Background
With the development of scientific technology and data technology, the application of cloud container technology is more and more extensive. In this scheme, the data transmission between the remote server and the communication terminal basically maintains a fixed data transmission rate, such as 60fps (frames per second), but for a certain application, if the communication terminal does not have data interaction for a long time, the data is still transmitted at the fixed data transmission rate, which results in waste of data transmission and increase of data transmission cost.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the content of the data communication parameter control request may be agreed in advance, for example, "0" is agreed to "decrease the data communication rate", "1" is agreed to "increase the data communication rate", and the data communication rate adjustment step size is 30fps, then if the content of the received data communication parameter control request is "0", the data communication server decreases the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, decreases the current data communication rate by 30fps, and if the content of the received data communication parameter control request is "1", the data communication server increases the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and increases the current data communication rate by 30fps, wherein, the appointed content can be adjusted and set according to the requirements of practical application. In addition, the communication terminal can also carry a data communication parameter target adjusting value in the data communication parameter control request, and the data communication server carries out targeted adjustment on the data communication parameters according to the data communication parameter target adjusting value after receiving the data communication parameter control request.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication server further sets a data communication parameter control interface function to be provided to the communication terminal to be called through the second channel to transfer the data communication parameter control request.
In the above embodiment, after the data communication server receives the operation state acquisition request sent by the communication terminal, the object identification information running in the data communication server is determined; then, searching in a preset operation object type storage table according to the object identification information to obtain operation object type information corresponding to the object identification information, and sending the operation object type information serving as operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through a newly established first channel; and after the data communication server receives a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, controlling parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first channel is a data channel, the second channel is a control channel, and of course, the first channel and the second channel may be interchanged, that is, the first channel is a control channel, the second channel is a data channel, or both the first channel and the second channel are data channels or control channels, that is, the first channel and the second channel may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the first channel and the second channel according to the needs of practical applications.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a data communication method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes the following steps S201 to S203, as shown in fig. 2:
in step S201, sending an operation status acquisition request to a data communication server, and receiving operation status information sent by the data communication server, where the operation status information includes type information of an operation object of the data communication server;
in step S202, when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, acquiring a communication terminal input state within a preset time period;
in step S203, when the input state of the communication terminal satisfies a preset condition, a data communication parameter control request is sent to the data communication server, so that the data communication server controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
As mentioned above, with the development of scientific technology and data technology, the application of cloud container technology is becoming more and more widespread. In the current android cloud container scheme, an android operating system and some applications are run in a remote server, and the remote server sends rendering data required by the applications to a corresponding communication terminal through a predetermined communication protocol so as to display the rendering data on the communication terminal. In this scheme, the data transmission between the remote server and the communication terminal maintains a substantially fixed data transmission rate, for example, 60fps, but for a certain application, if the communication terminal does not perform data interaction for a long time, the data is still transmitted at the fixed data transmission rate, which results in waste of data transmission and increase of data transmission cost.
In view of the above, in this embodiment, a data communication method is proposed which controls parameters of data communication between a data communication server and a communication terminal by detection of operating states of the data communication server and the communication terminal. The technical scheme can realize the control of the data communication parameters between the data communication server and the communication terminal, so that the data transmission rate can be reduced when the corresponding application of the communication terminal does not generate data interaction for a long time, and further the waste of data transmission and the increase of data transmission cost are avoided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication method may be applied to a communication terminal, such as a game terminal, and for convenience of description, the embodiment will be explained and illustrated below by taking the communication terminal as an example.
As mentioned above, the type of the data communication server running object may be a video type, a game type, or the like, or may be a game type or a non-game type, and considering that there is a high possibility that data interaction will not occur for a long time in a game type application, a data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal needs to be controlled, therefore, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset type may be set as a game type, for example.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the input state of the communication terminal refers to a state of an input device of the communication terminal, such as whether the input device of the communication terminal is in a busy state or an idle state, whether an input event occurs in the input device of the communication terminal within a preset time period, and the like. The input device of the communication terminal may be, for example, an input device such as a touch screen, a keyboard, or a mouse of the communication terminal.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S201, that is, the step of sending the operation state acquisition request to the data communication server and receiving the operation state information sent by the data communication server, may be implemented as:

