s2, switch distribution:
the wire inlet cabinet of the low-voltage distribution system in the system 1 is remotely controlled, the frame circuit breaker is a working position, the molded case circuit breaker corresponding to the switch of the low-voltage distribution feeder cabinet 431 in the system 1 is a working position and is in a closing state, and the feeder switches in the rest low-voltage distribution systems are arranged in the working position or the testing position according to the requirement;
s3, detecting a unit state:
checking the state of the unit before starting the low-voltage diesel black start generator set, wherein the black start generator set outputs that a power frame breaker is in a working position, a voltage detection signal on a cabinet door, a control signal and a feedback signal knob switch of a low-voltage wire inlet cabinet are arranged in a system 1, and a 432 switch in a low-voltage power distribution system corresponding to the system 2 is arranged in an off position;
s4, starting the low-pressure diesel black start generator set:
the low-voltage diesel black start generator set and the cabinet control screen are provided with three control modes, wherein the automatic mode is selected for automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control, the cabinet control screen detects that the voltage at the inlet side of the inlet cabinet of the low-voltage distribution system in the system 1 is in a mains supply state, the low-voltage diesel black start generator set is started after 5 seconds, after the voltage of the generator set is stable, the black start and cabinet control screen controls the switch-on 403 switch of the black start output switch cabinet, at the moment, the 401 low-voltage inlet switch in the low-voltage distribution system is in a switch-off state, the cabinet control system detects the working position states of the 431 switch and the 432 switch and whether the switch is switched on or not before the switch-on 403 switch is switched on, and the switch-on 403 switch is strictly forbidden when the two switches are in a switch-on position;
s5, starting auxiliary equipment of the unit:
when the 403 switch is switched on, a bus of a low-voltage distribution system in the system 1 is electrified, and a power supply is sent to an auxiliary power cabinet of the high-voltage generator set through a feeder switch of the low-voltage distribution system so as to start a pre-started fan and a water pump of the high-voltage generator set to be started;
s6, completing a black start mode:
after the high-voltage generator set in the system 1 generates electricity, a high-voltage bus in the system 1 is electrified, an output cabinet 1 and a vacuum circuit breaker VCB17 are subjected to transformer electrification after inspection, a wire inlet end of a low-voltage wire inlet cabinet in a low-voltage distribution system in the system 1 is electrified, at the moment, the low-voltage diesel black start generator set is electrified with an upper opening of a low-voltage wire inlet switch detected by a cabinet control panel, after the set detection time, the cabinet control panel adjusts the rotating speed and voltage of the black start generator set, so that the rotating speed and the voltage of the black start generator set are in a phase angle with an upper opening power supply of the low-voltage wire inlet switch in the low-voltage distribution system, the phase sequence is in a condition range of setting parameters of the cabinet control panel, at the moment, the cabinet control panel immediately outputs a closing signal, then the frame circuit breaker corresponding to the 401 low-voltage wire inlet switch is immediately closed, and at the same time, the cabinet control panel slowly transfers the load carried by the low-voltage diesel black start generator set to a low-voltage transformer side power supply used by the low-voltage distribution system to carry the load, when the load carried on the black start generator set is reduced below the set range, the cabinet control panel 403 controls the cabinet to switch to open the corresponding frame circuit breaker immediately, and the black start generator set is immediately started, and the process is completed.
