At present, more and more places such as dormitories of schools, hotels and the like begin to popularize rechargeable air conditioners, rechargeable air conditioners can be called as shared air conditioners, the use duration of the air conditioners needs to be purchased firstly when the air conditioners are used, and after the use duration is purchased, a server sends an instruction to unlock the air conditioners, so that users can use the air conditioners normally. However, when communication between the server and the air conditioner is in a problem, the air conditioner cannot be unlocked in time, or the air conditioner cannot count time normally, so that the working stability of the air conditioner is greatly reduced. For example, when the network signal is not good, the communication module of the air conditioner is damaged, the air conditioner is powered off, and the like, the communication between the server and the air conditioner is problematic, at this time, after the user purchases the use time, the unlocking instruction of the server cannot be normally sent to the air conditioner, and the user cannot normally use the air conditioner, so that the rights and interests of the user are damaged. Or, the user is in the process of normally using the air conditioner, the communication between the server and the air conditioner is in a problem due to the fact that the user normally uses the air conditioner, and at the moment, the air conditioner cannot be locked in time after the user uses the air conditioner for a long time, so that the benefits of merchants are damaged.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner control method, an air conditioner, a server and an air conditioner control device, which can improve the working stability of the air conditioner.
The air conditioner in the embodiment of the invention can be an air conditioner of the internet of things, and the air conditioner of the internet of things comprises: the outdoor unit comprises an indoor unit electric control board, an outdoor unit electric control board, a communication module and the like.
The indoor unit electric control board is responsible for managing the running state of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, receiving the running state of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, receiving wireless transmission control instructions (including infrared instructions, network instructions and the like) sent by the remote control terminal, replying verification information and the like of the outdoor unit electric control board, and in addition, converting the control instructions into running instructions which can be recognized by the outdoor unit electric control board.
The outdoor unit electric control board is responsible for managing the running state of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, transmitting the running state to the indoor unit electric control board and verifying whether the indoor unit electric control board is legal or not;
the communication module is usually arranged in or externally connected to the indoor unit electric control board and is responsible for communicating with the associated cloud server, and the communication module receives and transmits communication messages transmitted by the indoor unit electric control board and the cloud server in an interaction process through an internet of things protocol.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner control method, which is exemplarily applied to an air conditioner, and includes, but is not limited to, the following steps 101 to 103:
step 101: receiving a query instruction, wherein the query instruction is sent by a configuration end according to a preset time interval;
in an embodiment, the configuration end is an operation configuration end, a communication module may be disposed in the air conditioner, and the air conditioner may perform communication connection with the configuration end through the communication module and a server internet, a wireless network, a mobile network, and the like, so as to perform information interaction, for example, receiving an inquiry instruction, a configuration instruction, and the like of the configuration end.
In an embodiment, the configuration end may be a terminal or a server, and the terminal or the server may be an operation terminal or an operation server.
Illustratively, the preset time interval may be 1s, 2s, 3s, etc., and it is understood that the preset time interval may be set according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 102: sending the current working state of the air conditioner to a configuration end so that the configuration end sends a configuration instruction to the air conditioner according to the current working state of the air conditioner;
in an embodiment, the current working state of the air conditioner may be a locked state or an unlocked state, wherein in the locked state, a user cannot operate the air conditioner; in the unlocked state, the user can operate the air conditioner. Illustratively, the user operates the air conditioner, and the operation can be realized by using an APP or a remote controller.
Step 103: and receiving a configuration instruction, and adjusting the working state of the air conditioner according to the configuration instruction.
In the above steps 101 to 103, by receiving the query instruction sent by the configuration end according to the preset time interval, then sending the current working state of the air conditioner to the configuration end so that the configuration end sends the configuration instruction to the air conditioner according to the current working state of the air conditioner, and then receiving the configuration instruction and adjusting the working state of the air conditioner according to the configuration instruction, even if the communication between the server and the air conditioner is in a problem, since the query instruction is sent by the configuration end according to the preset time interval, when the communication between the server and the air conditioner is restored, the configuration instruction can be received in time to adjust the working state of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can be unlocked in time or can be restored to normal timing in time, and the working stability of the air conditioner is improved.
