Therefore, how to solve the defects of the prior art is a subject of the present invention.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a metal filing recovery device in hub machining comprises an installation frame, a lifting platform, a material placing platform and a rotary table, wherein the installation frame is vertically arranged and is provided with an accommodating space, the lifting platform is arranged at the bottom end of the accommodating space, the top of the lifting platform is rotatably connected with a cylindrical collecting barrel, an opening matched with a hub is formed in the top end of the collecting barrel, a plurality of groups of flexible bristles are uniformly connected to the inner wall of the collecting barrel along the circumferential direction of the collecting barrel, each group of flexible bristles comprises a plurality of lower layer bristles extending upwards in an inclined mode and a plurality of upper layer bristles extending downwards in an inclined mode, and the upper layer bristles are arranged above the lower layer bristles;
a hollow cavity is formed in the side edge of the collecting barrel, a plurality of spraying holes communicated with the cavity are uniformly formed in the inner wall surface of the collecting barrel, a filter screen plate is detachably placed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the collecting barrel, the filter screen plate is positioned below the flexible bristles, a gap is reserved between the filter screen plate and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the collecting barrel, a liquid inlet pipe is connected to the side part of the collecting barrel, and a liquid outlet pipe is connected to the bottom of the collecting barrel;
the material placing table is arranged on the outer side of the mounting frame and is in transmission connection with the top end of the lifting table, and a positioning groove matched with the hub is formed in the top surface of the material placing table;
the turntable is rotatably connected to the installation frame and is in transmission connection with a driving motor, the turntable is located at the top end of the containing space, at least two wheel hub fixing clamps are installed on the bottom surface of the turntable and are respectively located right above the positioning groove and the collecting barrel, and the rotating motor in transmission connection with the wheel hub fixing clamps is installed on the top surface of the turntable corresponding to the wheel hub fixing clamps.
In the scheme, the hub fixing clamp comprises a fixing column vertically arranged downwards and an abutting ring sleeved at the top end of the fixing column in a sliding manner, the fixing column is rotationally connected to the turntable through a rotating shaft, a rotating motor is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft of the fixing column, a plurality of vertically arranged springs are arranged between the top end of the abutting ring and the fixing column, and the lower ends of the springs act on the abutting ring; the left side and the right side of the bottom of the fixed column are both connected with limiting pins in a sliding mode along the horizontal direction, the bottom surface of the fixed column is inwards concave to form an installation groove, a linear driving mechanism in transmission connection with the limiting pins is arranged in the installation groove and corresponds to the limiting pins, and the limiting pins are driven to extend out of or retract into the installation groove through the linear driving mechanism.
In the above scheme, the top of the outer end surface of the limit pin is provided with a guide surface which gradually inclines downwards and extends.
In the scheme, the top surface of the limiting pin and the bottom surface of the pressing ring are provided with the plurality of flexible protruding strips in a protruding mode.
In the scheme, the front end and the rear end of the lifting platform are connected with the installation frame in a sliding mode in the vertical direction, and the bottom of the lifting platform is connected with the electric cylinder in a transmission mode.
In the above scheme, the filter screen plate is a magnetic screen plate.
In the above scheme, the material placing table is connected to the installation frame in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and the bottom of the material placing table is connected with the lifting table.
In the above scheme, the number of the hub fixing clamps is three, and the three hub fixing clamps are annularly and uniformly arranged at the bottom of the turntable at intervals.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention is provided with the collecting barrel, the inner wall of the collecting barrel is provided with the flexible brush bristles and the spraying holes, when the collecting barrel works, the surface of the hub can be subjected to scrap removing operation through the spraying holes and the flexible brush bristles, and sprayed liquid is combined with metal scraps, so that the metal scraps are prevented from scattering everywhere in the cleaning process and can be concentrated in the collecting barrel, and the metal scraps can be conveniently recovered;
2. the flexible bristles are arranged into two layers which are inclined up and down, when the two layers of bristles are placed in the hub, the two layers of bristles can extend into the upper surface and the lower surface of the hub to a large extent, the contact area between the two layers of bristles and the hub is large, and the cleaning effect is good;
3. the elevating platform and the material are placed the platform and are gone up and down in step, and under the operating condition, the wheel hub mounting fixture of one side stretches into wheel hub and clears up in the collecting vessel, and the wheel hub mounting fixture of opposite side can place the wheel hub that the bench rises with the material and carry out assembled joint to latency in the middle of saving improves the operating efficiency.

