The physical training tool of claim 1, further comprising: every bottom of going up the spiral-lock training ware all is equipped with dials the pipe, and every top of spiral-lock training ware all is equipped with down and transfers the pipe, and the one end of transferring the pipe down is connected with the top of spiral-lock training ware down, and the one end of dialling the pipe is connected with last spiral-lock training ware, and the other end of transferring the pipe down and the other end of dialling the pipe pass through first torsional spring coupling.

The physical training tool of claim 2, further comprising: the circumferential surface of the protective cylinder is provided with a plurality of inserting holes, and the circumferential surface of the shifting pipe is provided with a plurality of stopping holes which correspond to the inserting holes; the stop hole is inserted into the insertion hole to form a stop rod.