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication server is further provided with a data communication parameter control interface function, so as to provide the communication terminal with a call through the second channel to transfer the data communication parameter control request, and therefore, the communication terminal can send the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through the second channel by calling the data communication parameter control interface function.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S202, that is, when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, the step of obtaining the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period may be implemented as:

As mentioned above, considering that there is a high possibility that the game-type application does not have data interaction for a long time, it is necessary to control the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and thus, the preset type may be set as a game type. Then, in this embodiment, when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, such as a game type, a timer is started, and the state information of the communication terminal input device is monitored within a timing time of the timer to acquire the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period, where the timing time of the timer may be set to 5 seconds. For example, if it is not monitored that the communication terminal input device has the communication terminal input event within the timing time of the timer, the communication terminal input state may be considered to be in an idle state, and if it is monitored that the communication terminal input device has the communication terminal input event within the timing time of the timer, the communication terminal input state may be considered to be in a busy state.
In view of the above, in a game-like application, there is a high possibility that data interaction does not occur for a long time and a data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal needs to be controlled, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset condition may be set to that a communication terminal input event does not occur within a preset time period, that is, if a communication terminal input event does not occur within the preset time period, the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal may be controlled, for example, the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal is reduced.
In the above-described embodiment, when the communication terminal transmits the operation state acquisition request to the data communication server, receiving the running state information sent by the data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server, and when determining that the type of the data communication server operation object is a preset type such as a game type, starting a timer, monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period, when the input state of the communication terminal meets a preset condition, such as no input event of the communication terminal occurs within a preset time period, sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel established by the data communication server, so that the data communication server controls the parameters of the data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.

In view of the above, in this embodiment, a data communication method is proposed which controls parameters of data communication between a data communication server and a communication terminal by detection of operating states of the data communication server and the communication terminal. The technical scheme can realize the control of the data communication parameters between the data communication server and the communication terminal, so that the data transmission rate can be reduced when the corresponding application of the communication terminal does not generate data interaction for a long time, and further the waste of data transmission and the increase of data transmission cost are avoided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication method may be applied to a data communication system including a data communication server and a communication terminal, such as a game system, and for convenience of description, the data communication system is explained and illustrated below as an example for the embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S302, that is, the step of the data communication server acquiring the operation state information of the data communication server in response to receiving the operation state acquisition request sent by the communication terminal, and sending the operation state information to the communication terminal, may be implemented as:

Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an overall flow of a data communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where, as shown in fig. 4, a communication terminal sends an operation status acquisition request to a data communication server through a first channel, and after receiving the operation status acquisition request, the data communication server sends acquired operation object type information of the data communication server to the communication terminal; if the communication terminal determines that the type of the data communication server operation object is the game type, acquiring the state of the communication terminal input equipment in a preset time period by means of a timer, and if the communication terminal input equipment does not generate a communication terminal input event in the preset time period, sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel by means of calling a data communication parameter control interface function; the data communication server controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the content of the data communication parameter control request.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application scenario of the data communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, in which a cloud game server and a plurality of game terminals: the game terminal 1, the game terminal 2 and the game terminal 3 are communicated, a control channel and a data channel are arranged between the cloud game server and the game terminal, the control channel is used for transmitting a control instruction between the cloud game server and the game terminal, and the data channel is used for transmitting transmission data between the cloud game server and the game terminal. Firstly, three game terminals send running state obtaining requests to a cloud game server through data channels, after the cloud game server receives the running state obtaining requests, the obtained game type information of the cloud game server in the running state at present is sent to the game terminals, if the game type of the cloud game server in the running state at present is the game type, the game terminals start a timer to obtain the state of a game terminal input device in each preset time period, such as 5 seconds, and the data communication rate between the game terminals and the cloud game server is controlled according to the state of the game terminal input device. Taking game terminal 1 as an example, if the current data communication rate is 60fps, the data communication rate adjustment step size is 30fps, no game terminal input event is detected in the first 5 seconds by the input device of game terminal 1, game terminal 1 calls a data communication parameter control interface function through a control channel to send a data communication rate reduction control request to the cloud game server, so that the cloud game server reduces the current data communication rate from 60fps to 30fps, if no game terminal input event is detected in the input device of game terminal 1 in the second 5 seconds, game terminal 1 may be deactivated to maintain the current low-rate data transmission, if a certain game terminal input event is detected in the input device of game terminal 1 in the third 5 seconds, game terminal 1 calls a data communication parameter control interface function through the control channel to send a data communication rate increase control request to the cloud game server, so that the cloud game server restores the current data communication rate from 30fps to 60 fps.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of a data communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 6, the data communication apparatus includes:
a first obtaining module 601, configured to, in response to receiving an operation state obtaining request sent by a communication terminal, obtain operation state information of a data communication server, and send the operation state information to the communication terminal, where the operation state information includes operation object type information of the data communication server;
a control module 602 configured to, in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, control parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.

