In the embodiment of the present application, the air extracting device 50 is used for extracting high temperature steam in the steam shaping chamber, the steam enters the inside of the housing 51 from the air inlet 52 through the air inlet pipe 27, the high temperature steam firstly moves in the second exhaust channel 57 after entering, condensed water is formed in the moving process due to the action of the plurality of horizontal condensation plates 55 and the plurality of vertical condensation plates 54, because the horizontal condensation plates 55 are both obliquely arranged, the condensed water on the horizontal condensation plates 55 gradually flows down under the influence of gravity, and each of the horizontal condensation plates 55 and the vertical condensation plates 54 is provided with the condensing head 59, so that water drops can be more easily condensed, and thus the water drops, the water flowing down from the horizontal condensation plates 55 and the condensing heads 59 all flow into the water storage tank 60 under the influence of the water guide plate 58, wherein the second exhaust channel 57 is formed by the plurality of staggered condensation plates, the purpose of the circuitous structure is to lengthen the stroke of the high temperature steam, high-temperature steam moves to first exhaust passage 56 from second exhaust passage 57, discharge from gas outlet 53 at last, if high-temperature steam can not be cooled off at second exhaust passage 57 completely, can cool off at first exhaust passage 56 completely at last, can improve cooling effect through installing the refrigerator, the comdenstion water that forms in first exhaust passage 56 can flow into water storage box 60 under the influence of water deflector 58, when water storage box 60 does not have the comdenstion water, locating part 64 receives the influence of gravity with water inlet 62, when water storage box 60 begins to accumulate the comdenstion water, because the buoyancy of locating part 64 is less than water, locating part 64 can receive the buoyancy of water to float down, water inlet 62 opens this moment, the comdenstion water is discharged, can prevent effectively that the comdenstion water from piling up and blocking the blast pipe, exhaust efficiency and machining efficiency have effectively been improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the steam generator 70 includes: a steam water tank 71; a heater 72, the heater 72 being disposed in the steam and for heating; a temperature detecting device 73, the temperature detecting device 73 being used for detecting the temperature of the steam water tank 71; a water storage tank 74, wherein the water storage tank 74 is arranged at one side of the steam generator 70, the water storage tank 74 is connected with a tap water pipe, and the water storage tank 74 is connected with the steam water tank 71 through a water outlet pipe 75 and a water return pipe 76; a third water pump 79, the third water pump 79 being provided on the tap water pipe; a first water pump 77, the first water pump 77 is used for guiding the water in the water storage tank 74 into the steam water tank 71, and the first water pump 77 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 75; a second water pump 78, the second water pump 78 being for guiding the water in the steam water tank 71 into the water storage tank 74, the second water pump 78 being provided on the water return pipe 76; a control device 9, wherein the control device 9 is connected with and controls the laser sensor 29, the temperature detection device 73, the first water pump 77, the second water pump 78 and the third water pump 79; wherein, a water level detection device 80 is further included, and the water level detection device 80 is used for detecting the water level in the water storage tank 74 and feeding back the detected information to the control device 9.
In the embodiment of the present application, since a certain amount of high temperature water remains in the steam water tank 71 after the steam water tank 71 is operated, which may cause the steam water tank 71 to be in a high temperature state all the time after the operation is completed, the temperature cannot be immediately reduced, if the high temperature water is directly discharged from the steam water tank 71, the water outlet pipe 75 may be damaged, but if the high temperature water is not discharged all the time, the steam water tank 71 may be damaged, by providing the temperature detection device 73 in the steam water tank 71, providing the water storage tank 74 on one side of the steam generator 70, connecting the water storage tank 74 to the water pipe, providing the water pipe with the third water pump 79, connecting the water storage tank 74 and the steam water tank 71 through the water outlet pipe 75 and the water return pipe 76, meanwhile, providing the water outlet pipe 75 with the first water pump 77, providing the water return pipe 76 with the second water, after the steam shaping is completed, the control device 9 may control the first water pump 77 to be turned on according to the temperature fed back by the temperature detection device 73, the water is guided into the steam water tank 71, the inside high-temperature water is neutralized, so that the temperature is reduced, the temperature of the high-temperature water is reduced to a certain degree, the control device 9 can control the second water pump 78 to discharge the high-temperature water with the reduced temperature, and the steam water tank 71 and the drain pipe can be effectively protected when the high-temperature water in the steam water tank 71 is discharged.
