The invention discloses an electromagnetic locking device with a permanent magnet, which comprises a permanent magnet magnetic circuit module (1) for generating electromagnetic attraction, an armature module (3) and an actuating rod (5), wherein the actuating rod (5) is arranged on a rotating shaft I (34), and the rotating shaft I (34) can slide along the actuating rod (5); the armature iron device comprises a rotating shaft II (6), wherein the rotating shaft II (6) is installed on the armature iron module (3) through a rotating frame II (7), and an execution rod (5) is installed on the rotating shaft II (6) and can wind the rotating shaft II (6) to rotate. The electromagnetic locking device with the permanent magnet has large locking force and small influence of temperature, can meet the requirements of high-index vibration and impact in a locking state, and has a stable locking state; the electromagnetic locking device has good internal magnetic matching and can be reliably unlocked in high and low temperature environments; the energy consumption is greatly reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to an electromagnetic locking device, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic locking device with a permanent magnet.
Background
Electromagnetic locking devices are currently used in many fields to lock the relevant mechanisms, and most electromagnetic locking devices do not have permanent magnets. The electromagnetic locking device without the permanent magnet is directly electrified by a coil to generate a magnetic field, the coil is electrified to enable an armature to move when locking, the relevant structure is driven to move to a locking state, and the electromagnetic locking device is electrified all the time when long-time locking is needed; when the unlocking is carried out, the coil is powered off, the armature is not driven to reset under the action of electromagnetic attraction force and other mechanical counter-force, and the unlocking is finished.
If the mechanism needs to be locked for a long time, the electromagnetic locking device without the permanent magnet needs to be electrified all the time to provide electromagnetic attraction required by locking; the unlocking is carried out in a direct power-off mode, and the temperature of the electromagnetic locking device rises after being electrified for a long time, so that the electromagnetic attraction is small, and the energy consumption is large; and this kind of electromagnetic locking device receives the temperature influence great, and the little electromagnetic attraction of high temperature state is less, and low temperature state electromagnetic attraction is great to lead to easily under the high temperature state unable locking, and unable unblock under the low temperature state, the unstable, the unreliable problem of unblock of locking state promptly.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an electromagnetic locking device with a permanent magnet, in which electromagnetic attraction is less affected by temperature in a locked state, and the magnitude of locking force is almost unchanged at high and low temperatures, thereby achieving stable locking and reliable unlocking.
To achieve the object of the present invention, there is provided an electromagnetic locking device with a permanent magnet, comprising:
the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module is used for generating electromagnetic attraction and comprises an iron core, a permanent magnet, a yoke and a coil, wherein the permanent magnet is arranged between the iron core and the yoke;
the armature module comprises an armature and a rotating shaft I;
the actuating rod is used for being matched with a locking and unlocking mechanism required by the outside, the actuating rod is installed on the rotating shaft I, and the rotating shaft I can slide along the actuating rod;
and the rotating shaft II is arranged on the armature module through a rotating frame II, and the actuating rod is arranged on the rotating shaft II and can rotate around the rotating shaft II.
The permanent magnet in the electromagnetic locking device is arranged between an iron core and a yoke, the linear motion mode of the armature is converted into the linear motion mode of the armature, the actuating rod rotates around a rotating shaft through the mechanism conversion formed by the actuating rod and the rotating shaft II, and the actuating rod is used for being matched with a locking and unlocking mechanism required by the outside. Under the condition that the electromagnetic locking device is not electrified, under the action of the permanent magnet, the electromagnetic attraction generated by the close fit of the armature iron and the yoke iron is the largest, the electromagnetic locking device is in a locking state, the electromagnetic attraction is less influenced by the temperature under the state, and the locking force is almost unchanged at high and low temperatures, so that the stable locking is realized; when rated voltage is applied to the electromagnetic locking device, a magnetic circuit generated by the coil and a magnetic circuit generated by the permanent magnet form a better matching relation, the directions of the two are opposite, magnetic fluxes are mutually offset, only small electromagnetic attraction exists between the armature and the yoke, and the armature and the yoke are driven by the actuating rod to be separated under the action of an external mechanism on the actuating rod, so that reliable unlocking is realized.
