Description

Vehicle pedal electric control actuating mechanism
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobile electronic brake control structures, and particularly relates to a pedal electric control actuating mechanism provided for a vehicle during vehicle modification.
Background
In order to reduce the occurrence rate of vehicle accidents, related regulations such as motor vehicle operation safety technical conditions (GB 7258) and passenger car operation safety technical conditions (JT/T1094) 2016 in China require the motor vehicle to be provided with an electric control brake system.
The electric control brake system consists of a sensor, a controller and an electric control actuator. In the automotive front-loading market, this actuator is a drive-by-wire chassis hydraulic brake; in the automobile aftermarket, the actuator mainly drives the brake pedal to move and simulates the action of a driver stepping on the brake pedal.
The domestic vehicle models provided with the electric control brake actuators are still concentrated on new vehicle models which come into the market after 2015. For the old models and the models without the electric control brake actuator, with the promotion of consumption demand, the gradual maturity of technology and the trend of product price decline, the electric control brake actuator is urgently required to be additionally installed when the vehicle is refitted.
In the existing technology for additionally installing a brake actuator, a conventional method is that a steel wire pull wire is used, one end of the pull wire bypasses a brake pedal, the other end of the pull wire is wound on a motor, the pull wire is driven by the motor, and the pull wire acts on the brake pedal to pull down the brake pedal to simulate the action of a driver for pedaling the pedal; when the pedal needs to be released, the motor rotates reversely, and the pull wire returns under the action of the spring to lift the brake pedal.
The draw wire scheme has the defects that the spring can generate corresponding deformation after being used for a long time, and the effect is reduced; when a driver steps on the pedal actively, the pull wire is not recovered in time, the loose steel wire is easy to be wound with surrounding objects, and once the loose steel wire is wound, the function of the brake system can be directly influenced.

The embodiment provides an electric control actuating mechanism of a vehicle pedal, which realizes the braking force output of a brake pedal under the control of the electric control actuating mechanism; the electric control brake device can be suitable for being installed and used on most vehicles without electric control brake functions.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1-2, the electric control actuator includes an actuator 10, where the actuator 10 is a dc brush motor with a built-in control circuit board and a gear for speed reduction, and has functions of CAN communication, forward and reverse rotation, speed regulation, rotation angle control, current protection, and the like; the output shaft end of the actuator 10 is connected with a connecting rod swing arm 11, and the connecting rod swing arm 11 rotates around the output shaft when the actuator 10 is started; an execution shaft arm 12 is further fixed on the connecting rod swing arm 11, the execution shaft arm 12 is vertically fixed at one end of the connecting rod swing arm 11 far away from the output shaft, and the axis of the execution shaft arm 12 is parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft of the actuator 10; when the pedal arm 100 is installed, the actuating shaft arm 12 is ensured to be in contact with the pedal arm 100, and the actuating shaft arm 12 is rotated clockwise or anticlockwise through the connecting rod swinging arm 11 when the actuator 10 is started so as to press and drive the pedal arm 100 to move.
For convenience of understanding, the connecting rod swing arm 11 and the actuating shaft arm 12 can be understood as cam structures, and when a danger suddenly appears in front of running, the actuator 10 realizes the braking force output of the brake pedal under the control of the controller; the cam structure is driven to swing through the rotation of the output shaft, the top end of the cam structure (namely the execution shaft arm 12) is contacted with the pedal arm 100, so that the brake pedal is pressed to move downwards until the brake pedal is stepped, the actuator 10 stops rotating, and the vehicle is braked and stopped. When the danger at the front side is removed, the actuator 10 rotates reversely, the pressing braking force of the cam structure and the pedal arm 100 is removed, and the brake pedal automatically resets.
In the scheme, the actuator 10 is used for controlling the actuating shaft arm 12 to directly push the brake pedal, the traditional scheme for modifying the brake pedal is not needed, and the improvement on the modification cost and the reliability is greatly promoted.
In this embodiment, a plurality of bearings 13 are sleeved on the actuating shaft arm 12, and the outer end faces of the plurality of bearings 13 are in contact with the pedal arm 100; the bearing 13 is used for generating relative movement between the actuating shaft arm 12 and the pedal arm 100 when the actuator 10 rotates, and the friction force of the movement can be reduced through the bearing 13; in addition, as the fins of the pedal arm 100 are bent in the axial direction, in order to ensure that the bearing 13 can be always in rolling contact with the fins of the pedal arm 100 in the process of driving the brake pedal, a plurality of bearings 13 are specially used in the scheme, so that the effect of stable operation is achieved.
