As shown in fig. 17, the second ball-end screw of the second adjusting assembly is connected with one end of the connecting sleeve 3 by screw thread, the other end is hinged on the tightening plate 18, the tightening plate 18 is abutted against the inner wall of the inlet pipe side, the other end of the connecting sleeve 3 is sleeved on the stress rod 4, the second ball-end screw is rotated to make the connecting sleeve 3 move to the outlet pipe side of the valve 19 and contact the stress rod 4, and then drive the closure plate assembly to move, make the second curb plate 8 support and tightly lean on the outlet pipe side at valve 19, rotate the stress pole 4 again, the stress pole 4 drives thrust bearing 9 and removes, thrust bearing 9 drives movable curb plate 7 and removes, movable curb plate 7 removes to the direction of keeping away from second curb plate 8, make O type sealing washer 10 and rectangular shape sealing washer 11 expand and open, it is suitable to open the range up to O type sealing washer 10 and rectangular shape sealing washer 11, make closure plate assembly and outlet pipe side inner wall have good leakproofness.
As shown in fig. 18, finally, the connecting sleeve 3 is unscrewed, the tightening plate 18 and the second ball-end screw are taken out, the connecting sleeve 3 is connected with the first ball-end screw 2, the base 1 is placed on the inlet pipe side of the valve 19, the connecting sleeve 3 is rotated again, the stress rod 4 enters the connecting sleeve 3, the connecting sleeve 3 is made to tighten the blocking plate component, the screw is unscrewed from the pin 6 again, the steel rod 17 fixed on the second support 131 is taken down, the second support 131 is taken out of the valve 19, the support screw 15 and the support block 14 are removed, and the temporary washing tool mounting process is ended.
In this embodiment, the installation tool in embodiment 2 can be used to quickly and effectively install the temporary flushing tool in embodiment 1 at a designated position in the valve 19, so as to improve the progress of the subsequent processes, and enable the logical relationship between flushing and blasting purging to change along with the actual conditions in the field.

The embodiment discloses a cleaning method of a pipeline structure, the pipeline structure comprises a steam pipeline with a medium of steam, a water supply pipeline with a medium of water, a valve 19, a flushing water supply system, a compressed air supply system and a temporary flushing tool in the embodiment 1, the temporary flushing tool is arranged inside the valve 19, the steam pipeline is used for communicating the compressed air supply system and the outlet pipe side of the valve 19, the water supply pipeline is used for communicating the flushing water supply system and the inlet pipe side of the valve 19, and the method comprises the following steps:
installing a temporary flushing tool inside the valve 19, wherein a base 1 in the temporary flushing tool abuts against the side of an inlet pipe of the valve 19, a blocking plate assembly in the temporary flushing tool blocks the side of an outlet pipe of the valve 19,
the steam pipe is burst-purged by compressed air generated by the compressed air supply system and/or the water supply pipe is flushed by flush water generated by the flush water supply system.
In this embodiment, the compressed air in the steam pipeline is supplied from the compressed air supply system, and is cleaned by blasting and purging the steam pipeline with high-pressure steam, when the blocking plate component blocks the outlet pipe side of the valve 19, the steam pipeline takes the blocking plate component as a boundary to perform blasting purging on the steam pipeline, and the flush water of the water supply line is supplied from the flush water supply system, when the closure plate assembly blocks the outlet pipe side of the valve 19, the washing water flows out from the washing water supply system, flows in from the inlet pipe side of the valve 19, passes through the base 1, finally flows out from the valve cover opening of the valve 19, because the temporary washing tool separates the steam pipeline from the water supply pipeline, the steam pipeline and the water supply pipeline are not affected with each other in the working process, therefore, the sequence of the blasting purging of the steam pipeline and the flushing of the water supply pipeline can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site, or the blasting purging and the flushing are carried out simultaneously.
Optionally, the end that is connected at the outlet pipe side of steam conduit and valve 19 is equipped with the leakproofness sense tube, and compressed air supply system includes steam generator, when the outlet pipe side inner wall of closure plate subassembly and valve 19 has the sparge water to leak, can in time pass through this leakproofness sense tube discovery to in time adjustment is overhauld, can prevent effectively that the sparge water from entering into steam generator.

the first side plate (5) is arranged at the inner side of the second side plate (8), a threaded hole is formed in the first side plate (5), the stress rod (4) is in threaded connection with the first side plate (5), the stress rod (4) penetrates through the first side plate (5) to be fixedly connected with the movable unit,

the supporting unit comprises a first bracket (13), a second bracket (131) and a supporting and adjusting piece,
the first bracket (13) is of a straight rod type and is horizontally arranged above the opening at the top of the valve (19),
two supporting and adjusting pieces are adopted, the two supporting and adjusting pieces are respectively sleeved on two ends of the first bracket (13) and are respectively arranged on two sides of an opening at the top of the valve (19),
the second bracket (131) is L-shaped, the vertical end of the second bracket (131) is fixedly connected to the first bracket (13) and can be positioned in the valve (19), the horizontal end of the second bracket (131) is used for being connected with the plugging plate component, the height of the plugging plate component can be adjusted to be aligned with the height of the outlet pipe side by adjusting the height of the supporting adjusting piece in the vertical direction, the first bracket (13) can slide in the through hole of the supporting adjusting piece to drive the plugging plate component to move towards the outlet pipe side,
one end of the sling (16) is fixedly connected to the first bracket (13), the other end is used for being connected to the closure plate assembly so as to hoist the closure plate assembly into the valve (19),
the steel rod (17) is vertically arranged, one end of the steel rod is connected to the horizontal end of the second support (131), the other end of the steel rod is connected to a stress rod (4) of the temporary washing tool, and the stress rod (4) is kept horizontal.

the position of the blocking plate assembly is adjusted by adopting a supporting unit in the mounting tool, so that a stress rod (4) for flushing the temporary tool is positioned at a horizontal position;
aligning the closure plate assembly with the outlet tube side of the valve (19) using the support unit;
adopting a second adjusting component in the mounting tool to tightly abut the blocking plate component on the outlet pipe side;
and then connecting the first ball-head screw (2) and the base (1) with the blocking plate assembly, thereby completing the installation of the washing temporary tool.

A cleaning method of a piping structure including a steam pipe whose medium is steam, a water feed pipe whose medium is water, a valve (19), a washing water supply system, a compressed air supply system, and the temporary washing tool of any one of claims 1 to 5, the temporary washing tool being provided inside the valve (19), the steam pipe being for communicating the compressed air supply system with an outlet pipe side of the valve (19), the water feed pipe being for communicating the washing water supply system with an inlet pipe side of the valve (19), the method comprising the steps of:
the temporary washing tool is arranged inside a valve (19), wherein a base (1) in the temporary washing tool is abutted against the side of an inlet pipe of the valve (19), a blocking plate assembly in the temporary washing tool blocks the side of an outlet pipe of the valve (19),
the steam pipe is burst-purged by compressed air generated by the compressed air supply system and/or the water supply pipe is flushed by flush water generated by the flush water supply system.
