s3, punching a hole in the top of the foundation pit, fixing the fixed anchor post (4) in the hole, fixing the top plate (2) on the top of the foundation pit through the fixed anchor post (4), and penetrating the upper end of the upright post (31) into the through hole (22) so that the upper end of the supporting and protecting plate (32) extends into the pressure groove (21) for fixing.
