Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a storage medium and a device for controlling an aging mode of a television mainboard, wherein the method comprises the following steps: prefabricating an aging mode marking bit in a memory of the television; the television is started, and the television mainboard reads the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory; comparing the aging mode flag bit to a default flag value; entering an aging mode if the aging mode flag bit is not equal to the default flag value; and after the aging mode is finished, modifying the aging mode mark bit into a default mark value. The invention judges whether to enter the aging mode or not through the aging mark bit set by the memory, can independently age the mainboard without connecting the display screen, meets the requirement of the production flow of a specific product, improves the production efficiency and avoids damaging the display screen.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of televisions, in particular to a method, a storage medium and a device for controlling an aging mode of a television mainboard.
Background
In the production process of the television, different product forms and different production stages have different aging requirements. The common aging mode needs to be controlled and judged by a display screen, for example, the television main board needs to be connected with the display screen to control and judge in the manufacturing process, so that the display screen is inevitably damaged in the aging process, and the traditional mode of controlling and judging through the display screen cannot meet the requirement only for the aging condition of the television main board.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a control method, a storage medium and a device of an aging mode of a television mainboard, and aims to solve the problem of dependence and damage to a display screen in the conventional television mainboard aging mode.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a method for controlling an aging mode of a television motherboard includes the following steps: prefabricating an aging mode marking bit in a memory of the television; the television is started, and the television mainboard reads the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory; comparing the aging mode flag bit to a default flag value; entering an aging mode if the aging mode flag bit is not equal to the default flag value; and after the aging mode is finished, modifying the aging mode mark bit into a default mark value.
According to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, the method for controlling the aging mode of the television main board at least has the following technical effects: the invention judges whether to enter the aging mode or not through the aging mark bit set by the memory, can independently age the mainboard without connecting the display screen, meets the requirement of the production flow of a specific product, improves the production efficiency and avoids damaging the display screen.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the pre-formed aging mode flag bits are burned into the memory by a separate burner.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the aging mode flag bit is 1 and the default flag value is 0.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the aging mode flag bit is 0 and the default flag value is 1.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the default flag value is stored in EEPROM.
A storage medium according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute a method for controlling a television motherboard aging mode as described above.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for controlling an aging mode of a tv motherboard comprises: a memory in which an aging mode flag bit is pre-fabricated; the power key is used for controlling the television to be started; and the television mainboard is respectively connected with the memory and the power key and is used for reading the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory, comparing the aging mode marking bit with a default marking value, controlling the aging mode marking bit to enter an aging mode when the aging mode marking bit is not equal to the default marking value, and modifying the aging mode marking bit into the default marking value after the aging mode is finished.

As shown in fig. 1, a method for controlling an aging mode of a main board of a television according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes the following steps:
prefabricating an aging mode marking bit in a memory of the television;
the television is started, and the television mainboard reads the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory;
comparing the aging mode flag bit to a default flag value;
entering an aging mode if the aging mode flag bit is not equal to the default flag value;
and after the aging mode is finished, modifying the aging mode mark bit into a default mark value.
Based on the control method, whether the aging mode is entered or not is judged through the aging mark bit set by the memory, the mainboard can be independently aged under the condition of not connecting the display screen, the requirement of the production flow of a specific product is met, the production efficiency is improved, and the display screen is prevented from being damaged.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the pre-manufactured aging mode flag bit is burned in the memory by an independent burner, so as to avoid the disadvantage of operating from the interface of the display screen.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the aging mode flag bit is 1 and the default flag value is 0.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the aging mode flag bit is 0 and the default flag value is 1.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the default flag value is stored in EEPROM to avoid loss of data after a power loss.
In addition, the present invention also includes a storage medium of the embodiment of the second aspect, where the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the above-mentioned method for controlling the aging mode of a television motherboard.
As shown in fig. 2, a device for controlling an aging mode of a main board of a television according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes: a memory in which an aging mode flag bit is pre-fabricated; the power key is used for controlling the television to be started; and the television mainboard is respectively connected with the memory and the power key and is used for reading the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory, comparing the aging mode marking bit with a default marking value, controlling the aging mode marking bit to enter an aging mode when the aging mode marking bit is not equal to the default marking value, and modifying the aging mode marking bit into the default marking value after the aging mode is finished.
Similarly, the aging mark bit set by the memory is used for judging whether to enter the aging mode, so that the mainboard can be independently aged under the condition of not connecting with the display screen, the requirement of the production flow of a specific product is met, the production efficiency is improved, and the display screen is prevented from being damaged.

1. A control method for an aging mode of a television mainboard is characterized by comprising the following steps:
prefabricating an aging mode marking bit in a memory of the television;
the television is started, and the television mainboard reads the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory;
comparing the aging mode flag bit to a default flag value;
entering an aging mode if the aging mode flag bit is not equal to the default flag value;
and after the aging mode is finished, modifying the aging mode mark bit into a default mark value.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pre-formed burn-in flag bit is burned into the memory by a separate burner.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the aging mode flag bit is 1, and the default flag value is 0.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the aging mode flag bit is 0, and the default flag value is 1.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the default flag value is stored in EEPROM.
6. A storage medium, characterized by: the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the method for controlling the aging mode of the television main board according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A control device for television mainboard aging mode is characterized in that: comprises that
A memory in which an aging mode flag bit is pre-fabricated;
the power key is used for controlling the television to be started;
and the television mainboard is respectively connected with the memory and the power key and is used for reading the aging mode marking bit prefabricated in the memory, comparing the aging mode marking bit with a default marking value, controlling the aging mode marking bit to enter an aging mode when the aging mode marking bit is not equal to the default marking value, and modifying the aging mode marking bit into the default marking value after the aging mode is finished.
