The cost of the optimized culture medium is reduced by 4000 yuan/ton compared with the cost of the original MRS; the optimized culture conditions are as follows: temperature 37 deg.C, initial pH7.1, inoculum size 4%, standing for culturing lactobacillus under the above culture conditions for 36 hr to obtain fermentation broth with viable count of 6.07 × 109CFU/mL, significantly higher than that of the original MRS by 5.8X 108CFU/mL, can be used for fermentation production of lactic acid bacteria for fishing.

The fermentation medium of the lactic acid bacteria strain is applied to the production of the fishery probiotics, and the average concentration of the lactic acid bacteria in the culture solution of the optimized culture medium for 3 times of 250mL shake flask test is 5.265 multiplied by 109CFU/mL。
The invention has the following outstanding advantages:
the cost of the optimized culture medium is reduced by 4000 yuan/ton compared with the cost of the original MRS; the optimized culture conditions are as follows: temperature 37 deg.C, initial pH7.1, inoculum size 4% (v/v), static culture, culturing lactobacillus under the above culture conditions for 36 hr to obtain fermentation broth with viable count of 6.07 × 109CFU/mL, significantly higher than that of the original MRS by 5.8X 108CFU/mL. This shows that the lactic acid bacteria fermentation medium of the invention can be used for the fermentation production of lactic acid bacteria for fishing.

According to the invention, through a single-factor test, glucose is found to be more beneficial to the growth of lactic acid bacteria than other carbon sources, and glucose is selected as the carbon source of the fermentation medium of lactic acid bacteria (see figure 1).
According to the invention, through single-factor tests, the soybean meal is found to be more beneficial to the growth of lactic acid bacteria than other nitrogen sources, and the soybean meal is selected as the nitrogen source of the lactic acid bacteria fermentation medium (see figure 2).
The fermentation culture medium of the lactic acid bacteria strain is applied to the production of the fishery probiotics, and after the lactic acid bacteria are cultured for 36 hours by using the culture medium, the number of viable bacteria in fermentation liquor is 6.07 multiplied by 109CFU/mL, significantly higher than that of the original MRS by 5.8X 108CFU/mL (see FIG. 3).
