In a first embodiment, referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an RFID vial management device 100 that accommodates different vial heights.
The RFID radio frequency identification device comprises a base 1, a linear displacement module 2 is arranged on the base 1, a shielding cover 3 with an upper end opening is arranged on the linear displacement module 2, an RFID main antenna 4 is arranged in the shielding cover 3, and a main control circuit board 5 with a radio frequency signal reading and writing function is arranged on the base 1 and is electrically connected with the RFID main antenna 4.
The linear displacement module 2 is used for driving the shielding case 3 and the RFID main antenna 4 to linearly reciprocate, so as to read data in batch. The RFID main antenna 4 is combined with the main control circuit board 5 to complete reading of information in the RFID electronic tag 201 on the medicine bottle 200. The RFID main antenna 4 transmits or receives radio frequency signals, and the main control circuit board 5 generates or decodes the received radio frequency signals.
The shielding case 3 of the invention has the function of reducing the interference of the external environment to the RFID main antenna 4, and the reading range of the RFID main antenna 4 is also arranged above the RFID main antenna 4, so that the phenomenon that the reading range is dispersed all around to misread other adjacent medicine information is avoided.
The main control circuit board 2 with the radio frequency signal read-write function can be completed by an existing radio frequency chip and a main control MCU, the radio frequency chip completes the data coding and decoding functions, the radio frequency signal is transmitted or received through the RFID main antenna 4, the main control MCU completes the processing of the coded and decoded data, and the data of the RFID electronic tag 201 is uploaded to a database. It can be understood that the main control circuit board 2 can be provided with a built-in storage unit to realize the function of the database.
Preferably, the present invention further includes a host (not shown) electrically connected to the main control circuit board 2, the host being provided with a database for storing medicine information of the medicine bottle 200. The independent host can effectively coordinate and control the medicine bottle management device 100 of the present invention, such as data storage and query, automatic driving of the linear displacement module, and the like.

A plurality of medicine bottle containing holes 61 with openings at the upper ends are arranged in the medicine box 6, the medicine bottle containing holes 61 are used for containing medicine bottles 200, and RFID electronic tags 201 are arranged on the medicine bottles 200. The RFID tag 201 stores the corresponding information of the medicine bottle, such as electronic code or directly stores the information of the medicine.
The bottom in each medicine bottle containing hole 61 is provided with an RFID auxiliary antenna 7 which has the same frequency as the RFID main antenna 4 and is used for relaying signals, the top end of the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 is in contact with the bottom of the medicine bottle 200, and the RFID auxiliary antennas 7 in the medicine bottle containing holes 61 have different heights so that the heights of the medicine bottles 200 exposed out of the medicine bottle containing holes 61 are the same.
Thus, the medicine bottles 200 with different heights can be placed in the medicine bottle containing holes 61 with the RFID sub-antennas 7 with different heights, so that the medicine bottles 200 are exposed out of the medicine box 6 at the same height and are convenient to take. Meanwhile, since the RFID technology is adopted in the present invention to read the data in the RFID tag 201 of the medicine 200 in a contactless manner, it is necessary to ensure that the radio frequency signal is within a receivable distance, and after the medicine bottle 200 is lifted in the medicine box 6, the distance between the RFID tag 201 on the medicine bottle 200 and the RFID main antenna 7 becomes large, which may cause the signal to be weakened and the RFID tag 201 cannot be activated. The RFID secondary antenna 7 of the present invention can just solve the problem of signal weakening after being raised. The RFID auxiliary antenna 7 is the same frequency as the RFID main antenna 4, the energy of the RFID main antenna 4 is gathered and transmitted to the RFID electronic tag 201 through the induction effect to activate the RFID electronic tag 201, and the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 plays a role in signal enhancement and relay and plays a role in medicine bottle heightening.
According to the invention, the main control circuit board 2 with the radio frequency signal read-write function, the RFID main antenna 4, the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 and the RFID electronic tag 201 are arranged, so that the medicine information of the medicine bottle can be obtained through the RFID technology without manual reading, and the working efficiency of workers is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the medicine bottle 200 is very convenient to take after being padded up by the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 in the medicine box 6.
Preferably, the RFID electronic tag 201 of the present invention is disposed at the bottom of the medicine bottle 200, and the top end of the RFID sub-antenna 7 is in contact with the RFID electronic tag 201 at the bottom of the medicine bottle 200. In this way, the RFID sub-antenna 7 directly contacts the RFID electronic tag 201, so that the RFID electronic tag 201 easily receives the energy signal of the RFID main antenna 4 moving therebelow, thereby facilitating the reading of data.
Furthermore, the RFID main antenna 4 of the present invention is a block antenna, and the RFID sub antenna 7 is a column antenna. The RFID main antenna 4 can reduce the space occupation of the RFID main antenna 4 on the base 1 for a block-shaped antenna, and the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 is a cylindrical antenna and is used for adapting to the medicine bottle containing hole 61 in the medicine box 6, and simultaneously, the medicine bottle 200 can be conveniently lifted.
It is understood that the RFID main antenna 4 and the RFID sub-antenna 7 of the present invention are ceramic antennas or PCB antennas or rogue board antennas.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the linear displacement module 2 of the present invention includes a bracket 21 protruding from the base 1, a slide rail 22 fixed to the bracket 21, and a slider 23 reciprocally sliding on the slide rail 22, and the shield can 3 is fixed to the slider 23 and slides together with the slider 23. The slide rail 22 is fixedly connected with the support 21 by screws, and the linear movement of the slider 23 on the slide rail 22 realizes the movement of the shielding case 3 and the RFID main antenna 4 therein, so as to sequentially read the information of the RFID electronic tags 201 at the bottoms of the medicine bottles 200 in the medicine boxes 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the linear displacement module 2 of the present invention further includes a driving device 24 disposed on the base 1 and in transmission connection with the sliding block 23, the driving device 24 drives the sliding block 23 to reciprocate on the sliding rail 22, and the driving device 24 may be composed of a motor and a transmission member. The driving device 24 is electrically connected with the control host, and the driving device 24 is arranged to enable the movement of the slide 23 to be automated.
The RFID medicine bottle management device 100 adapted to different medicine bottle heights provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a linear displacement module 2 and a main control circuit board 5 with a radio frequency signal reading and writing function are arranged on a machine base 1, an RFID main antenna 4 is arranged on the linear displacement module 2, an RFID auxiliary antenna 7 with the same frequency as the RFID main antenna 4 is arranged at the bottom of each medicine bottle containing hole 61 of a medicine box 6, a plurality of RFID auxiliary antennas 7 have different heights, so that the heights of the medicine bottles 200 exposed out of the medicine bottle containing holes 61 are the same, the RFID auxiliary antenna 7 can be used for lifting the medicine bottles and relaying signal transmission, therefore, on one hand, the invention drives the RFID main antenna 4 to reciprocate to read the RFID electronic tag 201 information at the bottoms of the medicine bottles 200 in the medicine box 6 through the linear displacement module 2, manual information reading is not needed, the working efficiency is improved, on the other hand, the heights of the medicine bottles 200 exposed out of the medicine box 6 are the same, facilitating the taking of the vial 200.