the lifting platform 200 is arranged at the bottom end of the accommodating space, the top of the lifting platform 200 is rotatably connected with a cylindrical collecting barrel 201, the top end of the collecting barrel 201 is provided with an opening matched with the hub, the opening is larger than the diameter of the hub, the inner wall of the collecting barrel 201 is uniformly connected with a plurality of groups of flexible bristles 202 along the circumferential direction of the inner wall, each group of flexible bristles 202 comprises a plurality of lower layer bristles 221 extending upwards in an inclined manner and a plurality of upper layer bristles 222 extending downwards in an inclined manner, and the upper layer bristles 222 are arranged above the lower layer bristles 221; the upper layer bristles 222 and the lower layer bristles 221 can be made of nylon integrally, and the multiple groups of flexible bristles 202 are arranged at equal intervals; referring to fig. 5, when the hub 500 of the brush of this form enters the collecting barrel 201, the upper layer bristles 222 and the lower layer bristles 221 can respectively extend obliquely to the middle of the upper and lower surfaces of the hub 500, and meanwhile, the side surfaces of the hub 500 can also be in contact with the bristles, so that the overall contact area is relatively large;

the material placing table 300 is arranged on the outer side of the mounting frame 100 and is in transmission connection with the top end of the lifting table 200, the top surface of the material placing table 300 is provided with a positioning groove 301 matched with the hub, the positioning groove 301 is circular, and the diameter of the positioning groove 301 is consistent with that of the hub 500;

when the fixed hub 500 is installed, the hub 500 is horizontally placed in the positioning groove 301 of the material placing table 300, the center hole of the hub 500 is opposite to the fixed column 421 in the state, then the material placing table 300 is driven to ascend through the lifting table 200, the center hole of the hub 500 on the material placing table 300 penetrates into the fixed column 421, the pressing ring 422 on the fixed column 421 is pressed on the upper surface of the hub 500 under the action of the spring 423, then the linear driving mechanism 425 is started, the linear driving mechanism 425 pushes the limiting pin 424 to extend out of the installation groove to limit the lower surface of the hub 500, and therefore installation and fixation of the hub 500 are completed;
when scraps are removed, the driving motor 401 drives the rotary table 400 to rotate to drive the hub 500 arranged on the hub fixing clamp 402 to rotate to the upper part of the collecting barrel 201, the lifting table 200 lifts the collecting barrel 201 upwards to enable the hub 500 to enter the collecting barrel 201, and the rotating motor 403 drives the hub fixing clamp 402 to drive the hub 500 to rotate in the collecting barrel 201; then the metal chips are sprayed out from the spraying holes 203 and combined with the metal chips on the surface of the hub 500 placed in the collecting barrel 201 to wash the metal chips; the effluent spray liquid is discharged through a liquid outlet pipe; a plurality of filter holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the filter screen plate 204, and the metal chips washed out are filtered and left on the filter screen plate 204; during the rotation of the hub 500, the flexible bristles 202 are also contacted, and metal chips or impurities adhered to the surface of the hub 500 are further cleaned through the bristles;
because the elevating platform 200 and the material placing platform 300 can be lifted synchronously, under the working state, the hub fixing clamp 402 on one side extends the hub into the collecting barrel 201 for cleaning, and the hub fixing clamp 402 on the other side can be assembled and connected with the hub lifted on the material placing platform 300, so that the middle waiting time is saved.
The top of the outer end surface of the limiting pin 424 is provided with a guide surface 426 which gradually inclines downwards, and the wheel hub 500 can slide and fall out along the guide surface 426 when being separated from the fixing column 421.
The top surface of spacer pin 424 and the bottom surface that supports and press ring 422 all protruding a plurality of flexible protruding strips that are equipped with, flexible protruding strip adopts the rubber material, and flexible protruding strip plays the buffering guard action firstly, secondly can increase its and wheel hub 500 within a definite time frictional force, makes wheel hub 500 fixed more firm.
The front end and the rear end of the lifting platform 200 are connected with the mounting frame 100 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, the bottom of the lifting platform 200 is connected with an electric cylinder 205 in a transmission mode, and the lifting platform 200 is pushed to lift through the electric cylinder 205.
The filter screen plate 204 is a magnetic screen plate, and the magnetic screen plate can better adsorb some fine iron impurities so as to improve the filtering efficiency.
The material placing table 300 is connected to the installation frame 100 in a sliding manner in the vertical direction, the bottom of the material placing table 300 is connected to the lifting table 200 through a screw, and the lifting table 200 drives the material placing table 300 to lift synchronously.
Preferably, the number of the hub fixing clamps 402 is three, the three hub fixing clamps 402 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the turntable 400 at intervals in a ring shape, one of the three hub fixing clamps 402 is used for matching with the belt mounting hub 500, the other one of the three hub fixing clamps 402 is used for matching with the collecting barrel 201 in a relative position, and the last one of the three hub fixing clamps is used for transferring the hub 500 with the completed chip removal to the dismounting station.