Example 5
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control method of a sock setting machine, which includes the following technical features in addition to the above technical features.
a. Setting a temperature threshold value of the water temperature in the steam generator 70, and simultaneously setting a water level lower limit box water level upper limit in the water storage tank 74; b. the information fed back to the control device 9 by the laser sensor 29 is used for judging whether the shaping of the socks is finished or not, if the shaping is not finished, the shaping is waited to be finished, and if the shaping is finished, the control device 9 controls the first water pump 77 to be started to guide the water in the water storage tank 74 into the steam water tank 71; c. meanwhile, the temperature detection device 73 feeds the temperature of the water in the steam water tank 71 back to the control device 9, if the temperature of the water in the steam water tank 71 is lower than a set temperature threshold value, the control device 9 controls the second water pump 78 to be started, the water in the steam water tank 71 is guided into the water storage tank 74, if the temperature of the water in the steam water tank 71 is higher than the set temperature threshold value, the control device 9 keeps the first water pump 77 started, and the water in the water storage tank 74 is continuously guided into the steam water tank 71 until the temperature fed back by the temperature detection device 73 is lower than the set temperature threshold value; d. when the water level detection device 80 detects that the water level in the water storage tank 74 is lower than the set lower water level limit during the operation of the first water pump 77, the control device 9 controls the third water pump 79 to be turned on to introduce the tap water into the water storage tank 74 until the water level in the water storage tank 74 reaches the set upper water level limit.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the water storage tank 74 further includes: a maintenance tank 100, the maintenance tank 100 being disposed at the top of the water storage tank 74; the first storage tank 101 is used for storing tap water, and the first storage tank 101 is connected with the maintenance tank 100 through a water pipe; a second storage tank 102, the second storage tank 102 is used for storing vinegar, tap water and the vinegar are mixed to form cleaning liquid, and the second storage tank 102 is connected with the maintenance tank 100 through a water pipe; a fourth water pump 103, the fourth water pump 103 being disposed between the first storage tank 101 and the maintenance tank 100; a fifth water pump 104, the fifth water pump 104 being disposed between the second storage tank 102 and the service tank 100; a drain opening 109, the drain opening 109 being provided at the bottom of the water tank 74: wherein, still include cleaning device 105, cleaning device 105 is used for removing the incrustation scale in storage water tank 74, and cleaning device 105 includes: a stirring rod 106, the stirring rod 106 being used for stirring the cleaning liquid; the motor 107, the motor 107 is used for driving the stirring rod 106 to rotate; a plurality of nozzles 108, the nozzles 108 being arranged in a transverse direction, the nozzles 108 being used for spraying the cleaning liquid and the nozzles 108 extending into the water reservoir 74.
In the embodiment of the present application, tap water is stored in the first storage tank 101, vinegar is stored in the second storage tank 102, the tap water and the vinegar are mixed to form a cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid is stored in the maintenance tank 100 and is mainly used for removing scale in the water storage tank 74, because the water storage tank 74 can form scale on the inner wall in a long-time use process, water in the water outlet tank is drained before cleaning, the fourth water pump 103 is used for guiding the tap water in the first storage tank 101 into the maintenance tank 100, the fifth water pump 104 is used for guiding the vinegar in the second storage tank 102 into the maintenance tank 100, when the tap water and the vinegar are guided into the maintenance tank 100, the cleaning device 105 is started, the cleaning liquid is sprayed into the water storage tank 74 through the spray nozzles 108, the cleaning efficiency can be improved by the arrangement of the plurality of transverse spray nozzles 108, and the cleaning liquid is discharged through the discharge outlet 109 after cleaning is completed.
In addition, the service box 100 is further provided with a first control system, a flow feedback device 113 and a comparison device 112, the first control system can control the fourth water pump 103 and the fifth water pump 104 to deliver the running water and the vinegar to the service box 100 according to the input regulation ratio of the running water and the vinegar, the flow feedback device 113 is arranged on the fifth water pump 104 and is used for detecting the flow of the vinegar passing through the fifth water pump 104, and the first control system comprises: the first control valve 110, the first control valve 110 is connected with the fourth water pump 103; a second control valve 111, wherein the second control valve 111 is connected with the fifth water pump 104; the second control system is used for controlling the second control valve 111, is connected with the first control system and is controlled by the first control system, controls the first control valve 110 to operate according to the selected regulation ratio, and controls the second control valve 111 to operate according to the regulation ratio sent by the first control system; the comparison device 112 is configured to receive a total flow value fed back by the flow feedback device 113, compare the total flow value with a set adjustment ratio to obtain a comparison signal, and feed back the comparison signal to the first control system, where the first control system controls the first control valve 110 and controls the second control system to operate according to the fed-back comparison signal, and the second control system adjusts the flow of the second control valve 111 according to the comparison signal.
In the embodiment of the application, the water and vinegar can be intelligently proportioned by controlling the corresponding proportion, the influence of errors can be effectively reduced, the proportioning precision between water and vinegar is improved, and the damage to the water outlet storage tank 74 caused by excessive proportion of vinegar is effectively prevented.

the sock shaping device comprises a supporting plate (31), wherein a plurality of mounting rings (32) are arranged on the outer edge of the supporting plate (31), the supporting plate (31) is connected with a sock shaping chamber (20) through the mounting rings (32), and a sliding groove (33) is formed in the supporting plate (31);

d. when the water level detection device (80) detects that the water level in the water storage tank (74) is lower than the set lower water level limit during the operation period of the first water pump (77), the control device (9) controls the third water pump (79) to be started to introduce tap water into the water storage tank (74) until the water level in the water storage tank (74) reaches the set upper water level limit.
