Therefore, another effect of the switching mechanism 3 is that, in the process of switching from the fully stored state to the operating state in the present embodiment, if the front wheel 1.1 is not unfolded and still in the retracted state relative to the vehicle body 1, that is, the stop lever 3.12 is not transferred from the second hook lever 3.6 to the first hook lever 3.5, but directly rotates the tray 2.2 downward to the horizontal state, at this time, since the wedge 3.9 is not in the rotation stroke of the stop 3.10, the wedge 3.9 cannot stop the stop 3.10, so that the tray 2.2 cannot be kept in the horizontal state, and after releasing the hand, the elastic force of the second elastic unit 3.2 immediately rotates the tray 2.2 to the stored state, that is, the tray 2.2 cannot be switched to the horizontal operating state, thereby avoiding the above dangerous situation.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10-13, the tray 2.2 includes a fixing frame 2.21 rotatably connected to the sliding portion 2.1, and two clamping portions 2.22 symmetrically disposed on the fixing frame 2.21, at least one of the two clamping portions 2.22 is slidably disposed on the fixing frame 2.21. Referring to fig. 11, a first screw 2.23 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 2.21, a first nut 2.24 is fixedly connected to the clamping portion 2.22 slidably disposed on the fixing frame 2.21, the first screw 2.23 is in threaded connection with the first nut 2.24, and a rotating handle 2.25 is disposed at one end of the first screw 2.23. The releasing handle 2.25 rotates the first screw rod 2.23, and the first screw rod 2.23 and the first nut 2.24 are in threaded action, so that the first nut 2.24 and the clamping part 2.22 fixedly connected with the first nut 2.24 move, and the distance between the two clamping parts 2.22 is adjusted to adapt to the size of the circuit breaker to be transferred.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 12-13, the present invention further includes a center adjusting mechanism 4, the two clamping portions 2.22 are both slidably disposed on the fixed frame 2.21, the center adjusting mechanism 4 includes a rotating rod 4.1 and a driving unit 4.3, the center of the rotating rod 4.1 is movably disposed in the middle of the fixed frame 2.21, two ends of the rotating rod 4.1 are respectively rotatably connected with a movable rod 4.2, one end of the two movable rods 4.2 far away from the rotating rod 4.1 is rotatably connected with the two clamping portions 2.22 one by one, and the driving unit 4.3 is configured to drive the rotating rod 4.1 to rotate, so that the two clamping portions 2.22 synchronously slide toward or away from the center of the fixed frame 2.21. The central adjusting mechanism 4 can not only adjust the distance between the two clamping portions 2.22, but also enable the symmetry axes of the two clamping portions 2.22 to be always positioned at the center of the fixing frame 2.21, so that the circuit breaker can be placed in the middle of the tray 2.2, and can be effectively prevented from tilting.
Referring to fig. 12, a driving unit 4.3 includes a gear 4.31, a rack 4.32, a second nut 4.33, and a second screw 4.34, where the gear 4.31 is fixedly disposed on a rotating shaft of the rotating rod 4.1, the gear 4.31 is fixedly connected to the rotating rod 4.1, the rack 4.32 is slidably disposed on the fixing frame 2.21, the rack 4.32 is engaged with the gear 4.31, the second nut 4.33 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 2.21, the second screw 4.34 is threadedly connected to the second nut 4.33, one end of the second screw 4.34 is fixedly connected to an end of the rack 4.32, and the other end is provided with a knob 4.35. The second screw rod 4.34 is rotated by the knob 4.35, the second screw rod 4.34 and the second nut 4.33 are in threaded action to move, the second screw rod 4.34 drives the rack 4.32 to move, the rack 4.32 drives the gear 4.31 meshed with the rack to rotate, the gear 4.31 drives the rotating rod 4.1 to rotate, and the rotating rod 4.1 simultaneously drives the two clamping parts 2.22 to synchronously slide towards the center of the fixed frame 2.21 through the two movable rods 4.2 to be close to or synchronously slide away from the center of the fixed frame 2.21 so as to adapt to the size of the circuit breaker to be transferred. The second screw rod 4.34 and the second nut 4.33 have a self-locking function, so that after the two clamping parts 2.22 are adjusted to a proper distance, the two clamping parts 2.22 can be locked as long as the knob 4.35 or the second screw rod 4.34 stops rotating.
As another preferable technical solution of this embodiment, referring to fig. 13, the driving unit 4.3 includes a worm wheel 4.36, a worm 4.37 and a servo motor 4.38, wherein the worm wheel 4.36 is fixedly disposed on the rotating shaft of the rotating rod 4.1, the servo motor 4.38 is fixedly mounted on the fixing frame 2.21, the worm 4.37 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the servo motor 4.38, and the worm 4.37 is meshed with the worm wheel 4.36. The worm 4.37 is driven to rotate by the servo motor 4.38, the worm 4.37 drives the worm wheel 4.36 meshed with the worm to rotate, the worm wheel 4.36 drives the rotating rod 4.1 to rotate, and the rotating rod 4.1 simultaneously drives the two clamping parts 2.22 to synchronously slide towards the center of the fixed frame 2.21 to approach or synchronously slide away through the two movable rods 4.2 so as to adapt to the size of the circuit breaker to be transferred. The worm 4.37 drives the worm wheel 4.36 to perform deceleration movement, the worm 4.37 and the worm wheel 4.36 are equivalent to a reducer at this time, so that no reducer is additionally arranged between the servo motor 4.38 and the worm 4.37, in addition, the lead angle of the worm 4.37 is smaller than the equivalent friction angle between wheel teeth meshed with the worm wheel 4.36, the worm wheel 4.36 and the worm 4.37 have a self-locking function, namely, the worm wheel 4.36 cannot drive the worm 4.37 to rotate, and therefore, after the two clamping parts 2.22 are adjusted to a proper distance, the two clamping parts 2.22 can be locked by closing the servo motor 4.38 and not rotating the worm 4.37.

the vertical rod is fixedly connected with the second hanging rod and is positioned on the front side of the vehicle body;
the wedge block is arranged on the sliding part in a sliding manner and is vertically and slidably connected with the vertical rod;
the stop block is fixedly connected to the tray and matched with the wedge block in a blocking manner;
