal, after receiving the result of information confirmation, the monitoring system repeatedly carries out the steps S100-S300, and the on-day attendance information recorded in the system, on-day external staff information registered at a substation inlet and identification data adopted by identity distinguishing identification are updated in real time by the data obtained by repeatedly carrying out the steps S100-S300;
when the result obtained by intelligently matching the face feature images shows that the matching fails, carrying out construction action recognition on abnormal personnel in the transformer substation, wherein recognition data adopted by the construction action recognition is a video monitoring image on a station when the personnel in the transformer substation work, and carrying out framing treatment on the video monitoring image; the trained construction action recognition detection frame is adopted to extract construction action characteristic information of the video monitoring image sequence subjected to framing treatment, and when the fact that the number of coincident action characteristics does not exceed a threshold set by a system is detected, the monitoring system sends warning information to monitoring personnel of a transformer substation;