The technical scheme can realize the control of the data communication parameters between the data communication server and the communication terminal, so that the data transmission rate can be reduced when the corresponding application of the communication terminal does not generate data interaction for a long time, and further the waste of data transmission and the increase of data transmission cost are avoided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication device may be implemented as a data communication server, such as a cloud game server, and for convenience of description, the data communication server is taken as an example to explain and explain the embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication server refers to a remote server that can perform remote communication with a communication terminal based on a predetermined communication protocol in a cloud container technical solution, and is used to run an operating system and an application, and send rendering data waiting to be loaded in the application to the communication terminal that uses the application rendering data through the predetermined communication protocol. The predetermined communication protocol may be, for example, a webrtc protocol or the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication terminal refers to a terminal that can remotely communicate with the data communication server based on a predetermined communication protocol in a cloud container solution, and receive and display application rendering data from the data communication server through the predetermined communication protocol. The communication terminal may be, for example, a computer, a tablet computer, an intelligent mobile terminal, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation status acquisition request refers to a request for acquiring current operation status information of the data communication server. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the object may refer to, for example, an application object, and the type of the object may be, for example, a video, a game, another type, and the like, and considering that there is a high possibility that data interaction does not occur for a long time in a game application, the type of the object may also be simply divided into a game class and a non-game class.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication parameter control request refers to a request for controlling a parameter of data communication between the data communication server and a communication terminal. The parameter of the data communication may be, for example, a rate, a code rate, and the like of the data communication.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first obtaining module 601 is configured to:
determining running object identification information in the data communication server in response to receiving a running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal;