Optionally, a circlip 14 for preventing the bearing 13 from falling off from the actuating shaft arm 12 is installed at the outer end of the actuating shaft arm 12, and the circlip 14 plays a role in protection.
In the scheme, a threaded hole is formed in the side face of the connecting position of the connecting rod swing arm 11 and the output shaft of the actuator 10, and the connecting rod swing arm 11 is prevented from falling off relative to the output shaft of the actuator 10 by locking a fastening screw in the threaded hole; namely, the output shaft of the actuator 10 is matched with a spline mounting hole, and meanwhile, a threaded hole is formed in the side surface of the connecting rod swing arm 11, so that the connecting rod swing arm 11 can be effectively prevented from falling off from the output shaft after a set screw is locked.
In the embodiment, the vehicle body front wall assembly further comprises a bracket 20 which plays a role in fixing and supporting, the actuator 10 is fixedly arranged inside the bracket 20, and the actuator 10 is fixed with the vehicle body front wall through the bracket 20.
Specifically, the bracket 20 includes a bottom bracket 21 and a cover bracket 22, the bottom bracket 21, the dash panel of the vehicle body, and the cover bracket 22 together form an accommodating space, and the actuator 10 is fixed to the bottom bracket 21 and located in the accommodating space.
Through setting up support 20, not only be favorable to realizing that the installation between the bounding wall is fixed before executor 10 and the automobile body, can also form certain protection to executor 10, avoid the operator to touch by mistake and touch executor 10.
In the scheme, the bottom plate support 21 is connected with a front car body panel through a back plate 23, and the back plate 23 and the front car body panel are fixed through a fastening nut.
The working principle of the electric control actuating mechanism is described in detail as follows:
the electric control actuating mechanism is arranged in the intersecting area of a front panel of a vehicle body and a front floor of a passenger compartment, and is particularly positioned near a brake pedal bracket assembly. The periphery includes a clutch pedal (arrangement of a manual transmission type), a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal, a steering column steering shaft, a brake booster, a partition between the cabin and the engine room, and the like.
In the general structural principle of a brake pedal assembly of an automobile, referring to fig. 3, a pedal arm 100 of the automobile is installed inside a pedal bracket 101; the pedal arm 100 rotates about the pedal spindle 102; a torsion return spring is arranged in the pedal rotating shaft 102, so that the pedal is convenient to return when a driver looses feet. The brake light sensor is installed on the brake light switch bracket 103 for detecting a braking state. The booster rotating shaft 104 is sleeved in the two-inch position of the pedal arm 100, one end of the booster 105 is sleeved in the booster rotating shaft 104, and the other end of the booster 105 pushes the piston of the brake booster 105 to reciprocate in the cylinder. The brake pedal transmits the pedal force to the booster push rod by utilizing the labor-saving effect of the lever, and the vehicle realizes the braking function under the action of the brake booster 105.
In the scheme, referring to fig. 4, the actuator 10 is installed at the left side of the brake pedal assembly, and the actuator 10 is fixed on the bottom plate bracket 21; the cover plate holder 22 provides a fixed protection and limits the deformation and the play of the actuator 10. The base plate bracket 21 and the cover plate bracket 22 are fixed to the dash panel of the vehicle body by a back plate 23 and a fastening nut, using the screw mounting position of the original vehicle.
In the specific operation of the actuator 10, as shown in fig. 4-5, the initial position of the actuator shaft arm 12 is clockwise, and the bearing 13 is just in contact with the pedal arm 100 and does not press the pedal arm 100. When a braking instruction is triggered, the execution shaft arm 12 rotates anticlockwise under the instruction of the controller; the pedal arm 100 rotates around the pedal rotation shaft 102 under the pushing of the bearing 13, and the brake pedal moves downwards; when the brake pedal is fully depressed, the actuator 10 stops rotating, so that the brake is kept in a braking state. When the front hazard is removed, the actuator is rotated clockwise back to the home position until it is out of contact with the bearing and pedal arm 100.
According to the technical scheme, the brake pedal is directly pushed through the actuator, and the brake pedal does not need to be modified like the traditional scheme; under the condition that the vehicle runs at high speed and meets an emergency, the vehicle can be braked and stopped under the condition that the clutch is not stepped; the structure can be used for automatic gear vehicle types and manual gear vehicle types, does not influence the manual control function of a driver, and has strong applicability.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
