Abstract

The data acquisition module acquires working parameters of each device of the laundry plant and uploads the acquired working parameters of each device to the data processing module; the data processing module adjusts the normal range of the working parameters of each device according to the type and the quantity of the clothes to be washed uploaded by the control module of the sorting table, analyzes and processes the data uploaded by the data acquisition module, packs the data into an outgoing data packet and sends the outgoing data packet to the remote dispatching platform; the remote dispatching platform receives the data packets sent by the data processing module, collects and displays the data packets, generates a control instruction after analysis and processing, sends the control instruction to the data processing module, and the data processing module analyzes the received control instruction and controls each device of the laundry through the output control module. The working personnel can remotely monitor the running state of each device of the laundry factory and carry out real-time monitoring and control on the laundry factory.
