In the related art, for the existing air conditioner using the PLC technology, in which the indoor unit and the outdoor unit separately supply power, when the indoor units and the outdoor units of multiple air conditioners perform power line communication pairing on the same phase power supply, there may be a case of cross-pairing with each other, and further, pairing errors between the indoor units and the outdoor units occur, resulting in a control risk.
To this end, the existing solution is to add signal isolators to different air conditioners, and this way can cut off the problem of cross-pairing confusion of signals from the source, but because a hardware signal isolator needs to be added, development hardware cost needs to be additionally increased, and a series of after-sale cost problems such as hardware installation and maintenance also exist, so that the cost of the air conditioner is increased, and the competitiveness of the air conditioner product is reduced.
Based on the above situation, embodiments of the present invention provide a pairing state detection method, a controller, an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium.
The pairing state detection method is applied to the indoor unit, and the indoor unit and the outdoor unit carry out carrier communication through the power line.
Specifically, the pairing state detection method of the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

Various embodiments of the air conditioner of the present invention are proposed based on the hardware structure of the indoor controller 110 described above.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a connection relationship between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the indoor unit 100 includes, but is not limited to, the indoor controller 110 shown in fig. 1 and the central coordinator module 120 connected to the indoor controller 110, and the outdoor unit 200 includes, but is not limited to, the outdoor controller 210 and the site module 220 and the load 230 connected to the outdoor controller 210, respectively. Wherein the central coordinator module 120 and the site module 220 are connected by a power line.
Next, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, but is not limited to, a sensor 300, and the sensor 300 may detect the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit and transmit the operation state information to the indoor unit 100. The target outdoor unit is one of the outdoor units 200, and the indoor unit 100 and the target outdoor unit are originally air-conditioning sets.
In addition, in order to enable the indoor unit 100 to reliably and stably acquire the operating state information through the sensor 300, the embodiment of the present invention may design the communication between the indoor unit 100 and the sensor 300 to be through non-power line communication, that is, through a communication line. For example, the indoor unit 100 and the sensor 300 may communicate with each other through RS 485.
Note that the load 230 may be a fan, a compressor, an expansion valve, a relay, a buzzer, or a lamp.
Based on the module hardware structure of the air conditioner in fig. 1 to 2, various embodiments of the pairing situation detection method of the present invention are proposed.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a pairing status detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises but is not limited to a target outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and a power line is arranged between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit and is used for carrying out carrier communication between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit, wherein the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit are originally air conditioner sets.
The pairing state detection method of the embodiment of the invention includes, but is not limited to, step S100 and step S200.
Step S100, sending pairing success information to the outdoor unit through the power line so that the outdoor unit drives a load of the outdoor unit according to the pairing success information;
and S200, acquiring running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit, and determining the pairing state between the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit according to the running state information.
Specifically, the indoor unit sends matching success information to the outdoor unit through the power line, then the outdoor unit receiving the matching success information drives the load of the indoor unit to operate, then the indoor unit obtains the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit, and then the indoor unit determines the matching condition between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit according to the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit, wherein the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit are originally air-conditioning sets. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, if the outdoor unit receiving the pairing success information is the target outdoor unit, the load of the target outdoor unit responds to the operation, and then the indoor unit acquires that the load of the target outdoor unit is in the operation state, so that the successful pairing between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit can be determined; if the outdoor unit receiving the pairing success information is a non-target outdoor unit, that is, other outdoor units except the target outdoor unit, the load of the target outdoor unit does not respond to the operation, and the indoor unit acquires that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a non-operation state, so that it can be determined that the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit are not successfully paired. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can detect the pairing condition between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit under the condition of not increasing a hardware signal isolator, thereby reducing the cost of the air conditioner and improving the competitiveness of the air conditioner product.
For example, when a user purchases an air conditioner and installs pairing at home, an indoor unit in the air conditioner of the user may send pairing success information to an external outdoor unit, and since the sending method is a broadcast method, the indoor unit cannot know whether the sent pairing success information is accurately sent to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user. If the outdoor unit which receives the successful pairing information is the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user, the load of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user responds to the operation, and the indoor unit acquires that the load of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user is in an operating state, so that the successful pairing between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user can be determined; if the outdoor unit which receives the successful pairing information is the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of other upstairs users, the load of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user cannot respond to the operation, and the indoor unit acquires that the load of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user is in a non-operation state, so that the situation that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner purchased by the user are not successfully paired can be determined. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can detect the pairing condition between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit under the condition of not increasing a hardware signal isolator, thereby reducing the cost of the air conditioner and improving the competitiveness of the air conditioner product.
It should be noted that the load may be a fan, a compressor, an expansion valve, a relay, a buzzer, or a lamp.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a pairing situation when the operation state information indicates that the load of the target outdoor unit is in an operation state according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a pairing situation when the operation state information indicates that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a non-operation state according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the determination of the pairing state between the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit according to the operation state information in the step S200 includes, but is not limited to, the steps S310 and S320.
Step S310, when the running state information represents that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a running state;
and step S320, determining that the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit are successfully paired.
Specifically, if the outdoor unit that receives the pairing success information is the target outdoor unit, the load of the target outdoor unit responds to the operation.
Correspondingly, the running state information represents that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a running state, and then the indoor unit obtains that the load of the target outdoor unit is in the running state, so that the successful pairing between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit can be determined.
As shown in fig. 5, the determination of the pairing state between the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit according to the operation state information in the step S200 includes, but is not limited to, the steps S410 and S420.
Step S410, when the running state information represents that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a non-running state;
and step S420, determining that the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit are failed to be paired.
Specifically, if the outdoor unit that receives the pairing success information is a non-target outdoor unit, that is, other outdoor units except for the target outdoor unit, the load of the target outdoor unit does not respond to the operation.