In one embodiment, when the air conditioner receives the configuration command, there may be two cases:
one case is that the air conditioner is in a locked state, after a user purchases a usage duration, the air conditioner receives a configuration instruction of the server, where the configuration instruction includes an unlocking instruction and a first order remaining duration, where the first order remaining duration is the usage duration purchased by the user, for example, when the user purchases the air conditioner for 2 hours, the first order remaining duration is 2 hours. Based on this, in step 103, the operating state of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the configuration instruction, specifically, the air conditioner may be adjusted from the locked state to the unlocked state according to the unlocking instruction, and the duration of the air conditioner in the unlocked state is controlled according to the remaining duration of the first order. The air conditioner is adjusted from the locking state to the unlocking state through the unlocking instruction, so that a user can normally use the air conditioner, the time length of the air conditioner in the unlocking state is controlled according to the remaining time length of the first order, and the usable time length of the air conditioner can be controlled according to the time length purchased by the user.
In an embodiment, the duration that the air conditioner is in the unlocked state is controlled according to the remaining duration of the first order, specifically, the duration may be controlled by starting a first timer to count down until the count down of the first timer reaches the remaining duration of the first order, so that the air conditioner enters the locked state. The first timer is started to count down, so that the air conditioner can locally control the duration of the unlocking state. For example, the using time purchased by the user is 2 hours, after the air conditioner is unlocked for the first time, the air conditioner starts a built-in timer to time, and the air conditioner enters a locking state after the using time is up to 2 hours.
The other situation is that the air conditioner works normally and is in an unlocking state, the air conditioner receives a configuration instruction of the server, and the configuration instruction comprises an unlocking instruction and the remaining time of the first order. Based on this, in step 103, the working state of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the configuration instruction, or the air conditioner may be kept in the unlocked state according to the unlocking instruction, and the duration of the unlocked state of the air conditioner is updated according to the remaining duration of the first order. For example, when the first timer of the air conditioner is in a timing failure or the local timing of the air conditioner is abnormal due to other reasons, the local locking function of the air conditioner after the use time of the air conditioner is reached is influenced, so that the time length of the air conditioner in the unlocking state is updated according to the remaining time length of the first order, the condition that the use time length of the air conditioner is inaccurate is avoided, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
In an embodiment, the duration that the air conditioner is in the unlocked state is updated according to the remaining duration of the first order, specifically, the remaining duration of the local second order of the air conditioner is updated according to the remaining duration of the first order, and the air conditioner enters the locked state until the countdown of the first order reaches the updated remaining duration of the second order. For example, the remaining time of the local second order of the air conditioner is 1.5 hours, but actually, the remaining time of the first order of the server is 1 hour, and at this time, the remaining time of the second order should be updated to 1 hour, so that the condition that the usable time of the air conditioner is inaccurate is avoided, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
It is understood that the configuration command may only include the unlock command if the air conditioner does not have the local timer function.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the air conditioner control method may further include the following steps 201 to 202:
step 201: acquiring a communication connection state of an air conditioner and a configuration end;
step 202: and enabling the air conditioner to enter a locking state according to the disconnection of the communication connection between the air conditioner and the configuration end.
When the communication connection between the air conditioner and the configuration end is disconnected, the air conditioner cannot be synchronized with the configuration end, the situation that a user steals the air conditioner may exist, and the situation that the user steals the air conditioner can be avoided by enabling the air conditioner to enter the locking state. For example, the use time purchased by the user is 4 hours, in the normal use process of the air conditioner, if the user manually removes or destroys the communication module of the air conditioner, the air conditioner cannot normally communicate with the server, and if the air conditioner has a local timing function, the user powers off the air conditioner after using the air conditioner for 2 hours, the air conditioner can be reused for the remaining 2 hours in any subsequent time period; if the air conditioner does not have a local timing function, the user can use the air conditioner indefinitely. Therefore, by bringing the air conditioner into the locked state, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the user steals the air conditioner.