The electromagnetic locking device provided by the invention has the advantages that the armature of the electromagnetic locking device is locked by larger electromagnetic attraction when the coil is not electrified by the permanent magnet, so that the long-time locking of related mechanisms is realized, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the electromagnetic locking device with the permanent magnet has large locking force and small influence of temperature, can meet the requirements of high-index vibration and impact in a locking state, and has a stable locking state; the electromagnetic locking device has good internal magnetic matching and can be reliably unlocked in high and low temperature environments; the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
In addition, the electromagnetic locking device reliably converts the linear motion of the armature into the rotation of the actuating rod, thereby being convenient for butt joint with a locking and unlocking mechanism required by the outside; the whole locking device is provided with a magnet, and the small-stroke electromagnetic attraction force is large, and the large-stroke electromagnetic attraction force is small.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the electromagnetic locking device with permanent magnet according to the present invention comprises a permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1, an armature module 3, a guide rod 4, an actuating rod 5, a rotating shaft ii 6 and a shaft bracket ii 7, wherein the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1 comprises an iron core 11, a permanent magnet 12, a yoke 13 and a coil 14, and the armature module comprises an armature 31, a guide sleeve 32, a shaft bracket i33 and a rotating shaft i 34;
the iron core 11 and the permanent magnet 12 are fixed on the yoke 13, and the permanent magnet 12 is tightly hooped by the lantern ring; the coil 14 is fixedly installed in the yoke 13; the guide rod 4 is fixedly connected with the yoke 13, the guide sleeve 32 is also fixedly connected with the armature 31, and the guide sleeve 32 on the armature 31 can move along the guide rod 4; the shaft bracket I33 is fixedly connected with the armature 31, the rotating shaft I34 is arranged in the shaft bracket I33, and the rotating shaft I34 can move in a kidney-shaped groove of the actuating rod 5; the shaft bracket II 7 is fixedly connected with the yoke 13; the rotating shaft II 6 is arranged in the shaft bracket II 7, and the actuating rod 5 can rotate around the rotating shaft II 7.
The actuating rod 5 is connected with the armature module 3 by a sliding pair, namely the rotating shaft I34 can slide along a kidney-shaped groove of the actuating rod 5; the shaft bracket II 7 is fixed on the yoke 13, the rotating shaft II 6 is arranged in the shaft bracket II 7, and the actuating rod 5 can rotate around the rotating shaft II 6.
When the locking device is used, the execution fork of the execution rod 5 is matched with a locking and unlocking mechanism required by the outside, the coil 14 is not electrified, the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1 and the armature module 3 generate larger electromagnetic attraction under the action of the permanent magnet 12, the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1 and the armature module 3 are tightly attached together, the armature module 3 is kept still, and the execution rod 5 connected with the armature module 3 through a sliding pair is also fixed, so that the locking function is realized; the coil 14 is electrified, and the magnetic fluxes generated by the coil 14 and the permanent magnet 12 in the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1 are offset to form a better magnetic matching state; the electromagnetic attraction between the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1 and the armature module 3 is small, small external force acts on an execution fork opening of the execution rod 5, the execution rod 5 rotates around the rotating shaft II 6, the armature module 3 is driven to move upwards along the guide rod 4 through the lever principle, the armature module 3 is separated from the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module 1, and the unlocking function is achieved.
Under the condition that the electromagnetic locking device is not electrified, under the action of the permanent magnet, the electromagnetic attraction generated by the close fit of the armature and the yoke is the largest, so that the long-time locking of relevant mechanisms is realized; when rated voltage is applied to the electromagnetic locking device, the electromagnetic locking device is influenced by a new magnetic loop generated by the coil, the directions of magnetic flux generated by the coil and magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet are opposite and offset, only small electromagnetic attraction exists when the armature and the yoke are attached, and the armature and the yoke are driven to be separated through a lever principle under the action of an external mechanism on the actuating rod, so that the unlocking function is realized.
The electromagnetic locking device provided by the invention further comprises a mounting frame 2, and the mounting frame 2 is convenient for mounting the electromagnetic locking device.
The electromagnetic locking device with the permanent magnet provided by the invention is a mechanical control device which enables an armature of the electromagnetic locking device to be locked by larger electromagnetic attraction when a coil is not electrified and enables the armature to be unlocked by smaller electromagnetic attraction when the coil is electrified. The electromagnetic locking device is mainly suitable for the fields of aerospace, airborne hangers and the like, is used for locking and unlocking the mechanical motion of a specific mechanism, and an actuating rod of the electromagnetic locking device can bear certain force in the locking and unlocking process.
The electromagnetic locking device with the permanent magnet has the advantages of simple structural design, small volume, light weight, large locking force and capability of realizing permanent locking; the magnetic matching is better, the unlocking time is short, and the energy consumption is low; the anti-vibration impact performance is good, the influence of temperature is small, the locking is stable, and the unlocking is reliable; the mechanism can be remotely locked and unlocked and has good application prospect.

the permanent magnet magnetic circuit module (1) is used for generating electromagnetic attraction and comprises an iron core (11), a permanent magnet (12), a yoke (13) and a coil (14), wherein the permanent magnet (12) is arranged between the iron core (11) and the yoke (13);
the armature module (3) comprises an armature (31) and a rotating shaft I (34);
the actuating lever (5) is used for being matched with a locking and unlocking mechanism required by the outside, the actuating lever (5) is installed on the rotating shaft I (34), and the rotating shaft I (34) can slide along the actuating lever (5);
the armature iron device comprises a rotating shaft II (6), wherein the rotating shaft II (6) is installed on the armature iron module (3) through a shaft bracket II (7), and an execution rod (5) is installed on the rotating shaft II (6) and can wind the rotating shaft II (6) to rotate.
2.
