Referring to fig. 4 and 6, both sides of the sorting room 1 are respectively provided with a manual inlet 18 and a manual outlet 19 at one side of the window 10, the sorting room 1 is provided with a manual disinfection component 20 inside the manual outlet 19, the manual disinfection component 20 comprises a support frame 21 vertically welded on the bottom wall of the sorting room 1 and a disinfection frame 22 located at the side end of the support frame 21, the top of the support frame 21 is fixed with a motor through bolts, an output shaft of the motor is in a vertically downward state and is coaxially welded with a screw rod, the middle part of the disinfection frame 22 is welded with a sliding block, the screw rod penetrates through the middle part of the sliding block through threads, the side end of the support frame 21 is vertically welded with a sliding strip, the side end of the sliding block is provided with a slide for the sliding strip to be inserted and slid, so that the motor drives the screw rod to rotate when in operation, the sliding block is carried with the disinfection frame 22 to vertically slide under the limit of the sliding strip and the slide, the disinfection frame 22 is in a semicircular arc shape, the lower end of the disinfection frame 22 is provided with two sliding frames 23 in a sliding manner, the lower end of the disinfection frame 22 is provided with a sliding groove 24 in an arc shape along the length direction, the section of the sliding groove 24 is in a T shape, the upper end of the sliding frame 23 is integrally provided with a sliding block 25 which is inserted in the sliding groove 24 and slides along the sliding groove 24, the disinfection frame 22 is in a quarter arc shape, so that when the disinfection frame 22 slides along the sliding groove 24 to the end far away from the support frame 21, the disinfection frame 22 and the two sliding frames 23 form a circular ring, the sliding groove 24 is embedded with a compression spring 26, one end of the compression spring 26 is tightly propped against the end, close to the support frame 21, of the sliding frame 23, the outer end of the sliding frame 23 is welded with a pushing handle 27, the pushing handle 27 is vertically upwards and is positioned at the outer side of the disinfection frame 22, the sliding frame 23 can be moved to one side of the support frame 21 by pushing the handle 27, and the sliding frame 23 can be reset under the action of the compression spring 26, the inner side end of the disinfection frame 22 and the inner side end of the sliding frame 23 are both fixed with a manual disinfection spray nozzle 28 through bolts, and the spraying end of the manual disinfection spray nozzle 28 points to the axes of the disinfection frame 22 and the sliding frame 23.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the manual sorting platform is used for sorting garbage, the garbage is scattered on the garbage conveying belt 2 and enters the sorting room 1 along with the garbage conveying belt 2, when the garbage passes through the window 10, the garbage sterilizing spray heads 17 on the mounting rack 16 spray the garbage at different angles so as to sterilize, at the moment, sorting workers are positioned at two sides of the sorting channel 11, the garbage is sorted and picked up manually and then is directly thrown into the garbage sorting bin 7 along the sorting channel 11, the odor emitted by the garbage enters the sorting channel 11 through a system channel, meanwhile, the wind tunnel 13 blows air to the sorting channel 11 so as to prevent the odor from flowing backwards, when the garbage in the garbage sorting bin 7 is too much, the garbage can be manually cleaned through a forklift, and after the sorting work of one day is finished, the cleaning spray heads 14 spray water into the sorting channel 11 so as to clean the inner wall of the sorting channel 11, meanwhile, the garbage classification bin 7 is manually cleaned, so that cleaned water flows out along the sewer opening 8, sorting personnel need to walk to the front of the manual disinfection component 20 first, then manually push the sliding frame 23 to slide to one end of the returning disinfection frame 22, then sorting workers walk to the semicircular groove of the disinfection frame 22, the sliding frame 23 can reset under the action of the compression spring 26 after the hands are loosened, the disinfection liquid is sprayed out by the manual disinfection spray head 28 for disinfection, meanwhile, the disinfection frame 22 drives the sliding frame 23 to vertically move downwards for thorough disinfection, and after the disinfection is finished, the sorting workers can leave from the manual outlet 19.
