Background
The pre-paved waterproof coiled material is simple in construction operation, has high waterproof reliability, and is widely applied to construction of basement bottom plates, tunnels and other places. The pre-laid waterproof coiled material mainly comprises a high polymer sheet base layer, a self-adhesive layer and an anti-sticking layer which are sequentially laminated (from bottom to top). Because the polymer sheet basic unit of the waterproof roll material of prior pre-paving is the lamellar structure, the top surface of the polymer sheet basic unit is comparatively level and smooth, so the bonding strength between the polymer sheet basic unit and the self-adhesive layer still needs to be further improved. the PE material is extruded and molded into a high polymer sheet base layer by an extrusion molding device, the high polymer sheet base layer which is extruded and molded is conveyed by a conveying mechanism, and the high polymer sheet base layer sequentially passes through a first conveying roller, a second conveying roller, a gluing device and a sand coating device and is finally wound into a coiled material; the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller are vacuum rollers, in the conveying process of the coiled material, the first conveying roller is attached to one side surface (the upper surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of the polymer sheet base layer, and the second conveying roller is attached to the other side surface (the lower surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of the polymer sheet base layer; the first air extractor sucks the surface (the upper surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of one side of the polymer sheet base layer through first air extraction openings uniformly distributed on the first conveying roller, so that the surface (the upper surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of one side of the polymer sheet base layer is uniformly sucked out of the first spurs; the second air extractor sucks the other side surface (the lower surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of the polymer sheet base layer through second air extraction openings uniformly distributed on the second conveying roller, so that the other side surface (the lower surface of the polymer sheet base layer) of the polymer sheet base layer is uniformly sucked out of the second spurs; coating SIS glue on the coiled material in the way by a gluing device to coat a self-adhesive layer on the surface of one side of the polymer sheet base layer (the upper surface of the polymer sheet base layer), and controlling the gluing thickness by a gluing thickness control mechanism of the gluing device to ensure that the self-adhesive layer completely covers the first spurs; the sand coating device coats sand (anti-sticking particles) on the coiled material in the way, and coats an anti-sticking layer on the self-sticking adhesive layer; finally, the pre-paved waterproof roll is obtained by rolling.