In an embodiment, in the step 202, the air conditioner is brought into the locked state according to the disconnection of the communication connection between the air conditioner and the configuration end, specifically, the disconnection of the communication connection between the air conditioner and the configuration end and the time length of the disconnection of the communication connection reaching the preset time length may be brought into the locked state. The condition that the disconnection time of the communication connection reaches the preset time is increased, so that the judgment of the disconnection of the communication connection between the air conditioner and the configuration end is more accurate, and the condition of mistaken locking of the air conditioner is avoided. Illustratively, the preset time duration may be 5s, 10s, 15s, and the like, and it is understood that the preset time duration may be set according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner control method, which is exemplarily applied to a server, and the method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps 301 to 302:
step 301: sending a query instruction to the air conditioner according to a preset time interval;
the preset time interval and the query command correspond to those in step 101, and are not described herein again.
Step 302: and receiving the current working state of the air conditioner, and sending a configuration instruction to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner adjusts the working state according to the configuration instruction.
In the above steps 301 to 302, the query instruction is sent to the air conditioner according to the preset time interval, then the current working state of the air conditioner is received, and the configuration instruction is sent to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner adjusts the working state according to the configuration instruction, even if a problem occurs in the communication between the server and the air conditioner, since the query instruction is sent according to the preset time interval, when the communication between the server and the air conditioner is recovered, the current working state of the air conditioner can be received in time, and the configuration instruction is sent to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner adjusts the working state according to the configuration instruction, so that the air conditioner can be unlocked in time or can be recovered to be normally timed in time, and the stability of the air conditioner working is improved.
In an embodiment, in the step 302, the current operating state of the air conditioner is received, and there may be two cases:
in one case, the server does not receive the current working state of the air conditioner, and at this time, the server may send a configuration instruction to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to adjust the working state according to the configuration instruction. And when the current working state of the air conditioner is not received, directly sending a configuration instruction to the air conditioner so as to ensure that the current working state of the air conditioner can be adjusted in time and the air conditioner can work normally in time. Because the query instruction is sent to the air conditioner according to the preset time interval, the server can send the configuration instruction to the air conditioner again even if the current working state of the air conditioner is not received, so that the current working state of the air conditioner can be adjusted in time. Illustratively, the server does not receive the current working state of the air conditioner, one reason is that the communication between the air conditioner and the server is normal, and the current working state cannot be sent to the server due to self failure, and at the moment, the air conditioner can receive the configuration instruction; another reason is that there is a delay or a failure in the communication between the air conditioner and the server, and at this time, the air conditioner can receive the configuration instruction after the communication between the air conditioner and the server is restored.
In an embodiment, the configuration instruction includes an unlocking instruction and a first order remaining time, referring to fig. 4, in the step 302, the sending the configuration instruction to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to adjust the working state according to the configuration instruction specifically includes the following steps 401 to 402:
step 401: sending an unlocking instruction to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to be adjusted to be in an unlocking state or to be kept in the unlocking state;
step 402: and sending the remaining time length of the first order to the air conditioner so as to control the time length of the air conditioner in the unlocking state.
The air conditioner is adjusted to be in an unlocking state or kept in the unlocking state by sending an unlocking instruction to the air conditioner, so that normal use of a user can be ensured; and the first order remaining time is sent to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can carry out local timing or the condition that the usable time of the air conditioner is inaccurate is avoided, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved. The air conditioner is adjusted to be in an unlocking state, namely the air conditioner is in a locking state originally and is changed into the unlocking state according to an unlocking instruction; the air conditioner is kept in the unlocked state, namely the air conditioner is in the unlocked state. If the air conditioner is adjusted to be in an unlocking state, local timing can be carried out according to the remaining time length of the first order; if the air conditioner is kept in the unlocking state, the local second order remaining time length can be updated according to the first order remaining time length, so that the synchronization of local timing and server timing is ensured, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved. The first order remaining time length and the second order remaining time length are explained above, and are not described herein again.
The other situation is that the server receives the current working state of the air conditioner, and when the current working state of the air conditioner is confirmed to be the locking state, the server can send a configuration instruction to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner can adjust the working state according to the configuration instruction to ensure normal use of a user.
In an embodiment, the configuration instruction includes an unlocking instruction and a first order remaining time, referring to fig. 5, in the step 302, the step of sending the configuration instruction to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to adjust the working state according to the configuration instruction may specifically include the following steps 501 to 502:
step 501: sending an unlocking instruction to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to be adjusted to be in an unlocking state;
step 502: and sending the remaining time length of the first order to the air conditioner so as to control the time length of the air conditioner in the unlocking state.
