Accurately weighing 2.5mg of DPPH, dissolving with methanol, fixing the volume in a 100mL volumetric flask, preparing a DPPH standard solution with the mass concentration of 0.025mg/mL, and storing at 0-4 ℃ in a dark place for later use; taking appropriate diluted collagen ecological oolong tea soup and common oolong tea soup without collagen, respectively taking 2mL of solution to be detected and 2mL of DPPH standard solution, uniformly mixing, reacting for 30min under dark condition, measuring absorbance at 517nm, parallelly measuring for 3 times, and calculating the clearance rate according to formula (1). A calibration curve was prepared by preparing DPPH dilutions having a concentration gradient of 0.005, 0.010, 0.015, 0.020, 0.025, or 0.030 mg/mL.
The linear regression equation y =20.67x-0.0201 (R) was obtained from the standard curve2=0.999), calculating the DPPH concentration in the solution to be detected after the reaction, and calculating the DPPH radical clearance rate in the sample to be detected according to the formula C = (1-a1/a0) × 100% (in the formula, a0 is the absorbance of the DPPH of the blank solution at 517nm, and a1 is the absorbance of the DPPH in the sample to be detected at 517 nm).

As can be seen from table 1, the average DPPH clearance of the collagen ecological oolong tea is as high as 91.12%, which is much higher than the average DPPH clearance of the ordinary oolong tea, so that the antioxidant capacity of the collagen ecological oolong tea is stronger, and the combination of the collagen and the oolong tea has the effect of synergistically enhancing the antioxidant capacity.

1. An anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of collagen powder: 10-40 parts of tea leaves: 0-10 parts of distilled water.
2. The anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of collagen peptide powder: 10 parts of tea leaves: 0 part of distilled water.
3. The anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of collagen peptide powder: 40 parts of tea leaves: 10 parts of distilled water.
4. The anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of collagen peptide powder: 20 parts of tea leaves: 5 parts of distilled water.
5. A processing method of an anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and (3) drying in the sun: uniformly spreading the picked fresh leaves on a bamboo sieve, a fishing net or a white cotton cloth, placing under the sun, and turning over once in 5-8min at the sun drying temperature of 15-28 ℃ for 10-20 min;
shaking green: collecting the tea subjected to sun-drying in a rocking machine for rocking for 8-12 h;
de-enzyming: directly pouring the tea leaves obtained by shaking into a de-enzyming machine, and keeping the de-enzyming temperature of 320-400 ℃ for 5-10 min;
rolling: mixing collagen peptide powder and distilled water, putting into a sprayer, uniformly spraying onto tea leaves, and rolling in a rolling machine for 10-20 min;
baking: and (3) delivering the tea leaves after the re-kneading into a dryer for baking, wherein the baking is divided into three sections, namely a first section at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 8-20min, a second section at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ for 8-30min, and a third section at the temperature of 50-75 ℃ until the water content of the tea leaves is 4-10%, spreading and cooling the tea leaves in each section for 40-60min, and then drying in the next section.
6. The method for processing the anti-aging, beautifying and weight-losing collagen ecological oolong tea as claimed in claim 5, wherein the molecular weight range of the collagen peptide powder is 500-3000 da.
7. The method for processing the collagen ecological oolong tea for resisting aging, beautifying features and losing weight as claimed in claim 5, wherein the collagen peptide powder is prepared from animal collagen by an enzymatic method, an acid-base method or a thermal degradation method.