Correspondingly, the running state information represents that the load of the target outdoor unit is in a non-running state, and then the indoor unit acquires that the load of the target outdoor unit is in the non-running state, so that the situation that the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit are not successfully paired can be determined.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating that the load operation of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is controlled for a preset time according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The step S100 includes, but is not limited to, the step S500.
And S500, sending pairing success information to the outdoor unit through the power line, so that the outdoor unit drives the load of the outdoor unit to operate for a preset time according to the pairing success information.
Specifically, since the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit needs to be acquired after the load operation of the driving outdoor unit, if the duration of the load operation is short, the indoor unit may not acquire the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit, and thus the pairing condition between the target outdoor unit and the indoor unit cannot be accurately determined. In order to ensure that the indoor unit can acquire the running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit, the embodiment of the invention drives the load of the outdoor unit to run for a preset time. Therefore, the indoor unit of the embodiment of the present invention sends the pairing success information to the outdoor unit through the power line, and then the outdoor unit receiving the pairing success information drives the load of the outdoor unit to operate and operates for the preset time.
It is understood that the preset time period may be arbitrarily set by a human.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a flowchart for acquiring running state information when a target outdoor unit is in a shutdown mode according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a process of stopping obtaining the operation status information when the target outdoor unit is in the power-on mode according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the operation state information about the load of the target outdoor unit obtained in the step S200 includes, but is not limited to, the steps S610 and S620.

step S620, when the operation mode is the shutdown mode, obtaining the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
As shown in fig. 8, after the step S100, the method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes, but is not limited to, a step S710 and a step S720.
Step S710, obtaining the operation mode of the target outdoor unit;
step S720, when the operation mode is the power-on mode, stopping obtaining the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
Specifically, based on the method steps in fig. 7 and 8, if the target outdoor unit is in the on mode in the pairing detection stage, the original state of the load of the target outdoor unit is in operation, and therefore, the operation state information of the load acquired when the target outdoor unit is in the on mode is inaccurate.
In contrast, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation mode of the target outdoor unit is first obtained, and if the operation mode of the target outdoor unit is the shutdown mode, the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit is obtained; and if the running mode of the target outdoor unit is the starting mode, stopping acquiring the running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a flowchart for acquiring the operation state information when the target outdoor unit has no fault according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a process of stopping acquiring the target operation state information when the target outdoor unit has a fault according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the operation state information about the load of the target outdoor unit obtained in the step S200 includes, but is not limited to, the steps S810 and S820.
Step S810, when the fault information of the target outdoor unit is not received;
and step S820, acquiring the running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
As shown in fig. 10, after the step S100, the method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes, but is not limited to, a step S910 and a step S920.
Step S910, when fault information of the target outdoor unit is received;
step S920, the acquisition of the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit is stopped.
Specifically, based on the method steps in fig. 9 and 10 described above, if the target outdoor unit has a failure in the pairing detection stage, the original state of the load of the target outdoor unit may be in a stopped operation, and thus, the operation state information of the load acquired when the target outdoor unit has a failure is inaccurate.
In contrast, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is first determined whether the fault information of the target outdoor unit is received, and if the fault information of the target outdoor unit is not received, the running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit is obtained; and if the fault information of the target outdoor unit is received, stopping acquiring the running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
In addition, with reference to the method steps in fig. 7 to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, first, the operation mode of the target outdoor unit is obtained and whether the fault information of the target outdoor unit is received is determined, and when the operation mode of the target outdoor unit is the shutdown mode and the fault information of the target outdoor unit is not received, the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit is obtained.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, fig. 11 is a flowchart for acquiring the operation status information by means of a sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 12 is a flowchart for acquiring the operating status information through manual input according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the air conditioner further includes a sensor, and the indoor unit communicates with the sensor; the operation state information about the load of the target outdoor unit acquired in step S100 includes, but is not limited to, step S1000.
And step S1000, acquiring running state information of the load of the target outdoor unit through a sensor.
Specifically, the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, but is not limited to, a sensor, and the sensor may detect the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit and transmit the operation state information to the indoor unit.
In addition, in order to enable the indoor unit to reliably and stably acquire the operating state information of the load of the target outdoor unit through the sensor, the embodiment of the invention can make the communication mode between the indoor unit and the sensor independent of the communication mode between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, namely, the indoor unit and the sensor communicate through a communication line instead of a power line. Illustratively, the indoor unit and the sensor can communicate with each other through RS 485.
Note that the load of the target outdoor unit may be a fan, a compressor, an expansion valve, a relay, a buzzer, or a lamp. Illustratively, when the pairing is successful, controlling the outer fan to start rotating; or when the pairing is successful, controlling the compressor to rotate to generate sound; or when the pairing is successful, controlling the expansion valve to rotate to generate sound; or when the pairing is successful, the relay is controlled to be opened, closed and sounded; or when the pairing is successful, controlling the buzzer to sound; or when the pairing is successful, the control light is usually bright or flickers. Accordingly, the sensor of the embodiment of the present invention may be a sound sensor for detecting sound, or a vibration sensor for detecting vibration, or a photoelectric sensor for detecting light emission, correspondingly.
It is to be understood that the sensor may be mounted on the target outdoor unit or may be mounted independently of the target outdoor unit.
As shown in fig. 12, the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit obtained in step S100 includes, but is not limited to, step S1100.
Step S1100, obtaining the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit input by the user.
Specifically, the user may observe and view the operation condition of the load of the target outdoor unit, and then input the operation state information of the load to the indoor unit, so that the indoor unit can acquire the operation state information of the load of the target outdoor unit.
In addition, it can be understood that the user may input the operation state information on the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, may input the operation state information on the air conditioner remote controller, and may input the operation state information on the control panel of the indoor unit.