In the above embodiment, after the data communication server receives the operation state acquisition request sent by the communication terminal, the object identification information running in the data communication server is determined; then, searching in a preset operation object type storage table according to the object identification information to obtain operation object type information corresponding to the object identification information, and sending the operation object type information serving as operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through a newly established first channel; and after the data communication server receives a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, controlling parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first channel is a data channel, the second channel is a control channel, and of course, the first channel and the second channel may be interchanged, that is, the first channel is a control channel, the second channel is a data channel, or both the first channel and the second channel are data channels or control channels, that is, the first channel and the second channel may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the first channel and the second channel according to the needs of practical applications.
Fig. 7 shows a block diagram of a data communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 7, the data communication apparatus includes:
a first sending module 701, configured to send an operation state obtaining request to a data communication server, and receive operation state information sent by the data communication server, where the operation state information includes operation object type information of the data communication server;
a second obtaining module 702, configured to obtain the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type;
a second sending module 703, configured to send a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server when the input state of the communication terminal satisfies a preset condition, so that the data communication server controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
As mentioned above, with the development of scientific technology and data technology, the application of cloud container technology is becoming more and more widespread. In the current android cloud container scheme, an android operating system and some applications are run in a remote server, and the remote server sends rendering data required by the applications to a corresponding communication terminal through a predetermined communication protocol so as to display the rendering data on the communication terminal. In this scheme, the data transmission between the remote server and the communication terminal maintains a substantially fixed data transmission rate, for example, 60fps, but for a certain application, if the communication terminal does not perform data interaction for a long time, the data is still transmitted at the fixed data transmission rate, which results in waste of data transmission and increase of data transmission cost.
In view of the above, in this embodiment, a data communication apparatus is proposed which controls parameters of data communication between a data communication server and a communication terminal by detecting operation states of the data communication server and the communication terminal. The technical scheme can realize the control of the data communication parameters between the data communication server and the communication terminal, so that the data transmission rate can be reduced when the corresponding application of the communication terminal does not generate data interaction for a long time, and further the waste of data transmission and the increase of data transmission cost are avoided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication device may be implemented as a communication terminal, such as a game terminal, and for convenience of description, the embodiment will be explained and illustrated below by taking the communication terminal as an example.
As mentioned above, the type of the data communication server running object may be a video type, a game type, or the like, or may be a game type or a non-game type, and considering that there is a high possibility that data interaction will not occur for a long time in a game type application, a data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal needs to be controlled, therefore, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset type may be set as a game type, for example.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the input state of the communication terminal refers to a state of an input device of the communication terminal, such as whether the input device of the communication terminal is in a busy state or an idle state, whether an input event occurs in the input device of the communication terminal within a preset time period, and the like. The input device of the communication terminal may be, for example, an input device such as a touch screen, a keyboard, or a mouse of the communication terminal.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first sending module 701 is configured to:
sending an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server, and receiving operation state information sent by the data communication server through the first channel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the part of the second sending module 703 that sends the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server is configured to:
and sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel established by the data communication server.
As mentioned above, in order to facilitate the transmission of the operation object type information, the data communication server further establishes a first channel and a second channel based on the predetermined communication protocol between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and therefore, in this embodiment, the communication terminal may transmit the operation state acquisition request to the data communication server through the first channel established by the data communication server, and receive the operation state information transmitted by the data communication server, and transmit the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through the second channel established by the data communication server.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication server is further provided with a data communication parameter control interface function, so as to provide the data communication parameter control request to the communication terminal to be called through the second channel, so as to transfer the data communication parameter control request, and therefore the second sending module 703 of the communication terminal can send the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through the second channel by calling the data communication parameter control interface function.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second obtaining module 702 may be configured to:
and when the type of the data communication server operation object is determined to be a preset type, starting a timer, and monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period.