The air conditioner is adjusted to be in an unlocking state by sending an unlocking instruction to the air conditioner, so that normal use of a user can be ensured; and the first order remaining time is sent to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can carry out local timing, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
In an embodiment, after the server sends the configuration instruction to the air conditioner, the server may start the second timer to count down until the count down of the second timer reaches the remaining duration of the first order, and send a locking instruction to the air conditioner. Namely, the server can also control the service time, and sends a locking instruction to the air conditioner when the countdown of the second timer reaches the remaining time of the first order, so that the air conditioner can be locked after the service time is reached, and the rights and interests of merchants are guaranteed.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the timing of the server, after the server sends a configuration instruction to the air conditioner, whether the air conditioner is normally unlocked can be firstly confirmed, and then the second timer is started to count down so as to ensure the accuracy of the timing.
Of course, there are other ways to time the server, such as by using natural time, for example, the user purchases 2 hours of usage time, and starts using the server at two afternoon, and the server sends configuration instructions to the air conditioner at two afternoon, and starts timing at the same time.
The following describes an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention with a practical example.
Referring to fig. 6, a detailed flowchart of a specific example of the air conditioner control method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps 601 to 609:
step 601: the server acquires a purchase order of a user and obtains the remaining order duration according to the order starting time and the due time;
step 602: when the order starting time is up, the server issues an unlocking instruction and the remaining order duration to the air conditioner;
step 603: the server inquires the current working state of the air conditioner according to a preset time interval;
step 604: the server judges whether the air conditioner returns to the current working state, if so, the step 605 is skipped, otherwise, the step 606 is skipped;
step 605: the server judges whether the current working state of the air conditioner is an unlocking state, if so, the step 603 is skipped, otherwise, the step 606 is skipped;
step 606: the server issues an unlocking instruction and the updated order remaining duration to the air conditioner;
step 607: the air conditioner enters an unlocking state according to the unlocking instruction, and updates the timing state according to the updated residual time length of the order;
step 608: when the air conditioner detects that the communication module has a fault in the working process, the air conditioner is adjusted to be in a locking state;
step 609: and when the timing time is up, the air conditioner enters a locking state.
In step 608, since the server queries the current working state of the air conditioner according to the preset time interval, after the communication between the air conditioner and the server is recovered, the air conditioner receives the unlocking instruction and the updated remaining duration of the order, so as to adjust the working state.
Wherein, the unlocked state and the locked state of the air conditioner can be stored in the state flag position in the storage module.
In step 609, the air conditioner may enter the locked state according to the local timing condition, or enter the locked state according to the lock instruction of the server.
Referring to fig. 7, a detailed flowchart of another specific example of the air conditioner control method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps 701 to 710:
step 701: the server acquires a purchase order of a user and obtains the remaining order duration according to the order starting time and the due time;
step 702: when the order starting time is up, the server issues an unlocking instruction and the remaining order duration to the air conditioner;
step 703: the server judges whether the confirmation information of the air conditioner is received, if so, the step 704 is skipped, otherwise, the step 702 is skipped;
step 704: the server starts timing and inquires the current working state of the air conditioner according to a preset time interval;
step 705: the server judges whether the air conditioner returns to the current working state, if so, the step 706 is skipped, otherwise, the step 707 is skipped;
step 706: the server judges whether the current working state of the air conditioner is an unlocking state, if so, the step 704 is skipped, otherwise, the step 707 is skipped;
step 707: the server issues an unlocking instruction and the updated order remaining duration to the air conditioner;
step 708: the air conditioner enters an unlocking state according to the unlocking instruction, and updates the timing state according to the updated residual time length of the order;
step 709: when the air conditioner detects that the communication module has a fault in the working process, the air conditioner is adjusted to be in a locking state;
step 710: and when the timing time is up, the air conditioner enters a locking state.
In step 703, the server determines that the air conditioner has received the unlocking instruction and starts timing after normally unlocking by determining whether the confirmation information of the air conditioner is received, so as to ensure the accuracy of timing.
