The emptying valve 11 is arranged at the upper part of the valve body 1, the blow-down valve 12 is arranged at the bottom of the valve body 1, and the pressure gauge 13 is arranged on the valve cover 3. The emptying valve 11 and the blow-down valve 12 are both arranged as cut-off ball valves, so that the external connection pipeline is convenient, medium pressure in the valve cavity can be discharged through the emptying valve 11, the sealing states of the valve upper and downstream valve seats 4 are checked, and if sealing leakage exists, the valve can be maintained in a reasonable mode according to practical conditions. When the valve is operating normally, the bottom blow-off valve 12 can be opened to discharge the valve cavity liquid or slag. When dirt deposited in the valve cavity influences the valve sealing, cleaning liquid can be injected from the upper emptying valve 11 to clean the dirt deposited in the valve cavity and the dirt attached to the sealing surface of the ball body 2, so that the purpose of repairing the valve sealing is achieved.
The assembly process of this embodiment is:
1, the valve seat 4 is put into the valve body 1 from a loading and unloading port 10 above the valve body 1, and then the two valve seats 4 are pulled to a starting position enough to put the ball 2 from an upstream inlet end and a downstream outlet end of the valve body 1 by two pull rods.
2, the ball body 2 is put into the valve body 1 from a loading and unloading port 10 above the valve body 1, the ball body 2 is respectively connected with the valve rod 8.1 and the fixed shaft 8.9, the fixation of the ball body 2 is completed, and the pull rod is removed after the ball body 2 is fixed.

Interlock valve 6.1 closed: as shown in fig. 11, the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is in the closed state, the interlocking valve 6.1 is closed, the cam limiting piece 6.3 rotating together with the handle 6.2 presses the large end of the variable-diameter lock pin 6.5 (the spring 6.4 is compressed together), when the interlocking valve 6.1 is closed in place, the small end of the variable-diameter lock pin 6.5 is also inserted into the anti-rotation pin hole 5.6 in the cam tooth 5.10 of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1, and at this time, the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is locked and cannot operate the quick-opening blind plate 5.1.
The interlock valve 6.1 is opened: as shown in fig. 12, when the interlock valve 6.1 is opened, the cam limiting piece 6.3 rotating together with the handle 6.2 is gradually contracted, the variable-diameter lock pin 6.5 is gradually sprung up under the action of the spring 6.4, and when the interlock valve 6.1 is completely opened, the small end of the variable-diameter lock pin 6.5 is also completely separated from the anti-rotation pin hole 5.6, and at this time, the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 can be opened.
2. Opening and closing seal mechanism 5 and rotation mechanism 7
Quick opening blind 5.1 opening operation: as shown in fig. 6, the main ball valve is closed, that is, the flow passage hole of the ball body 2 is upward, the vent valve 11 is opened, the pressure gauge 13 is confirmed to be in an open state, and when the pressure indicator pointer of the pressure gauge 13 points to zero, the opening and closing interlocking mechanism 6 is unlocked, so that the diameter-variable lock pin 6.5 is confirmed to be sprung. Then the rotating handle 5.7 is moved to reversely rotate for 45 degrees, the opening indicating needle 5.8 on the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is aligned with the opening indicating needle 5.11 on the jaw baffle 5.2, and at the moment, the convex teeth 5.10 of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 are just completely positioned in the concave tooth grooves of the jaw baffle 5.2. After confirming that the opening indicating needle 5.8 is aligned, reversely rotating a hand wheel connected to the screw rod 5.3, lifting the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 until the sealing ring surface 5.5 of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is completely exposed out of the upper end surface of the jaw baffle 5.2 by about 10-30mm, pulling the rotating handle 5.7, and rotating the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 together with the screw rod 5.3, the rotating handle 5.7 and the connecting arm 7.2, so that the whole body is rotated out until the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 does not shield an opening hole any more. In the case of a ball-serving cleaning tube valve, the cleaning tube can be automatically opened and closed into the ball hole. In the case of a ball-collecting pig valve, the pig may be removed from the open bore.
Quick-opening blind 5.1 closing operation: as shown in fig. 7, after the pig is put in or taken out, the rotating handle 5.7 is pulled to align with the concave tooth groove of the jaw baffle 5.2 of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1, the hand wheel is rotated to align with the opening indicator needle 5.8 and the opening indicator needle 5.11, then the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is rotated clockwise to descend until the sealing ring surface 5.5 at the lower end of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 abuts against the sealing ring 5.4, then the rotating handle 5.7 is rotated clockwise for 45 degrees until the convex tooth 5.10 side of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is aligned with the opening indicator needle 5.11, and then the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is locked by the opening-closing interlocking mechanism 6 to close the drain valve 12 and the vent valve 11. The ball body 2 is rotated to enable the flow channel of the ball body 2 to be communicated with the upstream and downstream pipelines, so that the pipeline cleaning work can be realized or the normal operation of the pipelines can be recovered.
Quick door opening sealing principle: as shown in fig. 8 and 9, under the action of the valve cavity pressure, the sealing ring 5.4 forms a pressure fo=f2-F1 under the action of the O-ring seals in the upper O-groove 5.13 and the side O-groove 5.14. Further pushing the sealing ring 5.4 towards the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 realizes automatic sealing. The plurality of air inlets 5.15 which are designed at the bottom of the O-shaped groove on the sealing ring 5.4 can push the O-shaped sealing ring to the obliquely upper side under the pressure effect, so that the high-pressure sealing performance of the quick-opening blind plate 5.1 is ensured.