As mentioned above, considering that there is a high possibility that the game-type application does not have data interaction for a long time, it is necessary to control the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and thus, the preset type may be set as a game type. Then, in this embodiment, when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, such as a game type, a timer is started, and the state information of the communication terminal input device is monitored within a timing time of the timer to acquire the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period, where the timing time of the timer may be set to 5 seconds. For example, if it is not monitored that the communication terminal input device has the communication terminal input event within the timing time of the timer, the communication terminal input state may be considered to be in an idle state, and if it is monitored that the communication terminal input device has the communication terminal input event within the timing time of the timer, the communication terminal input state may be considered to be in a busy state.
In view of the above, in a game-like application, there is a high possibility that data interaction does not occur for a long time and a data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal needs to be controlled, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset condition may be set to that a communication terminal input event does not occur within a preset time period, that is, if a communication terminal input event does not occur within the preset time period, the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal may be controlled, for example, the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal is reduced.
In the above-described embodiment, when the communication terminal transmits the operation state acquisition request to the data communication server, receiving the running state information sent by the data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server, and when determining that the type of the data communication server operation object is a preset type such as a game type, starting a timer, monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period, when the input state of the communication terminal meets a preset condition, such as no input event of the communication terminal occurs within a preset time period, sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel established by the data communication server, so that the data communication server controls the parameters of the data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
Technical terms and technical features related to the technical terms and technical features shown in fig. 7 and related embodiments are the same as or similar to those of the technical terms and technical features shown in fig. 6 and related embodiments, and for the explanation and description of the technical terms and technical features related to the technical terms and technical features shown in fig. 7 and related embodiments, reference may be made to the above explanation of the explanation of fig. 6 and related embodiments, and no further description is provided here.
Fig. 8 shows a block diagram of a data communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 8, the data communication apparatus includes:
the communication terminal 801 is configured to send an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server, receive operation state information sent by the data communication server, acquire a communication terminal input state within a preset time period when the data communication server operation object type is determined to be a preset type, and send a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server when the communication terminal input state meets a preset condition, wherein the operation state information includes the data communication server operation object type information;
a data communication server 802 configured to, in response to receiving an operation state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, acquire operation state information of the data communication server and send it to the communication terminal, and in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, control parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
As mentioned above, with the development of scientific technology and data technology, the application of cloud container technology is becoming more and more widespread. In view of the above, in this embodiment, a data communication apparatus is proposed which controls parameters of data communication between a data communication server and a communication terminal by detecting operation states of the data communication server and the communication terminal. The technical scheme can realize the control of the data communication parameters between the data communication server and the communication terminal, so that the data transmission rate can be reduced when the corresponding application of the communication terminal does not generate data interaction for a long time, and further the waste of data transmission and the increase of data transmission cost are avoided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication apparatus may be implemented as a data communication system including a data communication server and a communication terminal, such as a game system, and for convenience of description, the data communication system is explained and illustrated below as an example for the embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the portion in which the data communication server acquires the operation state information of the data communication server in response to receiving the operation state acquisition request transmitted by the communication terminal, and transmits the operation state information to the communication terminal, may be configured to:
the data communication server responds to a received running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, determines running object identification information in the data communication server, searches in a preset running object type storage table according to the object identification information, obtains running object type information corresponding to the object identification information, wherein the preset running object type storage table stores the object identification information and a corresponding object type in advance, and sends the running object type information serving as the running state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication terminal receives the operation state information sent by the data communication server, and when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, the part for acquiring the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period may be configured to:
the communication terminal receives the running state information sent by the data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server;
and when the type of the data communication server operation object is determined to be a preset type, starting a timer, and monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset condition is that no input event of the communication terminal occurs within a preset time period.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data communication server is further configured to:
establishing a first channel and a second channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
a section in which the data communication server transmits the type information of the operation object to the communication terminal as operation state information of the data communication server, configured to:
the data communication server sends the type information of the operation object as the operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through the first channel;
the data communication server, in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, is configured to control parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request, and is configured to:

