a micro current port (102) disposed at an inner side of the extension slot (104).
3. The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 2, wherein: the fixed flat plate (101) is distributed in a rectangular shape, and the fixed flat plate (101) and the damping cotton (5) form a wrapping structure.
4. The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 1, wherein: the force-receiving mechanism (2) comprises:
handles (201) provided on both sides of the interior of the main body (1);
a micro-current contact block (203) arranged at one end of the inner side of the handle (201);
an electrode pad (204) provided at an outer wall of the handle (201);
a water-absorbent cotton layer (202) which is arranged around the outer wall of the electrode plate (204);
and the anti-slip lines (205) are arranged on one side of the outer wall of the water absorption cotton layer (202).
5. The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 4, wherein: the handle (201) is in threaded connection with the main body (1) through the threaded wall (4), and the handle (201) is symmetrically distributed along the central axis of the main body (1).

The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 4, wherein: the electrode slice (204) is electrically connected with the low-frequency pulse instrument (6) through the micro-current contact block (203), and the electrode slice (204) and the handle (201) form a wrapping structure.
7. The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 1, wherein: the steel ball support (301) and the steel ball (302) form a movable connection, and the steel ball support (301) and the steel ball (302) form a clamping structure.
8. The push-up training device with muscle fixed-point training of claim 1, wherein: the size of the limiting arc plate (304) is matched with that of the open groove (303), and the size of the limiting arc plate (304) is embedded with that of the steel ball (302).
