A processing method of a milk powder preparation process of blood fat reducing milk powder comprises the following steps of, step one, selecting raw materials; step two, checking and accepting storage; step three, homogenizing and sterilizing; step four, separating and preparing powder; step five, collecting and filtering milk; step six, packaging and storing; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, the components in percentage by mass are as follows: 15-25% of ginkgo biloba extract, 20-30% of fresh milk, 15-25% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 10-20% of cassia seed, 2-4% of hawthorn, 10-20% of American ginseng, 1-3% of desalted whey powder, 5-10% of high oleic acid sunflower seed oil, 0.5-1% of vitamin and 0.5-1% of phytosterol ester, and the components are weighed according to the sum of the weight percentages of 1;