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing a data communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, the computer system 900 includes a processing unit 901 which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage section 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. In the RAM903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are also stored. The processing unit 901, the ROM902, and the RAM903 are connected to each other via a bus 904. An input/output (I/O) interface 905 is also connected to bus 904.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary. The processing unit 901 may be implemented as a CPU, a GPU, a TPU, an FPGA, an NPU, or other processing units.
In particular, the above described methods may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the data communication method. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911.

Claims (28)

1. A method of data communication, comprising:
responding to a received running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, acquiring running state information of a data communication server, and sending the running state information to the communication terminal, wherein the running state information comprises running object type information of the data communication server;
and responding to the received data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, and controlling the parameters of the data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the operation state information of the data communication server in response to receiving the operation state acquisition request transmitted by the communication terminal and transmitting it to the communication terminal is implemented as:
determining running object identification information in the data communication server in response to receiving a running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal;
searching in a preset operation object type storage table according to the object identification information to obtain the type information of the operation object corresponding to the object identification information, wherein the preset operation object type storage table is stored with the object identification information and the corresponding object type in advance;
and sending the type information of the operation object to the communication terminal as the operation state information of the data communication server.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
establishing a first channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
the sending of the type information of the operation object to the communication terminal as the operation state information of the data communication server is implemented as:
and sending the type information of the operation object as the operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through the first channel.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
establishing a second channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
the controlling of the parameters of the data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request in response to receiving the data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal is implemented as:
in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, when the data communication parameter control request is to reduce a data communication rate, reducing the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and when the data communication parameter control request is to increase the data communication rate, increasing the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal.
5. A method of data communication, comprising:
sending an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server, and receiving operation state information sent by the data communication server, wherein the operation state information comprises operation object type information of the data communication server;
when the type of the data communication server operation object is determined to be a preset type, acquiring the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period;
and when the input state of the communication terminal meets a preset condition, sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server so that the data communication server controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending of the operation state acquisition request to the data communication server and the receiving of the operation state information sent by the data communication server are implemented as:
sending an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server, and receiving operation state information sent by the data communication server through the first channel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sending of the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server is implemented as:
and sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel established by the data communication server.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, the obtaining of the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period is implemented as follows:
and when the type of the data communication server operation object is determined to be a preset type, starting a timer, and monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period.
8. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the preset condition is that no input event of the communication terminal occurs within a preset time period.
9. A method of data communication, comprising:
the communication terminal sends an operation state acquisition request to the data communication server;
the method comprises the steps that a data communication server responds to a received running state obtaining request sent by a communication terminal, obtains running state information of the data communication server and sends the running state information to the communication terminal, wherein the running state information comprises running object type information of the data communication server;
the communication terminal receives the running state information sent by the data communication server, acquires the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period when the running object type of the data communication server is determined to be a preset type, and sends a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server when the input state of the communication terminal meets a preset condition;
and the data communication server responds to the received data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal and controls the parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the data communication server, in response to receiving an operation status acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, acquires operation status information of the data communication server and sends the operation status information to the communication terminal, and is implemented as follows:
the data communication server responds to a received running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, determines running object identification information in the data communication server, searches in a preset running object type storage table according to the object identification information, obtains running object type information corresponding to the object identification information, wherein the preset running object type storage table stores the object identification information and a corresponding object type in advance, and sends the running object type information serving as the running state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal.
11. The method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the communication terminal receives the operation status information sent by the data communication server, and when it is determined that the data communication server operation object type is a preset type, the obtaining of the input status of the communication terminal within a preset time period is implemented as:
the communication terminal receives the running state information sent by the data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server;
and when the type of the data communication server operation object is determined to be a preset type, starting a timer, and monitoring the state information of the communication terminal input equipment to acquire the input state of the communication terminal in a preset time period.
12. The method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the preset condition is that no input event of the communication terminal occurs within a preset time period.
13. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
the data communication server establishes a first channel and a second channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
the data communication server transmits the type information of the operation object as operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal, and is implemented as:
the data communication server sends the type information of the operation object as the operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through the first channel;
the data communication server, in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request, and is implemented as:
and the data communication server responds to a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, reduces the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal when the data communication parameter control request is to reduce the data communication rate, and increases the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal when the data communication parameter control request is to increase the data communication rate.
14. A data communication apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to respond to the received operation state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal, acquire operation state information of a data communication server and send the operation state information to the communication terminal, and the operation state information comprises operation object type information of the data communication server;
the control module is configured to respond to the data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal and control the parameters of the data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, the first acquisition module configured to:
determining running object identification information in the data communication server in response to receiving a running state acquisition request sent by a communication terminal;
searching in a preset operation object type storage table according to the object identification information to obtain the type information of the operation object corresponding to the object identification information, wherein the preset operation object type storage table is stored with the object identification information and the corresponding object type in advance;
and sending the type information of the operation object to the communication terminal as the operation state information of the data communication server.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising:
a first establishing module configured to establish a first channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
the portion that transmits the type information of the operation object as the operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal is configured to:
and sending the type information of the operation object as the operation state information of the data communication server to the communication terminal through the first channel.
17. The apparatus of any of claims 14-16, further comprising:
a second establishing module configured to establish a second channel between the data communication server and the communication terminal;
the control module is configured to:
in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, when the data communication parameter control request is to reduce a data communication rate, reducing the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal, and when the data communication parameter control request is to increase the data communication rate, increasing the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal.
18. A data communication apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a third sending module, wherein the first sending module is configured to send an operation state obtaining request to a data communication server and receive operation state information sent by the data communication server, and the operation state information comprises operation object type information of the data communication server;
the second acquisition module is configured to acquire the input state of the communication terminal within a preset time period when the data communication server operation object type is determined to be a preset type;
the second sending module is configured to send a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server when the input state of the communication terminal meets a preset condition, so that the data communication server controls parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, the first sending module configured to:
sending an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server through a first channel established by the data communication server, and receiving operation state information sent by the data communication server through the first channel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sending of the data communication parameter control request to the data communication server is implemented as:
and sending a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server through a second channel established by the data communication server.
20. The apparatus of claim 18 or 19, the second acquisition module configured to:

the communication terminal is configured to send an operation state acquisition request to a data communication server, receive operation state information sent by the data communication server, acquire a communication terminal input state within a preset time period when the operation object type of the data communication server is determined to be a preset type, and send a data communication parameter control request to the data communication server when the communication terminal input state meets a preset condition, wherein the operation state information comprises the operation object type information of the data communication server;
the data communication server is configured to respond to the received operation state acquisition request sent by the communication terminal, acquire the operation state information of the data communication server and send the operation state information to the communication terminal, and respond to the received data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, and control the parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request.
23. The apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the portion of the data communication server, in response to receiving the operation state acquisition request transmitted by the communication terminal, acquiring the operation state information of the data communication server and transmitting it to the communication terminal, is configured to:

the data communication server, in response to receiving a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal, is configured to control parameters of data communication between the data communication server and the communication terminal according to the data communication parameter control request, and is configured to:
and the data communication server responds to a data communication parameter control request sent by the communication terminal through the second channel, reduces the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal when the data communication parameter control request is to reduce the data communication rate, and increases the data communication rate between the data communication server and the communication terminal when the data communication parameter control request is to increase the data communication rate.
